Lorely's Guest Houseは、ライラックルーフまたはグリーンルーフと同じ建物の2階（エレベーターなし）にある最近改装された新しいアパートです。 約80平方メートルの大きさで、最大7人まで収容できます。

2つの「屋根」と比較して、Lorely's Guest Houseの天井は非常に高く（高さ約4メートル）、すべての部屋が非常に明るくなります。

マスターベッドルームには、ダブルベッド、デスク、32インチのテレビが備わっています。 ラウンジには、65インチのテレビ、最大4人まで収容できる2つのソファーベッドがあります。 最後に、最後の部屋にはシングルベッドがあります。

新しくモダンなキッチンには、簡易キッチン、オーブン、食器洗い機、4脚の椅子を備えたテーブル、電子レンジと冷蔵庫、32インチのテレビ、カプセル付きのネスプレッソコーヒーマシンが備わっています。

専用バスルームは、水色のセラミックフィーチャで覆われています。ここには、ソリューションと洗濯機を組み合わせたバスタブとシャワーがあります。

リビングルームとベッドルームには2つのバルコニーがあり、そこからスタビアのカステッランマーレのメイン広場であるクアルトゥッチョ広場を眺めることができます。 ただし、キッチン、バスルーム、小さな部屋には3つの窓があり、そこからプライベートガーデンとモンテファイトの景色を眺めることができます。

手動で調節可能な暖房システムと、家中の無料Wi-Fiを備えています。

Très bel appartement et accueil fantastique

Nous avons séjourné à 5 (4 adultes et un enfant) dans ce très bel appartement. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare dont le train dessert toute la baie. La famille Assante est très accueillante. Ne parlant pas très bien l'anglais et pas du tout l'italien M. Assante a trouvé des solutions pour que nous nous comprenions. Et nous avions le petit déjeuner de toute la semaine prévu. Nous avions choisi de louer une voiture. Des places de stationnement sont disponibles en bas de la location. Mais attention à vous garer avant le soir et à bien payer le parcmètre (je cherche encore la solution pour régler mon amende de stationnement). Nous avons profité d'un grand nombre de visite: Le Vésuve, Pompéï, Naples et aussi le mont Fairo accessible via un téléphérique que l'on prend à la gare. De la haut vous avez la vue sur la baie de Naples mais aussi sur Capri. Je pense que si nous avions eu plus de temps nous serions aller en bateau à Capri. Franchement, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nous avons trouvé les gens que nous avons rencontré plutôt chaleureux. Je vous conseille vraiment cet endroit

Very nice.

Our apartment was great,, we were very close to train station, only 5 min. It was very easy to get to Sorrento. There was a wonderful Resturant near by, and coffee shops. Went me arrived we realized we could not use the washing machine but after speaking with Tutto he allowed us to use it. It would have been nice to have a clothes rack to hang clothes on to dry, there were clothes lines outside but... we had to wash clothes the day it rained. We did enjoy our stay there. I will say this , upon arrival we were apprehensive about the outside of the building but the building was built in the 1700's, but the stairway is well lighted. Thank you Tutto

A very good apartment for a vacation with friends

We rent this apartment for 8 night. We accommodate 5 persons very well, in 3 rooms. The flat is near the circumvesuviana station, so you it's easy to visit other places. From the train station you can also by tickets for the "funivia". The apartment is in an old building, very quiet. But during the night you have to close the windows, because street it's a little bit noisy. The flat it's equipped with everything that is necessary, for the rooms, bathroom and kitchen. And if you need something, Antonello answers with promptitude. The rooms are large, very clean and clear and there is a very good wifi. Antonello gave us helpful hints for our visits to Capri and Amalfi Coast. Before our arrival and during our stay, Antonello was very helpful and kind. He gave us all the details for the finding the apartment, he gave us informations for our visits and he answered very quickly to our messages. We felt like home in this apartement.

My name is Antonello Assante and I am the commercial director of a renowned 4-star hotel on the Sorrento peninsula. In a few months I will also be running a fantastic new parallel operation - managing a family B & B in Castellammare di Stabia.

I took a degree in the Economics of Tourism in 2005 and since then have worked in tourism and hospitality as my specialty. My passion is working in this sector and I endeavour to apply my professionalism by providing a first class service to all my guests. It's great to think we can help to create memorable moments for the guest’s most treasured occasion - their vacation. I aim to always be present during their stay, to suggest restaurants, excursions and transfers and try to anticipate all their needs.
