Lovely Secluded Villa

lovely house & grounds for a family holiday. Owner left a cake for us as we were celebrating, which was a lovely touch. Would recommend, you will need a car to get anywhere.

Great stay

The Property was ideal for our family group of Seven adults and two infants. Everything was very well presented and in top condition. The owner was extremely welcoming and even brought us home cooking. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Great Villa

We had a lovely vacation and the Kids enjoyed the pool area very much (two boys, three years old) the whole Family had very much fun. The Villa was very clean and our Host gave us up front and during the stay always very quick, kind responses and helpful Information. Our greatest recommendation for all families with younger children.

Relaxing family fun in a lovely villa!

4 bedroom villa, newly built with great outdoor area. Excellent cleanliness and maintenance of pool and garden. The owners, Eva and Dimitri are so kind and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them and all our requests were granted with a smile! Valia who managed the property was extremely professional and helpful. She recommended some great bars and restaurants and even came over to say hello. Would definately revommend this villa, especially to families with small kids. The lack of steps and good fencing made it very safe for little ones. There is a baby pool. The main pool is only 1.1m deep throughout so no diving games! BBQ and outdoor eating space is nice too.

Absolutely stunning property! Huge outdoor space beautifully landscaped. Inside the villa was homely

We arrived late at night and entering the gates to the villa was like entering a lush tropical jungle! Absolutely stunning! Our first morning was spent exploring the huge grounds which are fully secured and safe for children. There were a selection of toys and inflatables. The garden is beautifully landscaped with lots of seating and shaded areas. There was even an outdoor tv where we enjoyed watching the World Cup! The three separate sections of the pool were enjoyed by all! Inside the villa was cool, clean and definitely felt like home. The master bedroom has an amazing bed which we found so comfortable... it was a pleasure to crawl into at the end of every glorious day! The door of the villa was alarmed so if any children managed to sneak out to the pool unattended, we knew straight away! An excellent safety feature. We did a little exploring at nearby panormos, rethymno, Perama and Bali. Panormos was our favourite. We used a great little takeaway restaurant in perama called Opaka. Delicious and great delivery service! We shopped for groceries at Lidl in rethymno mostly... but also topped up on smaller shopping trips to nearby perama. Villa owner Eva was lovely. Even when we needed her help for a slight emergency at 11pm one evening , she responded immediately! She also surprised us with a delicious dessert she had made! The villa was cleaned and beds changed every three days and we became friends with the cleaner 😄. Since returning home from our fabulous trip to villa Eva, we have started to plan our next holiday!! We have looked at many villas in many different countries... but we keep comparing to villa Eva! We might just have to go back!!!!

Perfect Crete Getaway

We spent two weeks staying at villa Eva (2 adults and 2 Children) and loved every minute of it. The weather was perfect and the villa was just right for us. When we arrived late on a Saturday night, the owner was waiting at the villa to greet us and show us round her property. We were instantly impressed with the surroundings and more than looking forward to calling it our home for 2 weeks. Eva (the owner) was brilliant over the two weeks, any issues we had she was a call away and helped sort things pretty fast. Also she appeared one day with a home made mousakka. Which was delicious and not a bit of it was wasted. Eva (The Villa) was perfect for a quite getaway and was all we needed. The out door space and pool area was perfect day and night. There were plenty of areas to relax in outside. They was plenty of sun loungers with sun around the garden all day, and plenty of seated shaded areas to get a break from the sun also. Also there was a nice seated area which we spent many a night relaxing in comfort with a bottle of local wine (or two!!) and BBQ. The pool was perfect along with a spa pool to chill off in. The outdoor area at the villa wow's you straight away and was the back drop to many of our holiday photos. Inside the villa it was great too, not that we spent too much time in there with the nice summer sunshine. The villa was clean and comfotable and kitted out to a high standard. The only downside to our stay at the villa, was the proximity to the road of the villa. It was private but the noise of the traffic passing on the road could easily be heard. Luckily our music help drone out the traffic noise while were outside so we didn't let it spoil anything. As the Villa bedrooms were all at the back of the house when inside you cant hear the traffic. Location wise, the villa is well located and everything we needed close by. However a car is required as really there is no where near to walk too. A short drive away we spent a great deal of time in the village of Panormo which was a short 5 minute drive. There was was a decent supermarket for all our needs, as well as some nice gift shops and a butchers. Also some fine restaurants which server some great food, as well as a few quite terverna's for some relaxing drinks too. Overall we are happy to recommend Villa Eva, it was a fantastic two weeks.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (1 und 2 Jahre alt) in diesem schönen Haus. Buchung und Umbuchung zwecks Änderung tadellos funktioniert. Fragen vorab wurden zeitnah und detailliert geklärt. Der Urlaub konnte also losgehen. Die Ankunft im Haus war kein Problem da erhaltener Ankunftsbeschreibung und das Haus, Garten und Pool sahen aus wie auf den Bildern. Einfach sehr schön. Alle paar Tage wurden wir kontaktiert ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei. Uns persönlich fehlten ein paar Müslischüsseln, kurz nachgefragt und am nächsten Tag standen sie in der Küche bereit. Das ganze Team um Valia ist sehr nett gewesen und hat uns einen komfortablen Urlaub bereitet. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte beachten, dass die Holztüren wohl etwas verzogen sind und daher etwas knarren. Dies ist durch die dortige Wärme und Luftfeuchtigkeit aber ganz normal. Ebenfalls zu beachten ist, dass man an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt. Von den Geräuschen nicht störend aber zu Fuß irgendwo hingehen eher gefährlich (trifft auf sehr viele Straßen dort zu) Was ist also unser Fazit? Wir hatten einen tollen gemeinsamen Urlaub , bei dem jeder sich auf Grund der Größe von Haus Garten und Pool auch mal zurück ziehen konnte. Durch unser angemietetes Auto sind wir einfach von Haus zu Supermarkt und Ausflugszielen gekommen. Die Massagen die wir uns zum Haus bestellt haben waren sehr gut. Die Kontaktdaten haben wir von Valia erhalten. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal diesen Urlaub machen.

