Fantastic property!

This property is perfect for couples looking for a quiet getaway - it's got everything you need plus stunning views! A car is recommended if you want to get out and about though.Maria was the most amazing host and we would 100% stay at her lovely home again.

Chayote stay.

Well equipped, comfortable and clean. Owner very helpful. We liked the location away from the busy sea front but close enough to get there when we wanted to. Great to have parking in a garage.

Enjoyable stay

Stayed in this property for month of November.. Its a 3 bed semi in a secure and gated complex...It has 2 single beds, with pull out also, and 1 double... Would suit 2 adults 2/3 children perfectly.. Its has a large garage below the property accessed by stairs... The house is really comfortable, with everything you would ever need.. Smart TV.. Really well equipped kitchen.. Dishwasher.. Washing machine etc.. Outside area is great size, with seating, dining table, sun loungers.. awning shades.. The pool is fair size, I'd guess around 10 meters.. It is cold , but the host is installing heating in the coming weeks... Great sunsets from the outdoor area. Chayofa is a really quiet area...mostly residential.. Its perched on really high hill, so unless you're super fit, you really need a car... There are a few restaurants, pub , and small shops within walking distance.. Shops are expensive compared to larger markets... Good bus service few minutes walk.. Get a 10 + travel card for discount fares... Moovit app is great for schedule.. Taxi to los christianos is around 8 /10 euro.. Most drivers struggle to find the property, so if arriving by taxi, best phone the host when in chayofa and have her direct the driver.. Im usually very cautious when booking through apps, and private owners.. On this occasion there is absolutely no need to worry, and here's s why.. Nazareth, our host, is a lovely, genuine, friendly person.. From the start, communication was quick and useful.. Every piece of information was correct, as are the pics and descriptions... There is absolutely no intrusion while you are there, but she is always available for any queries... On arrival we were unable to find a rental car, so the following day Nazareth drove us to and from the supermarket... Way beyond her duty... As hosts go, she is a breath of fresh air, and the best I have encountered.. If renting this property, do bear in mind, that as its Nazareths home, it has some personal belongings, such as ornaments, books, pictures etc... The property is of obvious sentimental value, and should be treated with the respect that's deserved. Big thanks to Nazareth for all the help.. Fergus & Jacinta.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was immaculate, had everything you would need. The pool was fabulous, the kids really enjoyed that. The host was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It’s a very quiet area, which was perfect for us and we would definitely stay again. Jungle park is a short walk away and the bob sleigh rides were the highlight of the holiday! I don’t think I’ve been to such a quiet zoo where you can get really close to all the animals. Siam park was great fun but be warned, it’s so busy!

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, Haus, Ausstattung und Lage ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die große Terrasse und den beheizten Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Maria Nazareth tat alles, um unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Sie ist die herzlichste und hilfsbereiteste Gastgeberin, die man sich vorstellen kann. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Una casa fantástica en la mejor zona de Tenerife

La casa es espectacular, sobre todo la zona exterior. Sin duda alguna cumple con lo prometido en el anuncio. La piscina es increíble y las instalaciones son muy buenas en general. Está en una urbanización tranquila, a 5 minutos en coche de la playa de las Américas. Tiene todos los servicios necesarios para vivir y cuenta con cochera propia. Está al lado de Siam Park, de Los Cristianos, Las Américas y toda la zona turística de Tenerife, pero alejada del ruido y las aglomeraciones. Buenas vistas de la costa desde la terraza para una casa muy confortable. El único pero es que las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, aunque la mayor parte del tiempo estás en su increíble zona exterior. Lo mejor: La piscina, terraza y su ubicación.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit einem gigantischen Ausblick auf das Meer und La Gomera. Tolle und ruhige Lage. In dieser Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts - eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, tolle Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse und gute Betten. Äußerst gepflegte und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung Der CheckIn und auch die Betreuung von Nazareth war äußerst angenehm. Sehr gute und schnelle Reaktionen auf Anfragen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Wanderer. Aufgrund der Lage ist aber ein eigenes Auto zwingend notwendig - Garage ist vorhanden! Lieben Dank Nazareth für die tolle Wohnung und Empfang. Das Haus ist gut gelegen um die Insel zu erkunden, allerdings braucht man unbedingt ein Auto.Die Aussicht auf den Atlantik war wirklich schön.Alles in allen war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Tolle Lage

