The studio apartment is in the center, in a quiet and elegant neighborhood with all the major tourist attractions close at hand. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Bellas Artes museum, and the river.
To relax you will have beautiful squares within walking distance: Plaza Alfalfa, Paza de los Terceros and Plaza Encarnación full of bars and restaurants including the Rinconcillo which is the oldest bar in the whole city where they serve excellent tapas. A place not to be missed, mentioned in all the city guides! If, however, you want to sit in the shade of century-old ficuses, perhaps enjoying a cone from the excellent Rayas ice cream shop, just go down to Plaza Cristo de Burgos, right outside the house.

The studio.
It is located on the second floor of the building (reachable by lift), overlooking a large and bright internal patio (no noise from the street!).
Double bed 150 cm wide. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is new, with microwave, toaster, kettle, three-burner plate, pots and plates to be able to cook comfortably in addition to basic ingredients such as oil, salt, sugar, spices, and tea.

Services
Capsule coffee machine (Nespresso).
Washing machine, detergent and iron.
In the shower-shampoo bathroom, make-up remover pads, hairdryer and hair straightener.
Television, wi-fi connection, air conditioning which you can also use for heating and, if that's not enough, an electric heater.

Transport
The apartment is well connected to the city's transport, in particular it is located near the Plaza Ponce de Léon terminus, therefore at the bus stop 32 which in 10 minutes takes you to the Santa Justa train station from where, among other things, it passes the shuttle to the airport.
In short, you will not lack anything for a comfortable, pleasant and unforgettable stay.