Toller Gesamteindruck!

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, das war von der Personenzahl ideal. Das Haus und der Garten waren top! Kleines Manko war der unbeheizte Pool, da das Wasser um diese Jahreszeit dann doch sehr sehr kalt war - diese Info hatten wir aber vorher, von daher keine böse Überraschung. Die Schnellstraße, die direkt am Grundstück vorbeigeht, ist stark befahren, aber man konnte den Geräuschpegel recht gut ignorieren. Ohne Auto ist es schwierig wegzukommen, mit dem Auto sind alle wichtigen Punkte (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstelle, Restaurants und der Stand) in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Eva und ihrem Sohn war wirklich super und unkompliziert. Wir haben tolle Ortsinfos und auch in spezielleren Fragen immer sehr schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten erhalten. Insgesamt ein wirklich toller Urlaub! :)

Wir waren von den Gaststätten in der nahen Umgebung und den Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr begeistert .

Alles in allem, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Lediglich der Zaun für den Pool müsste stabiler sein und den gesamten Pool umfassen.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir waren zu 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und bietet Einiges. Die Straße ist etwas laut. Aber ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits der Küste aber mit guter Erreichbarkeit mit einem Mietfahrzeug. Sehr sauber, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Très beau séjour en famille avril 2022

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille en avril 2022, la maison, le jardin et la piscine sont très jolis et bien entretenus. Eva nous a très bien accueillis avec gentillesse. Le village est proche avec jolies petites plages de sable, commerces et restaurants. Le lave vaisselle est peut être un peu petit pour la capacité de la maison. Je recommande cette location. Encore merci à Eva pour son attention.

Excelent Vacations in a lovely villa!

We (3 adults and 6 kids) had wonderful holidays in this lovely villa! The rooms were friendly, the garden and pool were beautiful and even though it was to cold to take a long bath in the pool the kids had very much fun. Everything was nice and clean. Our host was very friendly, helpful and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. We had two birthdays during our stay and she even gave us a wonderful birthdaycake. Thank you very much! The only reason why I don't give the maximum of 5 stars is the villa's location. You need a car, although supermarkets and beach is only few driving minutes away. It's a pity that there is no possibility to just take a walk to some stores or within the village. We knew that bevore, so it was ok. So over all: we had wonderful holidays and enjoyed it a lot!

Een prachtige locatie, voor een heerlijke vakantie

Alles wordt goed geregeld door Eva, die zelfs een maaltijd voor de hele groep kwam brengen.

Ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Es war alles bestens. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sind identisch mit dem Ferienhaus vor Ort. Die Gastgeberin Eva war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat bei allem sehr schnell reagiert. Der Garten ist ein Traum und die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Man hört zwar die Straße, aber es stört kaum. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Great place!

