In this incredible and well-kept villa your vacation will be unforgettable. Its chlorine pool of 10*5 m and 1 to 1.70 m depth, with exterior shower, is surrounded by fantastic sun loungers to sunbather and different gardened areas with lawn. Surrounding the country house, you can find different fruit trees and, depending on the season, you will be able to collect plums, almonds and carob beans. In one porch with barbecue next to the pool you can enjoy a pleasant evening accompanied of a tasty barbecue and a glass of wine. The property is totally private and there are no direct neighbours.

This house distributes its wide stays into two floors. On the ground floor, at the same space, there are the living room, where you can get relaxed watching satellite TV or listening to music, the dining room and the ceramic hob kitchen, with direct access to the exterior porch. Two dormitories, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and an en-suite bathtub bathroom. On the upper floor, another bedroom with two single beds, a second shower bathroom and a non-furnished terrace. All the dormitories have wardrobe and you also have up to two radiators at your disposal. Furthermore, all of them are equipped with air conditioning as well. There is availability for a cot and a high chair, in case you travel with a baby. Ultimately, there is washing machine, located at the kitchen, as well as iron and ironing board.

This fabulous villa is situated next to Parque Natural de Mondragó, place that is considered a protected area. The house is at only 2.5 km from Portopetro, where you will find everything you may need during your stay such as grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc. Likewise, you can reach by car different idyllic bays and beaches as, for instance, paradisiacal beaches known as Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí or Cala D’Or. In Cala D’Or, at about 6.5 km, you can enjoy a great variety of leisure activities and nightly life. The capital of the island, Palma, is located at about 55 km.
