Perfect stay for 2, and close to everything!

My mom and I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving, and we had everything we needed, including extra towels, a fridge, a microwave, cleaning wipes, and a mini fridge. We just needed a place to stay at night, and it was perfect for that, especially if you’ll be walking around in the main part of Boerne!

we arrived at the property and never were able to access the apartment. we ended up at an over priced hotel as very few rooms available in the area due to NCAA basketball final four

Clean & Good Location

The room was clean and we had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to add a small folding step stool. If you are short, it is hard to reach the dishes in the cabinet. There are stairs to access it so think about that with luggage. We would stay again.

Very cute space perfect for an extended weekend getaway. Lisa was easy to work with and left is a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Couples getaway

It was well appointed, larger than expected. The chocolate kisses we're a very sweet note after a long journey.The steps up to the apartment were steeper than I thought but navigatable.I loved how close the apartment is to the downtown area. The handy notebook was very informative with clear instructions with checkout protocol. I suggest the notebook be placed in a clearer spot for the"men" as I had found it but my husband never saw it. We love this property

This is perfect for comfort, location and walking to and from town. Quaint, quiet and very nicely accessorized. The owner could not be more friendly and attentive. We have stayed here 3 times and will continue to stay here every time we stay in Bourne.

short stay to explore Boerne

Great location for walking around Boerne. The unit was fine, a little dusty and musty smelling, maybe it had not been rented in awhile. Bring your own coffee k-cups, there was a machine but no pods. Not the hosts fault, but the neighbors have VERY BRIGHT outdoor lights in their backyard that kept the room very bright at night making it difficult to sleep. There was confusion at check in, we were not provided a code and the check out time was listed as 1:00 pm online and 11:00 am in the room (11:00 am was the expected), these were clarified with quick communication with the host.

Anniversary/Birthday Celebration

It was a cute apartment, very nicely done. What stood out the most was the bottle of Champagne for our Anniversary/Birthday. Lisa is such a thoughtful person. We will definitely stay there again. Oh and thanks for the chocolate kisses and bottled waters in the fridge.

My Goodness, this was everything as described. SUPER Cute, clean, had everything we needed..great A/C, even chocolates :) Parking was great, neighborhood quiet and clean and safe!! Price was perfect! Communication fantastic!! THANK YOU!!!!
