MyStay - Casa das Oliveiras with pool and fantastic garden

Located just a few minutes from Póvoa de Varzim, the property is located in a quiet location with magnificent beaches and, as proof of the hospitable warmth of the north, it offers a welcome pack with regional products.

The house has two suites (with complete private bathroom), two bedrooms with a double bed, four bathrooms, dining/living room and fully equipped kitchen. The property has a maximum capacity of 10 people. If the number of guests is higher, it offers the possibility to accommodate more people in extra beds. However, the owner reserves the right to apply an additional cost to the reservation amount. The accommodation also offers Internet access and private parking.

Outside, you will find a beautiful garden, private saltwater pool, jacuzzi, children's playground, multipurpose playing field (volleyball/badminton/soccer/handball), table football, barbecue and garden furniture. These characteristics make the accommodation an excellent option for hosting families or groups of friends.

Due to its excellent location, you will find restaurants (1km), supermarkets (1km), Póvoa Casino (13km), Estela Golf Course (12km) and nightlife spaces (11km). The nearest airport is Porto Airport, 30 km from the property.

The accommodation has a deposit of 300€ to be paid in cash at the destination. This same amount will be refunded on departure, if there are no damages.

Amazing house for a weekend getaway

Both the house and the host were superb. We will definitely come back with better weather as we want to explore the area a little more. House is amazing, just as in the pictures. The hot tub and pool area are excellent too. Totally worth it

Very friendly host and hostess. They welcomed us with a home made dinner, which was so welcome after a long flight. House was super clean, very spacious and fully equipped. 4 big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Cosy living room and nice kitchen. The garden was very beautiful and there were plenty of facilities.. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, bikes, outside kitchen, safe and private garden for children. I would go back in a heartbeat! Thumbs up for the Oliveira family.

Excellent Accommodation in North Porto Area

We loved everything about our stay at Carlos' house. The property is very well maintained. Very beautiful yard and pool area. Nice heated jacuzzi tub. There are lot of different activities available including table tennis, volleyball, biking etc. House itself is very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The hospitality of hosts was beyond any expectations. Carlos' wife prepared for us very tasty local dishes, which we enjoyed with local wine also provided by hosts. Thank you very much for making our stay so wonderful! We highly recommend this property to everybody!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Casa das Oliveiras.Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables. Ils nous ont préparé un dîner de dégustation de spécialités locales que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.La maison est idéale pour un séjour en famille avec des adolescents, très bien équipée avec un terrain de volley/foot, la piscine, le jacuzzi, jeux de fléchettes…Le seul petit point négatif de la maison est qu’elle est située à côté d’un champs de vaches et certains jours nous avons été dérangés par l’odeur. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d’apprécier notre séjour et nous serons très heureux d’y séjourner à nouveau.

Tive 6 noites com os meus amigos aí e não faltou nada. Grandes condições, muito espaço, muito arrumado, limpo e organizado, e havia sempre alguma coisa para fazer. Proprietarios muito simpaticos e prestáveis.

Las mejores vacaciones posibles

Realmente es dificil superar el trato recibido muy superior a cualquier hotel y muy familiar, sus detalles fueron recibidos por todos con gran sorpresa y se disfrutaron mucho, el alojamiento está muy cuidado y el trabajo que realizan Carlos y su familia son para destacar por encima de todo. No creo que nadie pueda olvidar estas vacaciones. Gracias a todos Sinceramente no podría decir nada, nuestras expectativas fueron superadas ampliamente, es impresionante la labor que desarrollan. Siento no poder ayudarles a mejorar ya que yo no podría hacerlo mejor.

Magnifique expérience portugaise

Avant de poursuivre je voudrais dire un immense "obrigado" à Carlos et son épouse pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leurs attentions et leur générosité. Leur maison est un havre de paix au milieu d'un magnifique jardin. Ici tout est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour : piscine, jaccuzi, baby foot, fléchettes, badmington, vtt...une terrasse ombragée, une autre couverte avec barbecue pour déguster les delicieuses spécialités portugaises. La maison est décorée avec goût, très propre...il ne manque rien côté vaisselle et accessoires. Merci aussi pour nous avoir fait découvrir les différents cépages portugais et la cuisine typique de votre beau pays. Nous vous souhaitons plein de belles rencontres. ...et peut être à une prochaine fois. Cathy et family Location très très fortement recommandée.

Accueil très chaleureux, Carlos et sa famille ont été aux petits soins avec nous, allant jusqu’a nous emmener aux courses car nous n’avions pas de voiture...du jamais vu. La maison est très joli, fonctionnelle, bref tout était parfait !! J’allais oublier: un grand merci pour le repas des spécialités locales que vous nous avez offert.

Excellent choice

We are three families that stayed at this property for a week. It is a beautiful villa, garden and swimming pool with a well equipped outside kitchen. The property owners are excellent, very professional and very hospitable. The area was quiet with small and large supermarkets, phamacy and small shops of a butchers and patisserie. We walked to the local bar one evening which was very friendly. This area of Portugal is very pretty and lots of places to visit around (car required). I would highly recommend this villa to families as there are plenty of things to do. I am sure that everyone who stays at Casa das Oliveiras, at Rates, Povoa de Varzim will have a fantastic time as we all did. Top marks for The owners Carlos and family. From Chamberlain, Harding and Dobson families, Kent, UK.
