I do think they mop with a smelly mop. Kitchen nonstick at all. Has to go buy a non stick pan and a spatula. No salt or pepper. Both bathroom toilets were stopped up. I got unstopped with a plunger that was there but made me wonder if toilets were even cleaned.

I’ve had better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at AquVista a few times previously but never in this unit or with this company. We love the location which is why we went with this place. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and they did give us a one time code to enter early. Upon entering we were met with an absolutely putrid stench. It smelled like bad seafood and urine. Like bad. The lady on the phone with me for the code wanted to know what it smelled like and let me know there had been no complaints or record of the foul odor and offered to send a machine that could “remove all the oxygen in the condo and purify the air to help remove the odor.” In order to run said machine we would need to be out of the room for a minimum of 3 hours and after driving for 9 hours we weren’t interested in being out that long the day of arrival. So we aired it out best we could with the 90degree breeze the first night and made plans to use the machine on day two. Even the maintenance man agreed it smelled bad when he dropped off the air purifier. It did help some with the smell since we ran it over 5 hours. Overall the staff seemed like they were somewhat trying to help and the maintenance guy was very nice but the condo needs some serious attention and a DEEP, DEEP cleaning. All the furniture feels nasty, the internet and TV were trash, and so many little broken things like the handle on the back door broke off, the cabinet door on the entertainment center fell off, and the faux drawer in front of the kitchen sink just fell off while I was cleaning up. We can deal with outdated, especially at that location with a great view, but stinky, crusty, and falling apart is a bit much. There’s definitely better units at this location. I wouldn’t book this one again.

Family vacation

The beds were comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was the vents had water dripping out of them. A the handle in the wooden door was very lose. The condo was very dated . But ! Was decorated nice. We stlill enjoyed it . An would stay again.

Baseball and the beach

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Close to everything and the ballparks. Had a blast at the Jetty at St. Andrews State Park. For the price the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Management Services were outstanding. Grocery right across the street.

Nice but needs work

Aqua vista is great usually, this year elevator and hot tub were not working. Unit was nice but needs update. There were holes in wall of pantry, outdated decor and no comfortable sitting except for a small couch.

Nice location

The condo was functional and nice but is a little dated. The view and location of the condo was great. The pool would be crowded at times but there was always enough seating. The beach was fairly quiet as well with little crowding. The elevator was out twice during our stay which was a pain as it was out the morning we left. We would have liked to tidy things up a bit before leaving but there were no cleaning supplies for us to use.

Will stay again

Very nice view and very clean. Only problem we came across was elevator did not work the morning we left. At 69 years old it was hard going from 4th floor up and down. Other than that great stay.

The view was amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was spacious with a beautiful view. But the property was terrible. The evaluator did not work half of the time. Told maintenance about it but nothing was done. The hinge of our front door to the condo fell off on the first day. The check in was not smooth. The code provided didn’t work. The smoke alarm detector went off on our third day went off for 30 mins for no reason. When we called the management groups they asked us to removed and will send maintenance out tomorrow. The guest bathroom the tub wasn’t draining at all. Over all the unit itself was spacious for us and it’s a short walk to the beach. They do not provide beach services which I highly recommended they do. For the price we were paying. The beach service should included. I’ve talked to couple other owners. They all provided for their guests, which they said it was plus for them and the guests.

Nice place, clean, plenty of space, great view, everything worked. I think it’s in a good location. I wish it had a couple recliners in living room. I would stay there again

Overall good

Property location, convenience, and building upkeep was all good. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean and well kept. My only complaint is the living room furniture (sofa and both chairs) are so uncomfortable that they are impossible to sit on for any length of time.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time. Everything was very nice. We were very close to Pier Park and all the restaurants we like eating. The weather was amazing and the beach wasnt crowded at all! We would definitely recommended and we will be back again!

No Elevator service

My husband & I have both had knee replacements, I have had 3. We both have back problems & my granddaughter has a history of heart problems. We had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs which was very difficult. Then every time we went out for the first 2 days we had to go up & downs those 4 flights of stairs. I think that entitles us to at least a small refund. The condo had a strange smell when we went in & the photos were somewhat deceiving. The mirrors made it look larger than it actually was. It would be very unlikely for us to stay there again. The management people I spoke to were unaware that the elevator had not been repaired & were extremely nice. This is in no way a reflection on them.

Great view but the condo left a lot to be desired!

Lets start with the positives: 1. The view was amazing! 2. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was awesome and big. Now for the negatives: 1. All of the linens were ROUGH; sheets, towels, wash clothes. We could hardly stand to dry ourselves off or sleep on the rough sheets. 2. The beds in the master and hall bedroom were worn out and hard. 3. The toilet paper holder in the hall bath was falling off the wall. We had to put the towel holder back on during our stay in the same bathroom. 4. The floors were absolutely filthy. This is super irritating when part of the the expense for this condo was a "cleaning fee". 5. All of the furniture in this condo was old, dated and cheap. A few of the drawers in the dresser in the master bedroom would not even open. 6. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and drawers in the kitchen. Utensils we pulled out had nasty crusty food all over it. We washed all dishes/utensils before using them. :( 7. There were light bulbs that were burnt out in both bathrooms. Neither bathroom had good lighting to begin with and it was really hard to fix your hair or anything else in either bathroom. The view is basically what you are paying for on this unit. It needs a TON of tender loving care, updating and maintenance. We were pretty disappointed in the condo considering what it cost. We left a day early as we were just done sleeping on the hard beds with the rough linens. I called and report damage and issues when we arrived.

Just what we needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place looked just like the pictures, it was equipped with a blender, coffee maker, toaster, had two chairs to take for the beach and an umbrella. The patio was nice and secluded and had the best views of dolphin pods in the morning. We loved staying here! If you like night walking on the beach it's a great area because we were the only ones walking every night! And during the day it was pretty calm crowds as well! Close to everything! 10/10 stay!!
