Clean and Modern - Perfect Location

Very clean, modern apartment, in a perfect location in the beautiful city of San Sebastian, Spain. Location is quiet yet very close to amazing restaurants, beaches, and sights to visit. Highly recommended a if you are looking for a place you can count on in San Sebastian.

This apartment is perfect for a couple! Well located in the old areas of Lisbon. Our host was brilliant, going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed!

Lovely modern apartment!

Other than the construction going on in the building, this apartment was a perfect for my husband and me. We loved the location, and the administration was great! Definitely worth 5 stars!

Beautiful apartment in center of San Sebastián. Everything is around this building, from supermarkets to shopping streets to restaurants and boutiques, parking garages and promenades along the bay s d along the river. It’s a perfect location. Great building with elevator and secure entrance. Excellent balcony and great view from the living room. My only wish was that window in the bedroom could open for fresh air: it’s kind of dusty and unpleasant, looking at the back wall behind this window

Fuenterrabia - Fantastic apartment in San Sebastian, in a great location.

The check-in process (collecting keys from the office) was easy and straightforward, and the staff there were very helpful. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to everywhere you might want to visit while in San Sebastian. It was close to the beach (La Concha) and just a few minutes walk to the Old Town. It was close to shops and all amenities. The apartment is in a smart block and it was quiet and well maintained. The flat itself is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We loved it! If we were to return to San Sebastian I would definitely book this apartment again.

Location location!

Great location! Short walk to Playa de la Concha, Old Town and Gros. Great shopping and markets right downstairs from the apartment and the balcony was perfect for morning breakfasts. Apartment is as described, very clean and good for a small family of 3. Apartment could use more than 1 set of towels that are included; was informed additional towel sets could be picked up from the rental office for 6 Euros. Lobby of the building was undergoing renovation but didn’t impact the stay at all as elevators were still working. All in all a great stay!

The property was great, standard, facilities and communication when I was able to get hold of FeelFree Rentals directly. I did have an issue with booking through Expedia; they couldn’t help as it was a Vrbo property, so I had to contact them and they had to then try and find the booking. But all good in the end. It would have been nice to have some things in the kitchen so we didn’t have to buy everything fresh eg oil, salt and pepper for example. Nice place and good location!

Good place - bad property managers

Property managers gave us improper instructions on how to access the apartment. They left us outside for over an hour. After over an hour of waiting finally a lady who just so happened to live in the apartment building (no association with Feel Free) finally let us in after pleading with her that the apartment is actually where we were supposed to be. Our arrival time was asked by the property managers and clearly documented over email prior to getting to San Sebastián. We arrived when stated and followed the instructions with no success. Moreover, the property managers were incredibly difficult to reach when this problem arose and did not even respond to text messages or emails until the following day. Without the kind lady who let us in the apartment building we would have had to sleep on the street. The property managers took no responsibility for their error. I would not recommend ever using feel free as a service in the future. The apartment itself was fine. But for the price paid, an expectation of service should go as accordingly. This error affected hours of our evening and caused myself and my wife to miss a reservation. Vrbo should provide some sort of compensation for this egregious error.

Perfect location

This property is in the heart of it all! It's such a perfect location whether you have a car to park or not. It's walkable to the center and old town, steps from La Concha and tons of shopping. The staff at FeelFree were so welcoming and informative. The only drawback is having to park for check-in across town and then drive over to the apartment. Being able to check-in directly at the property would make this a 5 in all categories!

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. Check in and communication throughout was great. Parking is offered at a nearby underground carpark - this can be arranged at check in. The apartment is located super central with the beach around one corner and shops all around with the old town for Pintxo's approx 7-10 minutes away. There is a supermarket very close (underneath Zara!) and a coffee shop downstairs. The apartment was immaculate inside, super clean and very tastefully appointed with all kitchen equipment including a washing machine. Bed is very comfy and storage was great! The balcony was also fantastic. It was our first stay in San Sebastian alongside our first stay in an Air BandB, we would absolutely book this apartment again!!

Thank you for the great customer service and friendly assistance. We had a great stay. This apartment is perfectly located to enjoy many of the great neighborhoods in this fine city. We highly recommend this flat. It's quiet, clean and seems to be. Rand new. The building and neighborhood are lovely.
