Ideally positioned with a well stocked, supermarket opposite the property. Close to transport links into Malaga, Torremolinos and Fuengirola. Beautiful quiet property with lovely garden area and pool.

Lovely stay!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Antonia communicated quickly to our questions and gave us good suggestions for dinner, breakfast and surroundings. Clean appartment with good facilities! And we had very good sleeps on comfortable beds. We recommend La Rosa Home!!

What a beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was large, comfortable and very well equipped. Lots of shops nearby (a supermarket directly across the road!) and restaurants/cafes. Short 15 minute walk to el pinillo train station and just a little further to a large mercadona and Carrefour.We walked in to arroyo de la miel which wasn't too far - we far prefer this town to the area around the beach. Also walked down to the beach. It is uphill coming back but we didn't find this a problem.Our host Antonia was absolutely fantastic - met us on arrival even though we had a late flight and she was in regular contact to make sure all was well.The house is in a lovely Spanish community and we had the pool to ourselves most days. The house itself is a great size and very well equipped for self catering. We especially loved the Nespresso coffee machine!The garden areas are very well maintained and spotlessly clean.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fantastic property to anyone.

Excellent

The whole process from booking, to meeting Antonia, to checking in was seamless. The apartment was really spacious, clean, fantastic air-conditioning and even a bottle of wine and some beer when we arrived from Antonia. There was 5 of us staying there and with the two shower rooms, it made things really easy when getting ready to out. The pool is beautiful. Its clean, clear and hardly anyone is in there, its like having your own private pool. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Nice property in a good location

This was a nice property in a good location for seeing the local area. I always hire a car when I travel but no need this time as the train links are so good. Airport to the local train station is 15 mins and then less than a 10 minute walk to the property. The property itself is a good size and very clean. It had everything we needed and we found the location was quiet. There is a supermarket over the road and another 2 mins away on foot which is very convenient. There is a lot to do locally and on the train you can be in Malaga or Fuengirola in under 30 mins, both are worth a visit. Antonia was very pleasant host with a nice bottle of wine available at our welcome. I would recommend this property.

La maison surpassait nos attentes. Nous étions 5 adultes et disposions de tout l’espace suffisant. La maison contient toutes les commodités et la cuisine est bien équipée. La maison de ville est située dans un complexe très tranquille. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la rapidité de communication avec l’hôte.

Excellent property with everything you need for your holiday

We visit this area of Spain every year and this is by far the biggest property we have stayed in. Very clean, spacious and big kitchen with all the utensils you will need. Handy supermarket opposite. Beautiful garden area with large swimming pool. What makes this property really stand out is the lovely host who keeps in touch and makes sure you have everything you need. A bottle of wine and oranges greeted us on arrival. We felt very welcome, secure and most of all we had a great holiday.

A beautiful house and a wonderful host.

Where to start? Antonia was in regular contact on the run up to our holiday and also throughout our stay, ensuring everything was as expected. She also sent great information on restaurants and attractions along the coast. A wonderful host. The property was stunning and it was like walking into a show house. Spotless inside and out. Three spacious bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, and large kitchen and sitting/dining room. Kitchen had everything you needed, down to dishwasher tablets. The property is a short stroll from El Pinillo Station which connects to airport, Torremolinos, Benelmadena and Fuengirola. On top of that you have a large supermarket on your doorstep. Car definitely not required. With communal pool closed off and enclosed green space directly outside the house this is an ideal property for families with young children. Also relaxing for older couples. Now to decide when next to visit

Mis vacaciones en familia a Torremolinos

Hola!nuestra eatancia ha sido perfecta.teniendo en cuenta que ibamos con dos niños una niña de 9 años y un bebe de 1 año y 4meses con su cuidadora ha sido perfecto porel patio donde el jugaba las tardes (despues de las mañanans pasadas a la playa con nosotros y despues de echar la siesta de 15 a 18 ) y entrando con su cuidadora en la piscina. La casa ha sido muy segura porque la amfitriona nos facilito desde las puertas de seguridad para que el bebe no acuda a la escalera para subir o bajar hasta carrito de paseo cuna con sabanas y hasta pelota y juguettes para arena .De la limpieza puedo decir impecable sabanas todo blanco los colchones bien comodos y perfectos para descansar .la zona muy tranquila .la cocina los baños muy comodos ,el patio delante la casa osea la entrada perfecta para cenar o donde amigos o familiares te esperan para salir Todo fue perfecto para unas vacaciones perfectas con los niños en las cuales lo pasamos bien nosotros y ellos .gracias por todo a Antonia y a la plataforma Vrbo.un saludo.

Commodious comfortable townhouse

Suited our purpose down to the ground. Very spacious for two people but able to accommodate four others with ease. Would like to revisit when the sun is higher in the sky and the swimming pool is open.

Fabulous Villa with great train links

The property owners have put a lot of effort into ensuring that everything is in place for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Lovely communal pool outside. The children loved it. The villa is spotlessly clean and has excellent WiFi and there is airconditioning in each of the bedrooms. The train station is a 5 minute walk away and you can easily travel to Fuengirola, Malaga, Torremolinos and the airport. There is a supermarket directly across the road and local shops and restaurants very close by. The owners were lovely and helpful with offering suggestions for local restaurants and activities. All in all a great villa and we would definitely stay again!

Die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich. Eine 5 Sterne Unterkunft. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Ein Auto ist aber schon von Vorteil. Die Gastgeberin Antonia ist toll und wirklich alles war perfekt. Gerne wieder.

Maison parfaite pour les vacances

Séjour du 28 octobre au 6 novembre 2018. La propriété est impeccable. Une terrasse privée à l'avant vous permet de profiter du soleil du soir. La cour arrière est un petit oasis de paix pour les résidents du complexe. La cuisine possède tout le nécessaire afin de préparer vos repas. Le Supermarché SuperSol de l'autre côté de la rue offre une grande sélection de produits et est ouvert du lundi au samedi de 9h à 22h. La maison est située à 8 minutes de marche de la station de train El Pinillo. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de louer une voiture puisque le train est relié à l'aéroport de Malaga. Ce système de transport vous permet de voyager facilement le long de la Costa del Sol. La propriétaire Antonia est accessible en tout temps. Nous espérons y retourner l'an prochain.
