The flat is optimized for vacation living, with a central kitchen that flows into a living and dining space. The kitchen features top-drawer appliances so you can cook or entertain friends without leaving home—it flows into a living/dining area where everyone can gather around.

The main bedroom is a bright and cheery space with a custom King size bed made from local Guanacaste wood.

Adjacent to the living room is an office space with an office desk that enables you to work remotely in the best conditions.

If you receive guests or travel with your kids, the daybed and trundle bed with a full-size mattress will turn the office space into a cozy second bedroom so four people can comfortably sleep here.

With two terraces, a private pool, and a BBQ, you'll have plenty of space to unwind while enjoying the beautiful scenery around you. Lounge chair seating is available for relaxing any time of day or night - perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the area's natural landscape or enjoying some water sports!

The Beach Club is a private entity, not managed by Las Catalinas Doorway, and access is subject to availability, with the fitness room, a reservation in advance is required.

Mandatory Experience Fee:
A mandatory nightly USD 40 fee per bedroom, already included in the rate, enhances your stay with resort-style amenities and curated community experiences, including complimentary access to tennis and pickleball courts, gym access, daily wellness classes, valet parking, trail access, in-town transportation, weekly activities, and gratuities.
