Normal changeover days are Fridays, contemporary base from which to explore Cornwall, Topsail is a dwelling, boasting wonderful accommodation for a family of four, this open-plan apartment can be found at the centre of the action of Falmouth. Overlooking the beauty of the waterfront and Falmouth Marina, providing the perfect backdrop for any occasion, this property is perfect for your relaxing retreat at any time of year. Step into the open-plan living space and take in the amazement of the room, boasting luxury and a fantastic social space, you're sure to create everlasting memories here. Take a seat in one of the sofas and soak in your surroundings through the balcony doors, opening them up in the summer months to let in the fresh breeze of the coast. Also in the room you can find the wonderful kitchen area, with a breakfast bar at its centre where you can enjoy a romantic meal for two, as well as a dining table where you can gather together to indulge in a family-favourite meal, there's plenty of space for all kinds of groups, as well as its sleek units hosting all the essentials needed to prepare a tantalizing treat. At the end of the day, head to one of the two bedrooms to rest your head, choosing from either a super king or twin room, both providing bright and airy settings and a snug spot to rest your head at the end of your adventures. Be sure to spend some time on your private balcony.. 3/4 day bookings will be accepted in low season or last minute in high season. In low season there is a surcharge for 3/4 night stays of £50 per night

Absolutely stunning

Absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Spacious and tastefully decorated. River views from the balcony which are mesmerising. Half hour walk to the town, with lots to see Falmouth is wonderfully quirky with amazing architecture, pubs, boat trips and many shops.

Lovely stay

The apartment was lovely, every aspect had been clearly thought through. The views from the balcony over the marina are stunning. The location to Falmouth was just right for a lovely wslk into town. We decided to park on the street opposite, as our car would struggle to get out with other cars in the parking bays (not an issue parking on the street).

Beautiful property

Beautiful apartment overlooking Falmouth marina. Well equipped apartment & spotlessly clean. Parking was a bit tight the only downside was that there’s a building site next door which meant the road was full of tradesmen vehicles & not great for sitting out on the balcony

Beautiful modern flat with astonishing view of marina and sunset

Modern flat in Falmouth marina area with astonishing view of marina and sunset (when skies are clear)! Very clean property, modern and well equipped kitchen with everything needed, 2 bathrooms helpful when with kids, comfortable beds, covered and off road parking, quite area, helpful and accommodating hosts who also left a welcome gift on arrival with local products which was a very pleasant touch! No lift and property is on the first floor which might need to be taken into account if in a wheelchair or need to bring a carrycot/pushchair up the stairs. We'll definitely miss the view, would return ourselves and would recommend to others.