The Villa was perfect! Exactly how the pictures look. The owner was fantastic and replied to any requests we had instantly! Shops are 2 mins away and also a lovely beach. We travelled out a few days to other places and was nice and easy! Would 100% recommend visiting!

wir kommen wieder

wir (4 Erwachsene,5 Kinder und 1 Kleinkind) verbrachten 11 Tage im Haus. Um es kurz zu machen: Wir wären gerne länger geblieben! Haben 2 Zustellbetten (ohne Aufpeis) ins Wohnzimmer gestellt bekommen, damit die Kinder nicht auf der Couch schlafen mußten. Die übrigen Betten sind alle sehr bequem. Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert. Haben sehr gut geschlafen. Pool war toll - wurde ausgiebig genutzt. An einem Tag hat uns Eva einen großen Topf Moussaka und am letzten Tag einen tollen Kuchen vorbei gebracht. Sie war per WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Toller Service! Vielen Dank an Eva. Hätte Nicht besser sein können. 5 Sterne! Top Restaurant-Tipps: 1. Kastro Cretan Cuisine in Panormos 2. Galini Taverna in Bali 3. Captains House in Panormos 4. Taverne Roumeli in Rumeli

Lovely Villa - fantastic service

We spent a lovely two weeks at the villa. Great setting, lovely gardens and fantastic swimming pool for three children from 3 to 11 years old. We were really looked after well too!

Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube auch w/der Villa

Die Villa liegt zwischen zwei Orten. Vorne eine Straße, die aber nicht wirklich stört und nach hinten und rechts weitere Luxusvillen. Ansonsten ist man von Olivenhainen umgeben. Die erste Woche verbrachten wir viel im Haus, da der Außenbereich wunderschön ist. Tolle Grillabende, viel Spaß im Pool und ansonsten chillen an und um den Pool. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel. Einzig am Ende der 2.ten Woche war das Wasser im Pool nicht mehr ganz so schön (vor allem der am Boden). In der 2.ten Woche erkundeten wir Kreta und haben uns verliebt. Als Fans der griechischen Insel Lefkada hat uns Kreta noch mehr gezeigt wie wunderschön Griechenland ist. Wir haben Traumstrände mit goldenem Sand und glasklarem Wasser entdeckt genauso wie die faszinierende Bergwelt mit Tropfsteinhöhle. Die Besitzerin in supernett, hat uns sogar einmal ein Essen vorbei gebracht und jedes kleinere Problem (z. B. defekte Espressomaschine) wurde schnellst möglichst gelöst. Von A-Z hat alles gepasst und alle waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Besonders gefiel uns der Wasserspender (immer kaltes und heißes Wasser). Äußerst praktisch! Tipps: Ausflug zum Strand Elafonissi & Falasarna. Falassarna Beach ist noch schöner als Elafonissi und nicht so überlaufen. Der Strand und das Wasser sind atemberaubend schön, sodass wir dort unseren nächsten Urlaub verbringen werden. Unbedingt Abende im nächsten Ort Panormos verbringen, dort kann man auch gut einkaufen. Im anderen Ort Perama gibt es den besten Bäcker und das dazugehörige (gegenüber) Café & Restaurant. Absolut empfehlenswert, sehr gutes Essen und äußerst günstig. 6 Leute essen für 65€ und es ist so reichhaltig, dass man 2 Tage davon essen kann wenn man es sich liefern lässt. Egal wo wir waren, das Essen und Trinken war nie überteuert. Stilles Wasser umsonst in Restaurants und ansonsten für wenig Geld sehr gutes Essen. Fast vergessen hätte: besuchen Sie auch den Ort Bali sowohl am Tag am Strand als auch abends das MAMBO (Restaurant & Bar) und probieren den Greece Spritz mit Pink Grapefruit ;) Fazit: Ich könnte noch ewig von der Villa, den Menschen und Kreta schwärmen, besser Sie erleben es selber.

Outstanding villa, excellent accommodation.

The villa is outstanding and has everything you would expect from a property of this standard it did not let us down. The help from the owner was first class and there was bread,wine,cheese and fruit waiting in the villa. The owner mid week evening baked us a traditional moussaka which was gorgeous. You would need to like cats as they are always around in Crete and there is a busy road right outside the villa. It is well screened with trees but you can hear the noise whilst outside. The pool is not heated so can be a bit cold but once you get in it's fine. You will need a car to get around but there are supermarkets and towns within 5 to 10 mins drive. Bali beach is brilliant and do is Rethymno.
