Wonderful !

The Flat is just perfect! Located in a quiet street but very near the center and public transports,we really enjoyed our stay there. The view from the terrace is just amazing and Nicoletta is so kind!

Amazing property and terrific host

Great, clean property and location! Host was amazing with communication in advance of stay and provided very clear instructions to pick up key and answered all questions in a very timely manner. There is an elevator which was very helpful as someone in our party needed it for accessibility.We enjoyed a beautiful view of waterfront from balcony and was walkable to many restaurants, grocery store, and waterfront. We were taking a cruise and it was just a 5 minute taxi ride to the port.Highly recommend the host and apartment!

View from outdoor terrace was amazing.

Our host was excellent in communicating with us. She met us at the apartment and showed us how to work everything. Great location and very spacious. The washing machine was a plus. Loved the city and would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Nicoletta was very prompt on our arrival and was more than willing to stay and answer any questions we had about the city. Great advice about the best places to eat and great things to see. The apartment is spacious, very clean and in a perfect location in the city. The balcony views of the ocean are wonderful. We did not want to leave. Would very highly recommend staying here!

Four days in interesting Trieste

A gracious, spacious apartment with a view of the harbour and the sea! The building is quiet, and a short walk away from everything, including a lively pedestrian street, with many bars, restaurants and a Coop grocery store, Nicoletta was very kind and helpful, and available if we needed anything. All in all, we had a lovely stay in Trieste!

Living on the balcony in Trieste

The apartment is bright, clean and modern, and had all the amenities we needed. We basically lived on the balcony! It is a perfect location for exploring Trieste and close to the cruise terminal. The nearby restaurants were amazing! Nicoletta, the hostess, is great! She was very flexible with our arrival and departure time, and we really appreciated that.

Penthouse in the center with sea view

We loved the Penthouse. It was comfortable for all of us. It was stocked with all the essentials we needed. Although I did not spend much time on the balcony, the view from there was fabulous. The sunset was stunning. I would use the Penthouse again.

Exceptional location and lovely view

This apartment is in the heart of Trieste within walking distance of all the sights. It has a balcony with a lovely view across the water. The apartment has been updated in the main living area, but not in the kitchen and bathrooms, so it was a bit of a mix of flashiness in parts and dilapidation in others. It is on the seventh floor of the building, but there is a small lift to get you there.

Wonderful location

Wonderful place and location with beautiful deck to enjoy and view the beautiful Adriatic Sea and working Port. Very nice main bedroom and bathroom. VERY small 2nd bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped but just FYI no basic food like salt and pepper etc. We had a wonderful stay and our only complaint at all is that we don’t like fragrances and the sheets and pillows had a VERY strong cleaning fragrance to the point that we couldn’t use them. Of course this may not bother others at all. Over all we loved it and the host was was very nice.

Can’t give an opinion except to say the owner was most unhelpful when the dates were mixed up. A gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated but the owner showed that she is in the business for money not hospitality.

Top Lage

Top Lage, ruhig, sensationelle Aussicht, mit großer Terrasse. Grosszügig angelegte Wohnräume u Küche. Ein Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, Einzelbett. Im anderen Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett u ausreichend Platz. Ein großes Badezimmer mit WC und ein mini Badezimmer mit WC. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber und auch für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Nicoletta ist reizend, hat uns sogar einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus organisiert. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und daher auch abgewohnt.

Der Wille zur Gestaltung ist durchgängig zu spüren. Wir fühlten uns wohl in der Wohnung. Spektakuläre Blicke aus allen Fenstern. Im Wohnungzimmer müssten übrigens zwei Glühbirnen erneuert werden (Leuchter unter dem Wandteppich).

Nice time

Shared the flat with a colleague going to Trieste for a conference. We enjoyed the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice and quiet flat with a beautiful terrace offering a fantastic view on the sea and harbor.
