An little gem

We stayed for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. The verandah and views breathtaking. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A short walk into the village, up hill on the way back. A short drive to the beach,

Must what we needed

We have had a great 2weeks, the owner has been very good as we didn’t know if we were coming until 2 weeks before due to Covid 19, so trusted us to pay on arrival; the apartment had every thing we needed, and the out side area was a added bonus, you need a car but we all ready new this as we have been to this area before, definitely would recommend .

Tutto perfetto , dalla posizione dell’appartamento , indicazioni perfette e disponibilità ed organizzazione ottima da parte dell’immobiliare e del proprietario . Unica pecca la pulizia dell’appartamento al nostro arrivo che non è da considerarsi impeccabile ma sicuramente migliorabile. In ogni caso assolutamente consigliato , in prossimità di tutto ciò che serve.

Very nice Appartment

Very nice spacious apartment with a huge balcony and beautiful views. All needed equipment was in the kitchen including things like salt and pepper, vinegar, oil etc. A better description of the aircondition would be useful.

In need of some TLC

I was surprised not to have any contact with the owner at all, only the letting agency. We have stayed at Christina hilltops before so didn’t follow the directions given, we knew what to expect from the complex. The apartment was spacious, and the veranda was amazing as were the views, we wanted to relax completely so didn’t stray far from the apartment at all as having visited Cyprus on many occasions we have seen almost everything there is to see, I am still in love with the island, and think of it as my second home. The bathroom was in need of some attention, the most annoying thing about our stay was the TV, it kept freezing and going back to the main menu, we spoke to some other holiday makers and they didn’t seem to have a problem it just seemed to be us, possibly the Wi fi connection, the range of channels was good though. The only available information in the apartment was For the TV, there was no information at all regarding air-con, emergency numbers, hospitals etc. No code for the Gym, and no info about sunbeds by the pool, they have some foldaway ones, which were way too low for us personally. There was a good amount of utensils with pretty much everything you could need. there are some basic essentials in the apartment, but obviously replace if they run out, toilet rolls were supplied which lasted us our entire stay. A hoover would have been a godsend for the rug in the lounge, and a dishwasher would have been nice, this is only a suggestion not a must have. Plenty of cleaning utensils and again some cleaning/ washing essentials under the sink. One other thing that I was not aware of when I booked the apartment, was that a meter reading would be taken and if excessive power was used you would be billed, this wasn’t mentioned until I had payed in full, as I don’t know what they would class as excessive we both spent many an uncomfortable night without air con because of this. I have mentioned all of the above to the letting agency and to be fair they have said they will,address all of my concerns. They were very helpful when we contacted them, and addressed several small issues rapidly. All in all we had a lovely holiday, thank you.

Fantastisk ferie

Virkelig skøn ferie i en fantastisk lejlighed. Især terrassen er super dejlig. Her er meget pænt og rent masser af plads. Al korrespondance inden ferien, fungerede bare og da jeg skrev og spurgte om de evt kunne sørge for champagne, pynt og lign, da vi var blevet gift 2 dage før, gjorde de selvfølgelig det. Så helt sikkert anbefalelsesværdigt!

lovely place to stay

the apartment was a great size and the balcony was outstanding: it was enormous with three different seating areas and had gorgeous views. The directions of how to get to the apartment were very easy to follow and we drove straight there. There were shops and bars within easy reach and Peyia is well located for getting to the beaches and nature reserves. The only thing I would suggest is that there could have been a welcome pack with details of how to use the water heater and where the nearest shops were. We did work it out but instructions would have been nice. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great apartment with huge veranda, commanding views westward and good outdoor pool.

We very much enjoyed our three week holiday in the apartment during the first three weeks of September 2017, appreciating the location of the apartment (a car is really essential), the spaciousness of all the rooms and the particularly large balcony sunlit for most of the day. It was well generally well equipped, with extensive and comfortable seating on the balcony and indoors; it included everything possible for sunbathing on the balcony or for taking with you to local beaches, including sunbeds, parasols, lilos, snorkels etc. The complex's pool is of a reasonable size, e.g. about 12m in length, is well maintained and very quiet throughout our stay, giving us almost an illusion it was ours alone! The west-facing and almost hilltop location of the apartment almost guaranteed sufficient breeze to keep the indoors temperature bearable during the night with windows open - just as we wanted - but air conditioning was available in every room if you needed it. The WiFi was totally dependable and of almost broadband quality and the good quality flat screen TV could be adapted to use hard disks and external digital devices through USB or HDMI connectors. We had only three, fairly minor, problems. The information about accessing the property was useful and accurate up to about the centre of Pegeia, but then became imprecise when describing the last kilometre or so to the complex. There was surprisingly little information about either navigating around the complex or local maps and other advice about where to shop, eat out, interesting local areas to visit etc. We also found the DVD player to be too old-fashioned to match modern expectations about quality of display. We have been in touch with the owner whom has agreed to look again at these admittedly minor issues. Pegeia and this apartment are ideally suited to holidaymakers whom expect a good standard of accommodation, an exceptionally good range of equipment and facilities for sunbathing and visits to the beach and whom enjoy the chance to relax in visually stunning and quiet surrounds.
