We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location was perfect, in a quiet residential area but a short 10 minute walk to the coast or to the old town, in either direction. The host was excellent, highly responsive to any questions and queries and went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed for our stay.The photos make it hard to understand the layout of the property, but all living spaces are on one floor, with a front patio and rear pool area. Steps upstairs to rooftop terrace. Would happily stay again, we had a fantastic week.

Lovely villa with pool

It had everything we needed for a lovely holiday and felt spacious with a garden around it and lots of areas to sit outside. The swimming pool is particularly nice and we really enjoyed the BBQ/outside kitchen area alongside it. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked efficiently. It is a short walk from the house into Alcudia town which is a lovely Moorish walled town with a really good market on Tuesdays and Sundays. We also went to Alcudia beach which is a 5 minute drive away, but we preferred the smaller beaches in walking distance to the house. We would recommend this villa.

Es hat wieder einmal alles gepasst! Man kann sich dort nur wohlfühlen! Die Lage und der schöne Pool sind einfach einzigartig, ebenso wie die Betreuung durch die Agentur. Einzig ein weiteres WC wäre irgendwann wünschenswert. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Als erstes ist der sehr nette Kontakt mit Anna von Alcudia Property zu nennen, lieben Dank nochmal für alles! An der Unterkunft ist nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet und gepflegt! Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Lage sehr angenehm. Für uns hat alles super gut gepasst, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt - wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

Gemeinsam mit einer Freundin, haben wir eine Woche Urlaub in dieser wirklich wunderschönen Finca gemacht. Schon im Vorhinein funktionierte die Kommunikation mit der Agentur super. Die liebe Anna hat uns dann am Tag der Ankunft im Haus in Empfang genommen und war auch den gesamten Aufenthalt über erreichbar, falls man eine Frage hatte. Auf Sauberkeit wird hier sehr großen Wert gelegt. Das Haus selbst und auch der Außenbereich, waren super sauber. Der Besitzer selbst kam sogar alle paar Tage, morgens in der Frühe um den Pool zu reinigen. Trotz das das Haus in einem Wohngebiet liegt, war es super ruhig. Die absolut sehenswerte Altstadt liegt 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ist super um ein bisschen zu bummeln oder essen zu gehen. Insgesamt war es wirklich eine tolle Woche, was auf jeden Fall mit an der tollen Unterkunft lag. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

2 Familien Aufenthalt

Man muss sich die ganzen Deko Elemente wegdenken, dann passen die Fotos ganz gut. Die Außenanlage war leider aufgrund der enormen Menge an Schnaken kaum nutzbar. Küchenutensilien könnten mehr sein, ansonsten eine super gepflegte und gut gelegene Villa.

Lovely villa, lovely people!

Lovely villa with great pool. Only about 10 mins from Alcudia old town with its lovely restaurants and shops. Very quick response to any of our queries when booking and at villa. Also 5 mins to beaches to North. Port also well worth a visit. We walked and it took about 20 mins. We didn't hire a car and we had plenty to do for 2 weeks.

Lovely villa and a brilliant location near to Alcudia..

The villa lived up to the positive reviews from other guests. Very close to Alcudia, where there are plenty of eating places and the market twice a week. The villa is well kept, clean and in a quiet area. Enjoyed the pool. Thought it might be a challenge with 6 adults and only the one bathroom but it was fine - the outdoor shower was helpful. Tonja who manages the property is extremely helpful. Would recommend without hesitation and would willingly return for another visit.

Good sized villa with great outdoor space

Good sized villa, especially the garden and pool area which is the biggest we have seen for a property of this size. Good internal layout as well. Air conditioning worked like a dream in 35 degree heat. Few maintenance issues - some cooker issues, pool lights and tiles - but they didn't effect our stay and we are sure Tonja, who is a very helpful host, will have them sorted out asap in any event.

Hübsches Haus an sehr guter Lage

Schon bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir konnten das Haus am Nachmittag übernehmen aber bereits vorher unsere Koffer dort deponieren. Das Haus war perfekt gereinigt und hergerichtet! Auch die Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche war hervorragend. Die Lage zur hübschen Altstadt von Alcudia ist top. Taxi oder Bus bringen einem auch rasch an einen der Strände oder nach Port Alcudia. Aber auch die Zeit Haus mit dem Pool, welchen die Kinder sehr genossen haben war super. Der Abschied ist uns entsprechend schwer gefallen. Tonja hat sich während der gesamten Zeit und insbesondere beim Verlassen des Hauses sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wonderful Villa in a nice part of Alcudia

