Caramel Villaは美しくデザインされた石造りのヴィラで、オリーブ畑に位置し、Panormosの村のすぐ近くにあります。 Caramel Villaからはクレタ島の田園地帯の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができ、ユニークな休暇を過ごすことができます。

ヴィラはPanormoの砂浜から4km、すべてのアメニティが揃うPeramaの町から2kmの場所にあり、家族での休暇に最適です。

レイアウト
キャラメルヴィラは160㎡、2階建てのヴィラです。 このヴィラは伝統的な装飾とモダンな装飾が組み合わさっており、クラシックでありながら明るい外観をしています。 木製の天井、石のアーチ、モダンなデザインの家具。

1階
ヴィラに入ると、暖炉、2つの居心地の良いソファ、プレイステーションコンソール付きの薄型テレビが備わるオープンプランのリビングルームエリアがあります。 ダイニングエリア付きの設備の整ったキッチンはリビングルームのすぐ隣にありますので、家族全員でリラックスしたり食事を準備しながら一緒に過ごすことができます。 リビングルームとキッチンエリアの両方から、日陰のベランダ、スイミングプール、テラスに直接アクセスできます。 1階にはヴィラの2つのベッドルームがあります。 最初のベッドルームにはダブルベッド1台、専用バスルームが備わり、テラスへアクセスできます。 セカンドベッドルームにはダブルベッドもあり、必要に応じてシングルベッド2台として使用できます。 このベッドルームからはバスルームに直接アクセスできます。

木製の階段から2階に通じています。ここにはマスターベッドルームがあり、ダブルベッド1台とジャグジー付きの専用バスルームが備わります。 すべてのベッドルームとリビングルームはエアコン完備です。 マスターベッドルームからは、パティオの家具が備わる広いベランダに面しています。

ヴィラの250㎡の屋外エリアには、思い出に残る家族旅行に必要なすべてが備わっています。 澄んだ青い空の下で、ユニークな形をした40 m 2のスイミングプールと1.4 mの深さで、夏の楽しみをお楽しみください。 事情をさらに良くするために、このヴィラには非常に元々デザインされた屋外温水ジャクジーがあり、クレタの田園地帯の素晴らしい景色を楽しみながらリラックスすることができます。 プールテラスにはサンベッドとパラソルがあり、ここで日光浴を楽しんだり、好きなだけ時間を過ごすことができます。 また、屋外バーベキューエリアと屋外の日よけのダイニングエリアは、屋外でのディナーに理想的です。また、クレタ太陽と素晴らしい景色を楽しみながらリラックスすることもできます。 物事をさらに良くするために、日陰のあるリビングエリアの隣には、ゲームを楽しむための卓球台があります。また、お子様が大好きな遊び場もあります。

Lovely villa

The villa had everything you would require for a family holiday and those who looked after were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother and they genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay and their island. The fresh moussaka from the owner was a lovely surprise and enjoyed by all. We would highly recommend this villa after a fabulous holiday.

Better second time

This was our second stay at Villa Caramel, and we were not disappointed. Improvement have been made by the owner and their host George was fantastic. Think Villa team were superb with useful local information and communication. Location is great for a relaxed quite holiday, but with local facilities and restaurant close enough.

Amazing villa

Beautiful villa, nice and quiet location. Ideal for family . Any problems quickly sorted out by host (locking ourselves out) Lovely sunsets when cooking on barbecue . Beaches and shops short drive away. Very nice touch by owner had a Moussaka and watermelon dropped round on our last day. Idyllic views. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great views of mountains, olive grove and small villages

Beautifully decorated house with plenty of space inside and outside. We enjoyed the absolute quiet location and amazing views. Super nice village (Perama) with butcher, baker, hairdresser, greengrocer and well-stocked supermarkets. We really enjoyed our stay and the friendly reception from the Owner and Manolis. Super service with house cleaning and pool cleaning. We highly recommend this house. Yours sincerely Pia & Michael

Peaceful

Lovely villa, as described, v peaceful and good amenities with sun beds, smallish pool, table tennis, BBQ and a grassy area for small children. Easy drive 8 min into local village with good variety of places to eat. Be a little careful of the driving as roads fairly narrow and drivers keen to squeeze past! 50min easy drive from Heraklion. We had a lovely break. Thank you!

Stunning villa

What a beautiful property and in a stunning location tucked away in the hills in the middle of an. olive grove. The check in team were brilliant and gave us lots of great recommendations of places to visit. The villa itself is beautiful and really well equipped. And the views of the countryside are to die for! You are a 5 minute drive from the costal village of Paronormus which has a nice local feel to it, is nicely unspoilt and has some lovely taverna’s and restaurants. You need a car for this Villa but everything is in easy reach and it is a lovely place to spend a week!

