Seth, Thank you for your great review! We're very pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay. We are pleased to hear you appreciated the cleanliness and convenient beachfront location. It’s wonderful that you found the property close to restaurants yet still in a peaceful, less busy area. We hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay with us! Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed our prime location, private beachfront, beautiful balcony view, clean pool, and comfortable king-size bed. It’s great to know you found the resort convenient to nearby restaurants, shopping, and excursions. We’re sorry for the wait you experienced upon arrival. Please note that check-in is not guaranteed until 5:00 PM, particularly on high-arrival days, as stated in the signed Guest Rental Agreement. Our housekeeping team works diligently to prepare each condo, but additional time may occasionally be needed to ensure the unit is properly cleaned and ready for the next guest. Regarding the condo itself, you booked a Premium unit, so the accommodations and furnishings are appropriately reflected in that category rather than being considered a luxury or upgraded unit. That said, the stains you encountered on the couches and chairs are not acceptable, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We will share this feedback with the appropriate team for review and follow-up. As noted in the signed Guest Rental Agreement, guests are also encouraged to bring additional personal toiletries, as only the supplies specified in the agreement are provided. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope you enjoyed your time on the beautiful beach. HSRC Guest Service Team
