Magnificent split-level, duplex-style, 2-bedroom penthouse with breathtaking panoramic views of the Cathedral



This one-of-a-kind stunning property is located on the 4th and 5th floor of a newly renovated building in Malaga's prime location, right between the famous Calle Larios and the Cathedral, in a quaint side street of the historic centre.



The first floor features a large double bedroom with a king-size bed, large closet space, a sitting area and a full modern bathroom with shower.



The hallway leads to an American-style open-plan kitchen than opens onto the dining and living room areas. From there, you can access a balcony with picturesque views of typical Andalusian streets and rooftops.



A stairwell leads you to the second floor where you will find the second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a sitting lounge area.



On the upper floor, you will also find the sun-filled terrace with unbeatable views to the Cathedral, a perfect place to enjoy al-fresco dinner or soak in the Spanish sun on comfortable sunbeds.



This pristine property is decorated and furnished with exquisite taste and great attention to detail.



There is air-conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout the property. Parking is available upon request.

This property is in the most perfect location - with a spectacular view of the cathedral as an added bonus. We loved everything about the Laurel Penthouse and our stay in Malaga. The rooms are open and spacious with plenty of storage and the kitchen had all of the amenities to make our stay comfortable. It is definitely the gem of Malaga!

My husband was unwell with a migraine when we arrived we had an early morning flight the staff were amazing and allowed us early entry to the accommodation the apartment is beautiful and perfectly located for everything in Malaga the Italian restaurant at the entrance was fabulous too Everything was perfect

Great accommodation, situated right amongst the old town, with bars, restaurants, shops etc right on your doorstep. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely go back.

This is a great place, right in the middle of the CBD but on a quiet side street. The upper terrace has a great view of the cathedral and is a great spot for a siesta. The place was clean, had everything needed. I would stay here again.

Ideal spot for sightseeing and sun

Well located for all that the old city of Malaga offers. Walking distance of most of the main sites. Clean and tidy apartment with plenty of space and a spacious south facing sun terrace.

We liked the fact that Solaga were in close contact with us before we arrived and really appreciated being met by your representative promptly outside the property. He was friendly and thorough walking us through the apartment. Terrace umbrella needs addressing. Kitchen terrace door and fridge door badly positioned.

Totally recommended.

This apartment was a amazing private and quiet space right in the middle of Malaga’s Old Town. It was really clean and beautifully furnished, with incredible views from the terrace. Solaga were good - great communication, very friendly and accommodating with our arrival time. Totally recommended.

a vey nice bright duplex apartment with sun loungers on the large roof terrace, and another smaller terrace to the lower floor, ideal location for the city centre bars and restaurants with a well maintained entrance and glass lift for access nothing could be done to improve this property

Lovely apartment in superb location

We absolutely loved the outside space in this apartment. You could relax in the sun most of the day. The location could not be better, right in the centre of Malaga whilst being situated in a very quiet street. If you in the downstairs bedroom it is reasonably cool through the air conditioning vents. However in the upstairs bedroom the AC unit has been placed outside in the small sitting area before the terrace with nothing in the bedroom making it very hot to .

Quiet central location.

Very central and amazingly quiet location despite being close to some of the main noisy streets of Malaga. Upstairs toilet and shower room a bit on the small side but perfectly usable. The upstairs terrace is a huge plus point and perfect for eating, drinking or lounging. We did not need to use the aircon in December but the controls seemed a bit fiddly when we tried to use it to heat the flat one evening.

The location was fantastic, almost everything within a few minutes walk from the apartment. The terrace was a wonderful bonus for us, it hosted breakfast, a quiet retreat from the busy streets and pre-dinner G&Ts. A pair of kitchen scissors. We had to use nail scissors.
