Lovely villa, great pool, spacious with a beautiful terrace.

We had a great time at Villa Beatriz, the pool was very welcoming with the 37 degree heat. The covered terrace was spacious and cooling in the mid day sun. Very close to the beach, sun beds & umbrellas expensive @ 18 euros pay day. We did not hire a car and was able to purchase all food etc from the local supermarket, not cheap but you need to weigh up the cost of hiring a car against cheaper shopping. A new hotel is in the process of being built to the rear of the villa, workmen start @ 8.00am but this did not spoil our holiday. Used the local bus service, very reliable 3.25 euros pp each way to Mahon. Quiet resort with beautiful beach and some nice restaurants.

Restful holiday

Sanyo Tomàs is a beautiful quiet resort. The villa we rented was roomy (there were 6 adults, one teenager and 10 year old in our party). It was located on a quiet road with the resort amenities in easy reach. There is some noise of an evening from the adjacent hotel but this could be entertaining depending on the singer :) I will certainly be looking at this property or similar next year

Die ruhige Lage war super und sehr entspannend. Der Poolservice war hervorragend, sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand (ca. 5 Min.)und schöne große schattige Terasse. Die Küchenausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfte einer Erneuerung (fehlende Kaffeemaschine, alte Töpfe). Die steile Auffahrt zum Grundstück ist mit einem normalen PKW nicht ohne aufzusitzen zu bewältigen (großer Absatz aufgrund des Schiebetores und gleich danach des Bürgersteigs). Die Sonnenschirme am Pool sind bei Wind nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Peaceful & convenient

There were a couple of issues with the rental,Marga was friendly and helped us sort as soon as possible as best she could. We could not use the annex as it was damp, although maintenance tried to sort it the smell was bad so we had 3 bedrooms not 4 .This didn’t matter to us but we had paid for 4 bed villa. The location was ideal for everything we needed,the kitchen was well equipped.

We had a lovely stay at villa R10, nice and clean with a good size pool and close to all amenities.

Villa R10 is a good size villa and nice and clean and a good size pool. it is close to all amenities and all within walking distance as is the beach. Only down side is there are a lot of steps to get the the pool so not suitable for children or the elderly. Had a lovely stay though and Santo Tomas is ideal for a relaxing time away. Would definitely go back.

Tolles Haus mit eigenem Pool in Strandnähe

Herrliche Villa mit allem was es braucht. Ideal für Familien. Küche eingerichtet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Abwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine...aber bloss ein Handtuch. Schöner, sauberer Pool. Tolle Lage; 5 min zum einkaufen, 10 min zum Meer. Nette Vermieterin welche sofort reagierte als wir die Sauberkeit bemängelten...zerbrochene Glasreste am Boden verrieten die wohl etwas larsche Putzmannschaft. Haben kurz durchgewischt und die Räume belüftet und fühlten uns schon anderntags wie zu Hause. Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Wer allerdings auf nightlife und Aktivitäten, vielen Restaurants und grossem shopping Angebot Wert legt, wird von Santo Tomas wohl enttäuscht sein. Restaurants gibts etwa zehn, alle meist mit ähnlichen Angeboten, Supermärkte etwa drei und eine handvoll Souvenierläden. Wer aber Ruhe und Erholung sucht, mit den Kindern reist, die einfachen Dinge geniessen kann, wird glücklich und zufrieden heimkehren.

Conforme a la photo !!

Tranquillité parfaite de Sant Tomas - surtout en fin de saison ( fin septembre/début octobre , mais la mer est encore chaude !! ) Prestations conformes au descriptif avec une pièce majeure : la magnifique grande terrasse couverte . Accueil à la hauteur et quand il y a un défaut ou un problème il est rectifié dans l'heure : Merci Marga !

Extremadamente cara para las características y equipamientos que tiene

Nido de avispas en la casa, imposible usar la terraza con tranquilidad Obra al lado con ruido desde las 08:00 (no avisar de esto es una estafa) Cubertería y otros utensilios muy escaso Toda la vajilla y utensilios de cocina estaban sucios y/o grasientos La casa tampoco estaba impoluta (especialmente la cocina) Medios para tender la ropa insuficientes en una casa para 8 personas Poca ropa de casa para 8 personas

Sehr schöne "wohlfühl-Villa" in Strandnähe!

Die Villa hat eine gemütliche Ausstattung und ist umgeben von einer großen Terasse. Der Pool verfügt über eine Beleuchtung und sorgt damit für ein sehr schönes Flair! Die Villa Beatriz ist zudem durch den zentralen Standort sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!
