Rustic stone house with private pool in the village of Vilafranca de Bonany with capacity for 6 to 8 people.
This Majorcan Style house invites you to spend wonderful holidays in a genuine athmosphere. The private, 8m x 5m salt water pool has a depth between 0.6m and 1.9m. Surrounded by six sun loungers, it is a perfect place for enjoying the sun. A charming patio and nice views overlooking the village invites you to celebrate great family dinners! Maybe you fancy a tasty barbecue? After a swim in the pool you can use the exterior shower. There's another terrace on the first floor with pool and town views. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

There's a rustic dining room, a fully-fitted kitchen with gas hob, washing machine, iron, ironing board, a shower bathroom and a sitting room with wooden oven and satellite-TV on the ground floor. A staircase leads you to the first floor with three double bedrooms and one room with a bunk bed. One bedroom offers A/C while the rest has a fan. A shower bathroom complete the equipment. There's central heating for the winter. If you come with your baby, we supply one cot and one high chair on request.

This genuine villa is located in the center of Vilafranca de Bonany which forms part of the zone Pla de Mallorca. The surroundings are basically rural, characterized by the farmers, wheat fields and old wind mills. In Vilafranca de Bonany you'll find a grocery shop, a bank, cafés and restaurants. Visit also the Wednesday market with fresh fruits and vegetables. The nearest sand beach is in Porto Cristo, but there are lots of nice beaches like Cales de Mallorca, Cala Murada or the natural beach of Cala Varques.

Thank you for a memorable visit.

Would not hesitate to recommend this home from home stay. We had such a peaceful family holiday. No need for us to leave the place as it had everything we needed. 6 adults relaxed in a fruit filled garden, swam in a good sized pool, drank fresh water from the well in the kitchen daily. There were plenty spaces for everyone to enjoy their own company, yet big enough communal spaces where we were at ease dining and socialising.The owner was kind and gracious towards us. Homerti were excellent in their communication. If it’s a clean, well appointed comfortable holiday to spend with loved ones then it doesn’t come better than this home. Thank you for a memorable visit.

Wir waren sieben junge Mädels mit Mietauto und haben die zentrale Lage auf der Insel sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und bot viel Platz für uns alle. Besonders der Pool und der Aussenbereich mit Grill etc. hat uns gut gefallen. Für Leute, die die Insel mit dem Auto erkunden wollen und eine Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Dörfchen bevorzugen, ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Wir wurden mit einem Kuchen im Kühlschrank begrüßt und genossen die hervorzuhebende Gastfreundlichkeit. Wer Party, Restaurants oder Ähnliches sucht, muss Kompromisse eingehen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir hatten mit unseren 3 kleinen Kindern einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist wirklich toll und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert, bietet jeglichen Komfort und ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es waren sogar Gewürze vorhanden und Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit sauberen Handtüchern. Auch die Betten waren bequem und sauber. Nach einer Woche wurden ohne Aufforderung sowohl die Handtücher als auch die Bettbezüge gewechselt. Der Pool sieht tatsächlich genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und wird Dienstags und Samstags gereinigt. Ein eigener Parkplatz steht zwar nicht zur Verfügung, aber das war für uns überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben zu jeder Tageszeit einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe finden können. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es in 200 Meter Entfernung. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für einen tollen Urlaub in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Wir haben zu acht eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und hatten eine super Zeit. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und schön eingerichtet und das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Danke dass wir Gäste sein durften!

Klare Empfehlung für rustikale Stadthaus-Liebhaber!

Schönes, mallorquinisch eingerichtetes Stadthaus mit großer Küche und tollem Innenhof/-terrasse. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Kleinere Mängel wurden nach Meldung durch den Besitzer selbst umgehend behoben. Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet - allerdings war das Geschirr z.T. nicht sauber. Dank Spülmaschine aber ok. Alles in allem aber sehr zu empfehlen!

