Great Apartment & Excellent Hosts

The apartment is well positioned for both the beach and Paloma Park and has a huge terrace that gets the sun all day. It is well equipped with even a washing machine and dishwasher. It has everything you need including wifi and indoor and outdoor dining facilities. The host, Magda and Tony are fantastic and do everything to ensure you have a wonderful vacation and they are so friendly. We have been to Benalmadena many times as a couple but for a family vacation this place has everything, including a shared pool.

AMAZING VIEWS

The property is very well located and walkable to the marina, bars/restaurants and supermarkets plus the views are fantastic. Maggi & Toni were lovely people and very easy to deal with and were even ok when we phoned them at 12.30am with a problem. The apartment is clean and pool area is ideal. If I were picky my only moans would be it needs more outside furniture, we were a family of 5 and only had 2 sunbeds (one broken) and 1 outside deck chair plus the wooden dinning table with chairs. The apartment accommodates 7 people and feel that there should be 7 of everything ,cutlery crockery and glasses so you could all enjoy a meal together and have to take turns.

This property was wonderful inside and out. Maggie and her Husband are lovely and very welcoming. Maggie gave a great introduction showing everything we needed to know and also the quickest route to the supermarket. It is a very large 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor although there is a very short steep hill to climb coming from the beach end. The balcony is very large and wrapped around the side also. The views to the sea were amazing and great to watch the sea waters sports like the sailing boats and Parascending. Great under cover area too so there is also shelter from the sun. It was quite windy on some of the days we stayed but was also quite nice to have this as the sun was shining down. It was only a short walk down to the beach and restaurants and shops one way and then all up hill to the town and train station that was around 15 min. The property had washing machine and dishwasher but it did lack large glasses and only had 2 cereal bowls for a family of 6? We just went a brought plastic pint cups so not a problem. There were only 3 sun loungers so think it would have been nice to have a few more at least seeing as there is defiantly enough space to put them. There is a shopping trolly that is there to use and was defiantly a great help to carry shopping back up the hill.No BBQ so not sure if this is because they are not allowed? The pool was lovely and the grass around the pool area was very comfy and soft.

Très bon séjour

Appartement dans son jusmais bien situé proche plage, restaurants et supermarché. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires, parking privé sous terrain. terrasse juste parfaite, piscine privée accessible de 10-22h, le bonheur. 2 bémols tout est accessible par clé, y compris la piscine et douche petite.

Perfekter Urlaubsort

Magda und Antonio haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Die riesige Terrasse bietet Sonne und Schatten und hat einen überdachten Platz mit einer Sitzgruppe. Wir haben uns mit fünf Personen sehr wohl gefühlt.
