Great location and great spacious apartment. It was so easy to check in and got a full run down on how everything worked. We were able to walk everywhere from the location and were super close to the square. Only downside were the mosquitos we must have killed minimum 20 of them every time we came back no idea how they were getting in. Great AC and an elevator that goes straight to the apartment

Great Central Location

This apartment is very centrally located to most iconic things in Venice, like the Rialto bridge and not far from the square. It is also near our favorite restaurant and gelato place which was a plus. Its a perfect space for one or two couples, or a small family. It was so nice to have an elevator, the extra half bath, and the rooftop terrace. Check in was personal and very friendly. The kitchen has all the basic things you would need if cooking, etc. Comfortable living space and tv, wifi worked well, and air con was a great plus. Things to be aware of is they do not provide the basics that most places provide like coffee pods for their coffee machine, soap for dishes, or any laundry detergent. Would have been also nice to have throw blanket available in the living area for comfort on the leather sofa. Maybe they will consider adding those things in the future. Not deal breakers, just nice added touches for guests. The only reason it gets a 4 star this time from us is because we had a few hiccups during our stay. A broken bed frame, holes in our sheets, and it being not the cleanest and tidiest upon arrival. The staff was apologetic and very kind and did their best to make things right by sending maintenance and cleaning staff right away, which we very much appreciated. In the end they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and we would be glad to come back and rent from them again.

Great area for restaurants and shopping. Convenient, spacious and clean with very nice staff and timely check in. Highly recommend!

Ferienwohnung in gehobener Ausstattung

Wir wurden an der Vaporetto Haltestelle Rialto empfangen und zur Wohnung begleitet. Hier wurden wir so weit wie nötig eingewiesen. Außerdem bekamen wir wertvolle Tipps für unseren bevorstehenden Urlaub. Wir waren im Februar über Karneval für 11 Tage in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem absolut ruhig im 4. Stock. In 5 Minuten waren wir an der Rialtobrücke und in 10 Minuten am Markusplatz. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und verfügt über alles zum wohlfühlen. Für uns hat es an der Einrichtung an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Aufzug kommt man direkt in der Wohnung an. Dazu hat man extra einen Schlüssel. Die 2 Betten im Dachgeschoss sind nur Matratzen auf dem Boden auf denen man aber sehr gut liegt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
