Nice place, clean, plenty of space, great view, everything worked. I think it’s in a good location. I wish it had a couple recliners in living room. I would stay there again

Baseball and the beach

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Close to everything and the ballparks. Had a blast at the Jetty at St. Andrews State Park. For the price the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Management Services were outstanding. Grocery right across the street.

Great location, overall nice place, all the furniture seemed flimsy and there were a couple things broken in the apartment when we got there but nothing that ruined the trip

Will stay again

Very nice view and very clean. Only problem we came across was elevator did not work the morning we left. At 69 years old it was hard going from 4th floor up and down. Other than that great stay.

Nice location

The condo was functional and nice but is a little dated. The view and location of the condo was great. The pool would be crowded at times but there was always enough seating. The beach was fairly quiet as well with little crowding. The elevator was out twice during our stay which was a pain as it was out the morning we left. We would have liked to tidy things up a bit before leaving but there were no cleaning supplies for us to use.

I do think they mop with a smelly mop. Kitchen nonstick at all. Has to go buy a non stick pan and a spatula. No salt or pepper. Both bathroom toilets were stopped up. I got unstopped with a plunger that was there but made me wonder if toilets were even cleaned.

Overall good

Property location, convenience, and building upkeep was all good. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean and well kept. My only complaint is the living room furniture (sofa and both chairs) are so uncomfortable that they are impossible to sit on for any length of time.

No one cleaned the room, old bedding left on beds and sofa bed. Tables were soiled. I will not be back.

Floors were dirty on arrival had to sweep entire condo. Light bulbs shot in hallway, handle broke on patio door, dimmer switch broke in dining area, some outlets not working in 2nd bedroom. No Elevator service

My husband & I have both had knee replacements, I have had 3. We both have back problems & my granddaughter has a history of heart problems. We had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs which was very difficult. Then every time we went out for the first 2 days we had to go up & downs those 4 flights of stairs. I think that entitles us to at least a small refund. The condo had a strange smell when we went in & the photos were somewhat deceiving. The mirrors made it look larger than it actually was. It would be very unlikely for us to stay there again. The management people I spoke to were unaware that the elevator had not been repaired & were extremely nice. This is in no way a reflection on them.

Not much to do there for teens - too far from the action at Pier Park to walk comfortably with all the road construction and no sidewalks. Grocery Store across the street was very convenient. Elevator had issues a few times but fixed immediately. Ceiling fell in parking garage on a man but he was not injured. Quick response and management stayed with him the entire time until help arrived. Mess was partially cleaned up but sidewalk blocked so cart couldn't be used in parking lot which made it difficult to load car. Unit was very nice, comfortable beds. Patio doors were very difficult to open from outside for elderly guest. Pool was small but nice and warm. Oven door wouldn't close and maintenance man fixed it quickly the next day. Very good customer service, very nice condo, great location for someone looking for quiet, relaxing beach vacation.

The view was amazing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was spacious with a beautiful view. But the property was terrible. The evaluator did not work half of the time. Told maintenance about it but nothing was done. The hinge of our front door to the condo fell off on the first day. The check in was not smooth. The code provided didn’t work. The smoke alarm detector went off on our third day went off for 30 mins for no reason. When we called the management groups they asked us to removed and will send maintenance out tomorrow. The guest bathroom the tub wasn’t draining at all. Over all the unit itself was spacious for us and it’s a short walk to the beach. They do not provide beach services which I highly recommended they do. For the price we were paying. The beach service should included. I’ve talked to couple other owners. They all provided for their guests, which they said it was plus for them and the guests.

Making the best out of a bad situation

First off the renting process and check in process was good. The day before we departed for the trip four star contacted me and said the unit was under construction. When we arrived at the condo unit a large portion of the parking garage was closed forcing us to find other parking accommodations. Once we got into the unit we immediately found many items broken, missing or just unusable. The TV stand was broke, the seats on the balcony were broke, light in guest bed was broken, shower head was broken and an air filter that looked like it had not been changed in years just to name a few things of many we found within fifteen minutes in the condo. Every morning construction began between 8-10am and continued all day, at times making conversation in the unit impossible because the noise was so deafening. The location of the condo and the beach access was good but other than that the condo was very disappointing and I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: The trip was a ton of fun but I have never been to Panama and everything we wanted to do was on the other side of town and had to drive 20 or more minutes to everything. We also had to print out our parking decal and they didn’t have a printer anywhere at the condo so we had to drive back to four star to get it printer. The outside light on the patio never worked and they were doing construction work the whole time. I got an email a few days before saying they would be doing construction work but a few days before I leave for vacation, what am I suppose to do about it? We already took off work and paid for the trip. Every time i called four stars with a question they were pretty rude. I also don’t appreciate that I’m not 25 so y’all took $500 refundable fee and I’m gonna lose 17.50 from it. Maybe take the 500 after the place is cleaned and then if it has damage you can take the money. Cause it’s not my fault y’all want to take it and then I don’t get my full money back when we had no damage. I also haven’t gotten that back and I really would like it back so I don’t have to talk to the rude people again.

Great view but the condo left a lot to be desired!

Lets start with the positives: 1. The view was amazing! 2. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was awesome and big. Now for the negatives: 1. All of the linens were ROUGH; sheets, towels, wash clothes. We could hardly stand to dry ourselves off or sleep on the rough sheets. 2. The beds in the master and hall bedroom were worn out and hard. 3. The toilet paper holder in the hall bath was falling off the wall. We had to put the towel holder back on during our stay in the same bathroom. 4. The floors were absolutely filthy. This is super irritating when part of the the expense for this condo was a "cleaning fee". 5. All of the furniture in this condo was old, dated and cheap. A few of the drawers in the dresser in the master bedroom would not even open. 6. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and drawers in the kitchen. Utensils we pulled out had nasty crusty food all over it. We washed all dishes/utensils before using them. :( 7. There were light bulbs that were burnt out in both bathrooms. Neither bathroom had good lighting to begin with and it was really hard to fix your hair or anything else in either bathroom. The view is basically what you are paying for on this unit. It needs a TON of tender loving care, updating and maintenance. We were pretty disappointed in the condo considering what it cost. We left a day early as we were just done sleeping on the hard beds with the rough linens. I called and report damage and issues when we arrived.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived with the dishwasher to our room outside by the door. I needed the gate code for parking so I called the rental company and questioned about the dishwasher. I wasn’t notified of the non working dishwasher and wanted to know if it would be delivered during our stay. I was told it wouldn’t be delivered/installed till Oct 16. On Tuesday Oct 10th the dishwasher was delivered to our condo and put in the living room. NO phone call, NO email, NO communication was given to me about the delivery. I called the rental company if the installation would be done during our remaining stay and the representative I spoke with was surprised it wasn’t already installed!! Staying in our room was three women and two kids...I honestly did NOT feel comfortable with people coming in/out of our room with NO communication stating what would be happening with the dishwasher!! Poor communication all together!! The floors were “clean” to the eye but our feet were black from walking on it. We were shoes inside the room at all times!! AquaVista in itself was at a great location, Beautiful views, heated pool, clean beach area and not crowded. I, however, will NOT be staying in this room again or renting from this rental company again.
