Ribeira dos Caldeirões - Natural Park

Touristic accommodation of Ribeira dos Caldeirões is situated in the middle of Ribeira dos Caldeirões Natural Park, an idyllic natural location and an essential reference point on the island of Sao Miguel. Located in the county of Nordeste (most natural of the island), the accommodation is composed of two independent spaces; a Casa do Moleiro (fully equipped house, consists of one room and a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a front porch) and Granel (a studio, includes a living room, bathroom, kitchen and a porch).
Both properties have full access to the entire Natural Park and its watermills, where you can make barbecue, consume open-air meals, enjoy the various waterfalls, visit the ethnographic museum, and take up canyoning, walking trails and other adventure sports. Touristic accommodation includes the Café that is located in the interior of the natural park, which can provide guests with everything they wish for, as well as the crafts and souvenir shop. Ribeira dos Caldeirões is situated approximately 30 minutes from the São Miguel airport, and approximately 10 minutes from Furnas, Achada golf course, Serra da Tronqueira, Praia da Viola and Porto Formoso.