Dear Valia, first of all thank you very much for your professional and customer-friendly service! Beginning from travel booking/communication till onsite-assistance with valuable hints&tips for Crete, you and your team did a great job. We really enjoyed our holidays on this wonderful location with overwhelming view on olive trees. Villa Caramel is very comfortable with high-quality equipment and also very clean, we didn't missed anything! Furthermore the 3 bathrooms were more then appreciated and it´s a big advantage if you reside with several persons. Especially worth mentioning are the outdoor facilities with clean pools, special sunbeds, outdoor kitchen and table tennis. So all in all, perfect location to recharge the batteries and spend a relaxing vacation period. Also a special "thanks" to Manolis, he was always available and the moussaka very delicious ;o) Sincerely Reico & Family

Tolle Villa mitten im Olivenhain

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einer wunderschönen Villa. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und super. Bei der Ankunft standen Kleinigkeiten zur Begrüßung bereit (Äpfel, Bananen, Wasser, Kekse). Danke!Leider war der Pool nach Sturm und Sahara Regen nicht mehr nutzbar. Die Reinigung dauerte eben seine Zeit.Einmal in der Woche wurde gereinigt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche getauscht. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Die Vermieter und die tolle Villa sind einfach empfehlenswert!

Traumhafte Lage, unkomplizierter Check in und Kommunikation. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Das WLAN ist leider sehr instabil und funktioniert im 1. OG nicht. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind sehr fleckig und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Wir würden wiederkommen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Genau wie wir es uns vorgestellt, Erholung am Haus, sehr ruhig, Olivenhaine um uns herum. Unternehmungen auf der schönen Insel Kreta. Betreuung vor Ort war auch optimal. Einziger Wermutstropfen, W-Lan ging im ersten Stock nicht.

Traumhafte Villa

Die Villa war genauso schön, wie es beschrieben wurde. Der Service der Agentur professionell, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Bei Nachfragen und Problemen, war George, unser Ansprechpartner, stets zur Stelle und hat für Abhilfe gesorgt. Nebenbei gesagt, waren die Probleme nicht so, dass sie den Gesamteindruck negativ tangiert hätten. Rund um die Villa konnten wir viele Ausflugsziele mit dem Auto gut erreichen. Schade, dass die Urlaubszeit so schnell verflogen war und wir nicht mehr von dieser schönen Insel sehen konnten.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Einrichtung und Lage entsprach unseren Erwartungen und haben uns sehr gefallen. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde in wenigen Minuten ausgetauscht. Die Villa liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Dennoch sind die nächsten Ortschaften in wenigen Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Die Empfehlungen von Yiannes für Tagestrips waren genial.

Beautiful, relaxing holiday

We were concerned that the property would not be as spectacular as the photos but our concern was unfounded. The villa is every bit as beautiful as the photos promised. The villa is a little off the beaten track and a car is needed to visit the beautiful villages that are close by but the benefit is that it provides the peace and quiet needed to fully relax. Communication with Valia and Yannis was excellent in the lead up to and during our stay. The couple of very minor issues we faced were resolved quickly without impacting our enjoyment of the villa in any way. The villa comes with the highest possible recommendation from the two of us and we look forward to returning some time.

Perfekt für eine Familie

Sehr schöne Villa im mediterranen Stil mit wunderschönen Blick über die Berge und Olivenhaine bietet. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern ist das Haus perfekt für eine grössere Familie. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Tolles Urlaubsziel

Ein toll ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Haus. Bis auf die fehlende Schlüsselübergabe zur An- und Abreise (die es nicht gab, der Schlüssel steckte in der Tür) war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. In der Anzeige wird nicht beschrieben das sich direkt neben an noch ein weiteres Ferienhaus befindet. Die Bilder sollten aktualisiert werden. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Woche sehr genoßen und haben bereits beschloßen, dass wir die Caramel Villa nochmal buchen werden. Frau Valia Kokkinou ist ein toller Kontakt. Antwortet schnell und kümmert sich um alle Belange. Wir freuen uns auf eine weitere Woche in der Caramel Villa auf Kreta

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einer toller Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub im schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Aufteilung ist ideal für eine Gruppe, auch der Outdoor Bereich ist schön gestaltet und wir haben schon morgens mit einer Runde Tischtennis begonnen. Die Kommunikation mit Valia im Vorfeld war wunderbar, mit Tipps und Vorschlägen in der Umgebung sowie vergünstigen Angeboten. Nach unserer Ankunft stand Manolis stets schnell vor Ort zur Verfügung und konnte uns helfen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an den Besitzer für die selbst gemachte Moussaka, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

We had a fantastic stay at Caramel Villa from start to finish. The villa itself is modern, clean and well equipped with all the amenities necessary for a villa holiday. The location is breathtaking with rolling hills and beautiful sunsets making the outdoor areas the perfect place to relax and appreciate the surroundings. We spent most evenings cooking in the outdoor kitchen / dining area and the owner even brought us homemade Mousakka on the last day! Thank you very much for a great week! We hope to visit again one day!

La villa des cigales au cœur des oliviers ❤️

Vue dégagée et à perte de vue sur les champs d’oliviers et les montagnes Crétoises. Villa parfaitement équipée avec trois chambres permettant l intimité à tous les occupants. Propriétaire a l écoute et réactif si besoin. L espace extérieur est somptueux et la cuisine d été parfaite à l ombre pour tous les repas. Une belle terrasse prolongé la troisième chambre a l etage