For a family villa it works perfectly. With two young children the pool was used constantly. We also used the BBQ area for lunches and dinner. Tonja and her team made us feel very welcome and looked after us. 5 stars and cant wait to book up next year.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben im Mai 16 Tage in dieser Villa gewohnt und es war einfach nur wundervoll. Das Haus ist sauber, gut aufgeteilt, hat dicke Wände (wichtig für einen Urlaub mit Baby ;) ) und hat alle Utensilien, die man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Zudem ist die Lage einfach grandios (10 Min. in die wunderschöne Altstadt Alcúdias und ca. 20 Min. zu einer kleinen Bucht fernab des Massentourismuses, alles fußläufig) Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Tonja war schon vor Antritt der Reise super erreichbar und hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns schon mit der Ankunft heimisch gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. So ist unser erster Urlaub mit Baby wunderbar in Erinnerung geblieben und wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

un bon moment sur alcudia

Nous avons réservé à trois couple la villa can jaume. Tout d'abord nous avons été reçu de manière très chaleureuse par Tonja. Elle s'est adapté à nos horaires et avait même anticipé notre arrivée en me contactant régulièrement par mail. C'est très agréable et rassurant ... La villa est très bien placée en périphérie de la jolie ville d'alcudia. Vous pouvez vous rendre très rapidement à pied au centre de la vieille ville. La maison est très agréable à vivre avec une belle piscine et un extérieur parfait pour les grillades et l'apéro... Le seul petit bémol est le ballon d'eau chaude peut être un peu petit pour 6 ainsi que la dotation en vaisselle/couvert un peu juste. A part ça nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommande chaleureusement notre hôte pour son accueil , sa disponibilité, ses petits conseils toujours utiles et sa gestion parfaite de la location Merci Tonja!!!

Schöne Unterkunft ruhig gelegen

Eine schöne Unterkunft ruhig gelegen mit kleinen Mängeln. Gartenmöbel waren schon sehr zerschlissen und die Dachterrasse wirkte nicht sehr einladend. Für Urlaub ausserhalb der heissenJahreszeiten muss die Wohnung ständig geheizt werden, da die Südseite vor dem Haus ist und nur wenig Sonnenlicht in das Haus gelangt. Die Hausverwaltung vertreten durch Tonja verdient 5 Sterne.

Super Familen Urlaub

Wir haben bereits mehrfach in Alcudia/Puerto Alcudia unseren Urlaub verbracht, jedoch zum ersten mal in einem Ferienhaus. Wir haben es nicht bereut und dies lag sicherlich auch an der Wahl des Ferienhauses welches super ausgestattet ist. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt, alles sauber, alles da, alles gut. Wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank an Tonja auch für die gute Betreuung.

gepflegtes Haus

Als eine Gruppe von 4 Frauen haben wir uns für dieses Haus entschieden, um einen Wanderurlaub in Mallorca zu verbringen. Der Standort dafür ist sehr geeignet, man gelangt von hier günstig in die Tramuntana und an schöne Küstenwanderwege. Die Schlafsituation für 4 Erwachsene ist im Haus nicht günstig, da zwei schmale Einzelbetten zur Verfügung stehen, davon eine Matratze sehr schmal und das andere Bett wackelig und instabil. Auch die beiden anderen Betten ( 1,40 m) sind eher für Paare geeignet. Ein zweites Bad bzw. zumindest eine abgetrennte Toilette wären günstig. Die optisch ansprechende Küche war mit Koch- und Essgeschirr nur dürftig ausgestattet. Zu beachten ist, dass am Ende des Aufenthaltes der Strom separat berechnet wird. Dies geschieht mittels eines Zählers, der Verbrauch ist also transparent. Allerdings werden die Einheiten teuer abgerechnet, uns trafen für eine Woche 30 Euro Stromkosten, nur für heißes Wasser und Licht. Insgesamt war das Haus in sehr sauberem Zustand.

The perfect place to be!

We were in this house during a week in october 2017. We had a wonderfull time! The house was perfect. It was very clean, the family toke the cleaning very seriously. The rooms were big enough and cosy. The kitchen was big and had een lovely terras for having breakfast in the morning sun. The swimmingpool was good and we enjoyed the outside kitchen even it was october. The aria is quiet and the restaurants in the old town are in a short walking distance, a perfect combination. It's about 5 minutes walk to the see, and 10 minutes drive to the large beaches of Port d'alcudia, where parking never was a problem. The envirement was wonderfull and october is a perfect time to visit Mallorca: it was not extremly busy and the temperature was perfect: 25 degrees. The sea water temperature was still good, so we could even swim in the sea, although it was the last week off october. We had a wonderfull time and when we will visit Mallorca again, we surely book this accomodation again. Thank you Tonja for your hospitality, your help and enthusiasm. You maid us feel home from the first minute.

Beautiful house and wonderful host

We, 2 adults and 3 teen's, had a wonderful stay in Alcudia. The house was exactly as we expected - spacious and clean. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed being on both terraces. The area was quiet. The house was very close to the beautiful and autentic Alcudia old town. But within a little walk - half an hour - we could reach Alcudia Port and the beach. But first and foremost we had a very nice hostess who did everything to make our stay pleasant Thank you so much, sweetest Tonja.

Great location, quiet but close enough to walk to beach, shops & cafes etc

Stayed here with the whole family, two children (3&5 year olds) and grandparents. Great fun was had by all and the kids loved playing in the garden which is safely gated from the road. We did a lot of pool lounging and had a couple of bbq's but we also spent time exploring the lovely walled town of Alcudia which is close enough for even small kids to walk to. There are also playgrounds nearby. Overall it was a holiday which suited all generations and remember to ask for the spare key so you don't have to try and arrange a meeting time if you do go off in different directions! Tonja was great at sorting anything out for us. She stayed respectfully at a distance but was immediately to hand if we had any questions, queries or requests. The only thing was, there is just one bathroom. There is an outdoor shower though and we worked around it easily enough but it can be sometimes hard to hurry a small child along if someone else needs it!