La casa vella

Beautiful traditional Majorcan style villa. It exceeded expectations. A group of 8 of us stayed here for a week. The outside space was perfect. Lovely big dining table, bbq and a decent sized pool. Plenty of sun loungers. We spent most of our time outdoors and our 17 and 18 year olds loved the pool. The inside of the villa was spacious with a well equipped kitchen, with use of a washing machine. Iron etc. Vilafranca is a small town, rural and rustic with not many tourists. Perfect for a quiet getaway, there’s a handful of bars and restaurants and we were made welcome in all of them, even so far as getting the Newcastle match on for us! Manacor a larger town is a 15 minute bus ride away and palma 40 minutes. Buses arent too frequent, but with planning you can get around easily, Hiring a car would be beneficial but not essential. It is advisable to book transport to and from airport before you come.

Excellent séjour et propriétaire au très gentil.

La villa est d'une propreté parfaite et l'espace extérieur et vraiment charmant. La situation de la villa est très avantageuse au milieu de l'île à 30 minutes de toutes les plus belles plages. Le seul petit inconvénient est que la villa est un peu sombre de l'intérieur. Excellent séjour et propriétaire au très gentil.

Can recommend this apartment for family holiday

Apartment Sa Casa Vella was perfect for holiday stay with kids. The courtyard and pool were just perfect! The courtyard wasn't that big but very functional. Pool was decent size and the kids loved it. We used the barbecue almost every day. It was great! Kitchen was also super good and it was a pleasure to eat outside. Only one bedroom had air conditioning which was mentioned in the information. Nights were pretty hot. Can recommend this apartment for family holiday.

We had a lovey time and would recommend staying here for sure

The outdoor space makes this place, the pool and dining area are perfect! The house itself is open and comfortably fits 8 people. The facilities are a little dated but everything works and you’ll have everything you need. The area is very quiet and we were very glad to have a car so we could get around but if you’re happy to lounge around the villa pool and pick up supplies from the local Spar you’ll be fine without. We had a lovey time and would recommend staying here for sure.

Great position very well connected to the south east best beaches. The house was very clean and well mantained. Very easy to find car park in the street which was my concern before arriving. I would choose it again!!!

Nous y sommes allés en octobre pour ceux qui ne sont pas frileux la piscine peut être encore utilisée sinon on peut au moins prendre son café le matin sur la terrasse au soleil ! Il faut par contre noter que l escalier qui mène aux chambres est très raide, attention à aux genoux fragiles. Sinon les équipements pour bébé sont très bien, les lits grands et confortables.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes sauberes Haus . Nette Vermieter wurden mit Kuchen und Wein empfangen . Würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren, einzigster Nachteil zwei der Schlafzimmer liegen zur Strassenseite . Da das Haus an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt ist das Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nur schwer möglich . Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Die genaue Lage des Objektes war nur durch GPS Koordinaten angegeben, was sich etwas schwierig gestaltete. Mittwochs sind die Parkmöglichkeiten eingeschränkt durch einen Markt, da wäre ein entsprechender Hinweis in den Buchungsunterlafen hilfreich. Die Finca und der Pool sind sehr schön und durch die Nähe einer größeren Stadt gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Guter Zustand des Hauses. Sehr schöner großer Pool. Typisch Mallorcinisch

Wir, 4 Erwachsene zwei Kinder und zwei Babys, hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus war groß genug, aber auch nicht zu groß um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Terrasse war sozusagen unser Esszimmer, da wir an dem großen Tisch viel Platz für alles (essen, spielen, Cocktailabende) hatten. Der Pool war super. Er war groß und tief genug um dort auch mal zu schwimmen. Für kleinere Kinder ist er vielleicht etwas zu tief, aber unsere Kinder haben sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Auch die Poolliegen sind in gutem Zustand, was auch den gesamten Terrassenbereich betrifft. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, so dass man sogar backen könnte, wenn es gewünscht ist. Das Dorf ist süß und sehr ruhig. Obwohl das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es nie laut gewesen. Kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte, sowie einige Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und es ist alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist alles typisch mallorcinisch, die mallorciner waren alle sehr nett, auch wenn wir uns teilweise nur mit Händen und Füßen verständigen konnten. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.