Der Check in verlief problemlos. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Atlantik. Über die Sauberkeit können wir nur sagen. TOP. Der Pool war leider zu kalt, konnten ihn deswegen nicht nutzen. Mit einem großen Auto aus der Garage zu fahren bedarf etwas Übung, da sehr viele persönliche Gegenstände rumstehen. Das Haus ist für unseren Geschmack mit Dekoration und persönlichen Sachen etwas überladen. Insgesamt ist es empfehlenswert, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Nazareth war problemlos auf alle Fragen wurde sofort reagiert. Sehr netter Kontakt.

Wundervolles Haus mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Wir verbrachten drei wundervolle Wochen in diesem gut erhaltenem und sauberen Haus. Für Check-In und Check-Out, war die Besitzerin, Nazareth, vor Ort. Nazareth kümmert sich sehr um Ihr Haus und gab und wertvolle Tipps zu Restaurants in der Umgebung. Kurzum, alles war wie in der Beschreibung, wir verbrachten einen erholsamen Urlaub in einem gut gepflegten Haus mit Pool der sich Ende Mai nur durch Sonnenwärme auf bis zu 27 selbst erwärmte. Toller Urlaub

Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass man hier einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen kann. Die Aussicht und die Lage sind wirklich perfekt, wenn man einen Mietwagen bucht (Hierfür kann man die hauseigene Garage Nutzen, über die man schnell ins Objekt gelangt). Ab dem späten Vormittag kann man bis abends durchgängig die Sonne auf der Terasse genießen und sich zu jederzeit in dem privatem Pool abkühlen. Es mangelte an nichts bei der Ausstattung und die Übergabe sowohl beim Check In als auch beim Check Out erfolgte problemlos. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und bei Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Visit to Arona area.

The description on the website is correct. But the Location for the garage entrance is exactly 20 metres from the junction of Calle Armiche and Calle Caramillo, this is not clear in the instructions on site which are in Spanish, maybe for English speakers it could be put on in English, along with directions from the Airport. EG. Take the TF1 West to Junction with TF 28….. Etc. We were rescued by Maria when we got lost at the junction of Calle Armiche and Calle Tinguafaya. Thank goodness!. The pool is unheated at present but Maria advised us she will have a heating system installed.

Gelungener Urlaub in diesem Haus! Top!!!

Wir waren zwei Monate zu Gast in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Von der Terasse hat man einen phantastischen Blick auf Los Cristianos, den Atlantik und La Gomera. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Die Vermieterin ist eine super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert hat. Zum Haus gehört eine Garage, von der aus man einen direkten Zugang zum Haus hat - sehr von Vorteil nach dem Einkauf oder wenn man nach einem Ausflug zurück kommt. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da das Wasser uns etwas zu kalt war. Er ist gut und kindgerecht gesichert. Wir können dieses Domizil sehr empfehlen und danken der Vermieterin herzlich, dass wir eine so schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus verbringen konnten.

A lovely, clean and tidy villa with plenty of space. Great size garden and pool.

We had a really relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle. Nazareth is a really friendly, helpful host. We would stay again and recommend to others. It is on a steep hill, so maybe not ideal for the elderly. Only 10 minutes away from Los Cristianos by bus.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren Ende Juli mit unserer dreijährigen Tochter zu Gast in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und wie wir finden perfekt ausgestattet es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus verfügt über eine Garage die direkt mit dem Haus verbunden ist das war sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr Kindgerecht, der Pool und die Treppe sind gut gesichert. Nazareth ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin der Kontakt vor und während unsere Reise war super und sehr freundschaftlich. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, die Insel und das Haus sind sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank auch an Nazareths Tochter die uns sehr nett verabschiedet hat. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank :)
