2BRスロープサイドディジープルズビレッジコンド - ボインランドで素晴らしいスキーイン/スキーアウト！

Thank you so much for sharing your review. We’re thrilled to hear you thought it was a beautiful place. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us, and we’re so happy to hear you’ll be back. We look forward to welcoming you again anytime.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear the space itself was decent, but we’re sorry the noise from the unit above disrupted your stay. We understand how frustrating it can be to hear movement and activity overhead, especially when you are trying to relax. Even when other guests are simply moving around normally, sound transfer in a basement apartment can still affect the overall comfort of the stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback will be shared with our team so we can continue reviewing the guest experience and make sure future guests have clear expectations. Thank you again for staying with us.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re thrilled to hear the ski-in/ski-out access was really wonderful and that everything else was exactly as advertised. Most importantly, we’re glad you truly enjoyed your stay. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and would be happy to welcome you back anytime for another mountain getaway.

Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location, found the unit very clean, and that it had enough space for your family of five to cook and sleep comfortably. That’s exactly what we want families to feel when they arrive. We also really appreciate the helpful, honest notes about the layout. You’re right that this unit sits lower and has less natural light than a typical ground-floor condo, and it does not face the hill for direct views. We’ll take your feedback to heart as we review our listing description and arrival information to ensure the level and view expectations are as clear as possible before booking. Thank you as well for mentioning the convenience of getting on the hill. Even without a slope-facing view, we’re happy that a quick walk up a few steps made it easy to hop on and ski. And your note on minimal living room seating is helpful; we’ll review whether we can improve the seating setup to better accommodate families during downtime. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing both what worked well and what could be clearer. We’re happy you had a nice stay and would love to welcome you back on a future trip.

Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad you enjoyed the fantastic location and the convenience of starting your day right on the hill. We hope to welcome you back for another great stay soon!

Hi Kristin, Thank you for the 5-Star review! We are so happy you had a great stay with us over the 4th of July. We hope to see you again for your next stay. Sincerely, The Staff at Northern Michigan Escapes

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and I’m truly sorry for your experience with the uncleared steps and for your fall. That is absolutely not the arrival we want any guest to have, and I completely understand why it impacted your overall impression of the stay, even though you found the amenities nice and the condo clean. For snow removal at this property, the association handles snow removal for the common areas, including the exterior steps. As soon as we received your message, we did alert them to the issue so it could be addressed, but I’m very sorry that this was never communicated back to you and that you didn’t receive any follow-up. Even when something is managed by a third party, it’s our responsibility to keep you informed and to make sure you feel heard and supported, especially after reporting a safety concern. We really do appreciate you noting that the place itself was nice and clean, and I’m grateful you were willing to separate the condo from the experience around it. Your feedback is being used to improve both how we escalate safety issues and how we communicate with guests in real time. If you’d consider staying with us again in the future, we’d really value the opportunity to provide a visit that feels safe, responsive, and positive from start to finish.

Thank you Mike for your 5-Star Review! We're so glad you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our slope side condo. We hope to see you back next season! Sincerely, Northern Michigan Escapes

Thank you so much for your great review! I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the convenience of the full kitchen and two bedrooms, and that the location worked well for your stay. It's wonderful to know our staff was responsive and helpful. I’d love to welcome you back anytime for another stay on the mountain side!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback—we’re glad to hear everything in the condo was great and that you enjoyed your stay! We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the air conditioning being too cold. The unit is equipped with a Nest thermostat, which can sometimes be a bit tricky to adjust if you're not familiar with the system. Had we known you were experiencing discomfort, we would’ve been more than happy to assist right away. A quick call to our team and we could have walked you through adjusting the settings or made the change remotely to ensure your comfort. We always encourage guests to reach out with any questions or concerns during their stay—our goal is to make your experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We truly appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more comfortable visit next time!
