Casa do Pinhalは、自然公園の中心部というユニークなロケーションにあります。Casa do Pinhalは、ビーチとCavado川の間の松の木でいっぱいの静かで狭いストリップの中にあります。

Nice property but it is not a 12 person villa it is only 10. The owner/manager, Carlos, confirms that the property details are wrong. The so called annexe is unusable.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Pinhal, lovely location next to a river and the beach. The only issue was that the pool is unheated and a bit chilly but everything else was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The house is big, very big garden with a great view. Wonderful location. The pool is small but ok (and very cold). The house would need a deep cleaning and some renovation. The price was very high for one week and for this pice towels without holes or a clean oven for instance would be nice. The water pressure was very weak, but maybe this is normal in this area. Contact person at the location, Carlos, was great. Overall we had a wonderful week.

Zona Preciosa!

Casa perfectamente situada muy grande y espaciosa. La sexta habitación de las literas no es muy habitable y el agua caliente no llega bien a todos los sitios. Aun así, repetiría, la finca es Preciosa. Los dueños muy amables.

Superbe maison. Tout etait au rdv...soleil (sans la canicule), océan, piscine, surf. L emplacement est top. Tout peut se faire à pied. Les propriétaires sont de bons conseils. Ils sont d une gentilesse hors pair. L envie d y revenir est bien présente. Top!

Beautiful, cool house. Wonderfully equipped for a large group. Location yards from a stunning beach and on top of a river for paddle boarding. Couple of bikes for shopping trips. We managed without a car but better with one I think. Boats walk is great and bird life amazing. Take your binos. Restaurants in walking distance at Fao but great fish restaurants are an hours walk door to door and limited taxis ( drivers said there were 3 times tourists this year so hopefully this will right itself) Porto is 1/2 hr by taxi and is exquisite. Owner is v responsive and helpful.

Maison de Vacances exceptionnelle! L’emplacement est parfait, à proximité immédiate d’une belle plage et avec un accès privatif à un ponton permettant la pêche aux crabes, à la nasse, ou à l’épuisette!! Beaucoup de petits commerces tout près ou l’on trouve tout le nécessaire (épicerie, marché, restaurant…) Maison très agréable, toute équipée, bien isolée, propre. Literie de bonne qualité. Une location de rêve pour des vacances parfaites!! Il ne manque rien. Communication très agréable avec les propriétaires. C’est TOP! Nous recommandons à 100%!!

Casa Pinhal

Casa Pinhal is a lovely villa extremely well equipped and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay for rest and relaxation. The pool is not heated but is good to swim in though refreshing. The beach is less than 3 minutes walk away. An ideal place for surfing and kite surfing. In easy reach of Porto, Braga and Guimarães for culture etc. Boutique hotel Sense of Ofir a few minutes walk away has a lovely terrace and restaurant. Carlos did everything possible to make our stay stress free and we had a lovely holiday yes I would recommend Casa Pinhal

Location, Location

Casa Pinhal was perfect for our family reunion, we ranged in age from 24 to 78 and there was something for everyone. The proximity of the most amazing places to explore, the food, the beach,the shopping for groceries......and of course the wine! The last couple of nights , it was a little chilly, could have used a few cover ups while we enjoyed the evenings at the villa! Lovely people, great country and a nice place to relax Thank you, Fernando and João Margret and family

Super Strandhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen, entspannten Urlaub in Ofir. Das Haus ist groß, schön eingerichtet und aufgrund des Alters, leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fluss ist direkt vor dem Garten und man hört das Meer ebenfalls vom Garten rauschen. Ofir selbst hat nicht so viel zu bieten, aber in wenigen Fahrminuten ist Esposende zu erreichen, Zum Einkaufen oder für Erkundungen braucht man in jedem Fall ein Auto. Kleinere Erledigungen können in Ofir getätigt werden. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller, erholsamer Urlaub.

Gemütliche Villa in toller Lage

Wir verbrachten unser Familientreffen mit 3 Generationen in dem schönen Haus. Toller Bick auf den Fluss, sehr kurzer Fussweg zum langen und beeindruckendem Sandstrand. Das Haus war sauber und die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft funktionierte beispielsweise die Heizung nicht vollumfänglich, das Problem wurde aber sofort professionell gelöst. Das Haus inkl. Inventar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt. Vermutlich bedingt durch die Feuchtigkeit von Meer und Fluss riecht es manchmal im Haus leicht moderig. Bei besseren Lüftungsmöglichkeiten während des Frühlings und Sommers stellt dies sicherlich kein Problem dar. Mitte der Woche haben wir für ein Geburtstags-Dinner den privaten Koch-Service im Haus geniessen können: Ein sehr feines, portugiesisches 3-Gänge Menü mit gutem Wein. Merci.

Fabulous location for unspoilt beach fun and an authentic experience

A spacious, relaxed and comfortable property with plenty of room for our family party of 8 adults, with space for gathering as a large group or taking time out as a couple or smaller gang. Incredible access to a beautiful beach ( 3 minutes walk) and riverside boardwalk running through a nature reserve. Plenty of equipment at the house, including bikes and a canoe, and a well-equipped kitchen. Friendly surfer vibe in the local hamlet Ofir, with relaxed bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, and fabulous fish restaurants a very short drive away. Friendly hosts who sorted out a minor issue caused by a local power outtage very quickly. Only downside was the unheated pool, which even in August felt freezing - if heated, this would have been an absolute dream property. Easy access to and from Porto via an express metro a few miles away meant that this was a perfect location for a day exploring the city. Would definitely recommend

Great location, house and facilities

Stayed for a week as a party of eight with three children. House and location were as described in photos/text and did not disappoint. Secluded location, excellent house and well kept gardens that suited us well. Pool was spotless with pool man and gardeners both attending during the week. House clean and well equipped with no problems - a little dated in places, but none the worse for it. Easy walk (15mins) to various cafes and bars with a wider choice within 30 minutes walk. No problems at all and would stay again.

Outstanding location for the beach & water-based activities, great house for larger group

10 of us had an excellent time staying at Casa Pinhal - great gardens and nice pool for relaxing/reading, plenty of space inside and on the patio to choose a comfortable place to be. Ample bathrooms, bedrooms all worked for us ~ combinations of twins and doubles. Kitchen could use a little TLC, but all worked OK. Easy access to the local beaches (Atlantic and river-side) for surfing, horse riding, kite surfing etc., We also found quad-biking and canoeing locally too. Need a car really of you are planning to go out & about (enjoyed Braga, Barcelos, Porto). Would certainly consider returning to the area ~ even in mid July, temperatures were not at all oppressive ~ and also the house if future dates worked.

Amazing location Great Villa Friendly Service

Less than 30 minutes drive door to door from Porto airport the journey from the airport was smooth and hassle free.....a great way to start a holiday with 2 kids and a demanding wife :-)! From when we booked through Fernando and his team to when we arrived at the villa and were met by Joao it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. And we weren't disappointed. The villa's location is quite simply breathtaking.....get the guys to send you an arial picture of the location - for some reason its not on the advert but we got it when we were sent directions etc! We were right on a sort of peninsula - the river estuary on one side right by the garden ( we fished off the garden embankment and caught 2 fish!) and the seaside and beaches on the other side! The house is in sort of a private enclave of nice big expensive villas yet only 5 minutes walk you have the local cafe, mini supermarket and three cafes on the beach. A further 5 minutes and you're in the heart of lots of restaurants. All good quality and so cheap! We travelled as two small families - the kids loved it and so did the wives (the bosses!)
