If your looking for a beautiful and clean spacious Villa this is the one to rent everything is exactly as shown in photos. we had a great time here the pool was very clean, will be coming back again.

Great time..

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with beautiful yard and quiet cul de sac setting.The pool was great, also the location of the house was nice close to the restaurants, groceries etc.

Florida vacation

Overall was a great. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. We definitely spent more time in the pool than inside the house. The yard was beautiful and had everything we could need and more. The kids loved the pool floaties that were already there. Thank you for a great experience!

We stayed this last June. The house was just like the pictures. We absolutely loved this house and the location. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Amazing vacation

Traveled down to Davenport from Massachusetts. My kids loved everything! Only thing I have to say was we stayed in one of the hottest weeks so we wasn’t able to use the game room due to the room being very hot. Besides that we enjoyed our stay very nice big home, great for family’s with kids.

Could be better

The house is big. But needs more maintenance and updating. It is a vacation home it should be in good conditions. The walls need painting. Some cabinets doors in the kitchen need to be fixing, and it neeeds to be clean better. The AC vents are full of dust. The BBQ was nasty i could not use it. If Im being charge a cleaning fee i expect the house to be clean

First experience

We enjoyed the property so much. It was clean, great location, pool was perfectly heated. The game room was somewhat of a disappointment. Pictures displayed a working game system, that was not the case. The pool table was great.

Great place, hope to return!

We arrived early, was able to get in, always nice after getting into town. The place was huge, needs some love, paint, could use a little more housekeeping. The outdoor pergola was very nice, the pool was great! I would recommend to anyone with a large group. Only thing I would see as a downside would be the fact that bedrooms are all upstairs.

Owner and property manager had super fast response- owner in particular was super helpful and an awesome host- house worked perfectly for our group and we would definitely stay again!

Home Away from Home

We stayed here for 2 weeks and overall enjoyed the property! There were 8 people consisting of 2 families with 4 adults and kids aged 4, 7, 10 and 13. Check in was a breeze with the door code given to us a few weeks beforehand. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was adequately stocked for home meal prep. Lots of bathroom towels for everyone as well as pool towels. The kids loved the games room (although extremely HOT in there, ventilation would be a bonus) and the pool was a big hit. We had issues with the dryer and in communication with Romel, he had the manager come and solve the issue fairly quickly. The pool cleaner came twice during our stay and it would have been nice to have been notified prior to arrival as both times we had to vacate the pool for an hour. We thought the proximity to the parks and shopping was convenient. There were plenty of great restaurants a few mins down the road as well as a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!!

Summer Vacation

The house was as described. The pool guy was cleaning the pool when we arrived to check-in. We were not allowed to use the pool till about 3-4 hrs later. After 4hours The pool was not ready to use. Kids complained of strong chemicals while in the pool and had some irritation on their skin from the chemicals. The garage/game room was too hot to enjoy since there was no ac only a fan. Our overall stay of the house was fine other than a funky smell when you walk in the house.

Overall was a good stay

House was clean and roomy and furnishings were very nice. Outside amenities were awesome. We had a little problem with pool but owner sent someone out promptly to fix the situation. I didn’t realize that property was “self catered” so, as we do a lot a cooking I was disappointed in the lack of pantry items. Also I guess I assumed that the game room would be air conditioned, it was not. However we made the best of our vacation and we all had a great time!

Great home rental!

My 2 kids and I stayed here in late March 2023. Spacious home for our spring break stay. Pool was slightly bigger than pics make it appear. Well appointed and great value. Would recommend.

Location is convenient

House is very nice. They should probably have a talk with the cleaning staff. The property Manger never returned our calls about our complaints. Bring your own towels and wash clothes, they didn't have 16 each, as stated in the laundry room. The game consoles didn't work. The tv remote controls need batteries. The stay was just, ok!
