Cute and cozy close to everything

Clean, no-frills accommodations perfect for solo travelers. Warm and cozy, comfortable bed, hot water/great water pressure, simple kitchen. Centrally located near major transit hubs. Understand that the neighborhood is ethnically diverse, working class, not touristy. Only 15-20 minutes by metro to major shopping and cultural sites. Hop, skip, and jump to Montmartre (west) and Canal St Martin (east). Supermarket just downstairs, short walk to restaurants, bakery, laundry, etc.

Il y a 2 tables à manger dans mon studio. Ménage et changement de linge de lit est prévu en fin de séjour quand studio est libéré des affaires de locataire.

Great apartment. Average location.

Great studio. We have a problem at check out to refund the deposit. I have to go to another place to recover my money back. Beside that I had a great time in Paris.

Thank's. It was not RER B to come to Paris for check-out, sorry. But now i will propose to give deposit by the site and to give back the deposit by site also.

The place is good. Everything was clean and well organized. The owners are really nice people. I just feel that the neighborhood is not that safe after 8 pm.

Super Convenient

Super convenient location near Gare du Nord and Montmartre, both within 10 minutes' walk. The studio itself is clean has everything you need. Security is very good, with 3 different door codes needed to get in. Check in and check out were very smooth, and the security deposit (which is sizable) was returned promptly and in full. Will definitely book again!

O studio em si é bom, mas o local me deixou insegura

O studio é bem mobiliado, tivemos a possibilidade de cozinhar e era bem aconchegante. Mas para chegar até o imóvel tínhamos de passar por um local escuro, onde até mesmo os pedestres nos falavam para ter cuidado, me senti insegura e isso prejudicou um pouco a estadia, pois por isso voltávamos sempre cedo para o studio.

Le studio est coquet .Nous avons été accueilli de façon très professionnelle par une collaboratrice de M. kader .Le quartier est très cosmopolite et bien déservi par le métro et le R E R. Un petit four portatif serai le bienvenu pour compléter une vaisselle de bonne qualité. Si vous voulez sortir du Paris bourgeois n'hésitez pas à visiter ce quartier très animé.

Apartamento muy completo, limpio y exacto a las fotos.

Fuimos a Paris a disfrutar una semana, el apartamento de Kader es exactamente lo que aparece en las fotos, y esta muy limpio. Apenas hablamos con él, sólo la llegada y la vuelta, no fue necesario, el apartamento esta completo, vajilla, secador de pelo, abre botellas, tijeras, toallas,... Lo único malo es la zona, mucho musulman y extranjero, pero en 5 minutos estabas en el meollo de todo. Gracias Kader!!

Imóvel é bom

O imóvel é muito bom, super bem equipado. Cozinha bem preparada, com muito utensílios, o quarto em si é perfeito. A decoração é super fofa, o banheiro tem uma ducha boa. Tem um Carrefour bem próximo, então fizemos umas comprinhas e assim economizamos muito com comida, justamente por a cozinha ser bem boa. Enfim, do estúdio não tenho o que reclamar, exatamente como está na descrição. Mas, a localização nós achamos ruim. O Bairro é inseguro e com vendedores ambulantes abordando a todo instante.. Tem muitos usuários de drogas e um fedor horrível de urina pelas ruas (tem vários mictórios espalhados nas ruas). Nós tínhamos muito medo ao sair e chegar ao apartamento. A estação Gare du Nord fica próxima ao imóvel, o que facilita a locomoção. Esse terminal é enoooorme, fácil de se perder lá. Então aconselho a ir para a estação Barbès - Rochechouart, que fica mais próxima ao apartamento, ela é menor e bem mais simples de entender. Infelizmente a localização (pela segurança e sujeira) desvaloriza o apartamento.

Nice aprtment but clarify the fees

I would have given this property 4 stars because the inside of the apartment had its charm and the location was pretty vibrant. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because there was a lack of clarity on the final price of our stay. The owner was wonderful at communicating with us but when we got there they asked for a deposit which we had not discussed before. It was refundable but it didn't sit well with me that it hadn't been discussed before as it was a large fee. We agreed to our price and dates of stay with the manager several months before our trip but it seems like unexpected fees came up when the time approached. There was also a "service fee" added which we had not discussed before. Overall good experience just was not too happy about the unexpected fees. I would recommend but make sure he price is as clear as possible!

I explain you why i ask, a deposit (we have a lot of furnitures) and also it is writen on the site when your reserve, you have to pay a deposit, i refound you all your money. the reason for the fee is that you arrive one day late, and i explain you why i can not refund this day, it is the rules; you have to read conditions in the site of Abritel. thank you for your comprehension best regards

Una bonita semana en París. El apartamento está bien situado, junto al metro, supermercados baratos y no muy lejos a pié. Está muy limpio y es muy completo. Para repetir y recomendar.

Bright and Cozy

My mother and I stayed here for a couple of nights before an emergency at home cut our stay short. The owner was so kind and understanding with our circumstances and we are grateful for that. The apartment was lovely and bright and its vicinity to the metro was very convenient! We are still disappointed that our stay was postponed but we are thankful for our great experience here!

Perfect For A Stay in Paris

The apartment looks exactly like it does in the posted pictures. It’s clean and cozy, with a big comfy bed, a good-size bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is small but you can easily make more room by pulling out a butcher's block on wheels. Space-saving dressers, racks and shelves placed perfectly throughout the apartment gave us plenty of space to spread out. The Wi-Fi works well and we were able to find a few shows in English on the large flat-screen TV. The apartment is conveniently located between the La Chappelle and the Barbes Rochechouart Metro Station. There are a few grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The owner is kind, flexible and generous with her time. Finding grocery stores, patisseries and restaurants was quick and easy after she outlined everything on a local map. She also offered great tips on how to navigate the city.

Tres beau sejour dans ce joli appartement

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce sympathique studio, proche de tous commerces et station de métro, ainsi que près de la gare du nord. Appartement sans vis à vis, agréable, les propriétaires sont accueillants. Parfait pour un couple. Satisfaite du lieu, et de l emplacement. Accès internet et tv de très bonne qualité. Merci pour cette location qui s est très bien déroulée. N hésitez pas si vous souhaitez faire un séjour à Paris.

Estudio muy limpio y muy bien situado. Propietario muy atento. Tal vez la única pega es que al ser tan pequeño sobran algunos muebles, pero en general la valoración es positiva.
