We had a wonderful stay at the Chautauqua Lake Estate! Not only was the house huge, but the Host was wonderful - returning our inquiries immediately. The driveway was plowed (we had a lot of snow), and a shovel magically appeared.

The house was in a beautiful location with a stunning view of the lake. This is the house for you if you're looking for a large roomy space for your get together. Three floors, several bedrooms, some with their own bath. Huge living space to gather all together. Kitchen had everything needed to create great meals for our family. Host had swift and informative communication. Boat dock for son's boat worked out well. Wonderful family get away. Niagra Falls is only a couple hours away!

My husband comes from a family of 15 siblings and spouces. This place is perfect for our annual 60th Birthday Bashes. It accommodates all of us and is very comfortable for all of us. This was our 7th year of renting vacation homes for a 3 day weekend. This was our 3rd stay here at Mary Beth's home out of those 7 years of doing this. It is the only home that we have had repeated stays at.It is a beautiful place. Thank you Mary Beth for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Great house

Beautiful old home with lots of character. We stayed here with 18 adult women (cousins’ weekend) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, large kitchen for lots of cooks, large dining table and a huge living room. We enjoyed the game room in the basement and roamed the large property. If only the weather had been better, we would have enjoyed the lake more. The property owner was easy to reach when we had an issue and it was handled promptly. We are already talking about doing it again next year!

Absolutely wonderful

The pictures do not do this place justice...it is absolutely stunning. We had a group of 12 ladies get together for a weekend getaway and the house was perfect for it. We had plenty of space, ample bathrooms and the most gorgeous views. Communication with the host was impeccable, any issues we had were addressed to ensure our best stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing weekend away!

This was the perfect place to host our annual homeschool mom retreat weekend! We had 16 women attend and there was plenty of space to spread out as well as a huge living room to gather in for our group sessions. Great location! We really enjoyed the lakefront, kayaks, dock and the amazing sunrises as well as the campfire pit. Truly a relaxing, wonderful weekend away! Thank you! Can't wait until next time!

Wonderful location

This is a grand old fashioned estate style house. Our family loved it. It's a bit rough in spots, but we found it to be quaint rather than annoying. The location on the lake is amazing and the views were breathtaking.

We spent our annual Thanks-mas weekend at the Chautauqua Lake Estate, and we loved it! The great room was really large, and the dining room table fit all 15 of us! Having our choice of bedrooms was wonderful, also. We played pool, put together puzzles, went for walks, played games, and watched a lot of football and hockey on TV, as well as celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas together.

Spectacular view and ample space

We had a great stay! The photos don’t do this house justice. The house is spacious and very comfortably housed 16 adults. The pool table was a hit. The large front porch makes it easy to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Chautauqua. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great Fall Getaway

This place is huge and beautiful! There were 8 of us and easily could have had 10 more. Very comfortable and has everything you need. We were very interested in the history of the place! Just a great vacation rental.

Great Location

We had an an amazing trip and loved the location. Everything we needed was available and the living room, dining room area was so spacious great for entertaining. The porch outside was very comfortable and the view of the lake was incredible. I would recommend that the showers and mattresses get an update for more comfort during the visit.

Great Stay!

The house was in great condition when we arrived. There was plenty of space for our large group. The view was amazing! We had plenty of room on the dock as well. It was also great that they had a golf cart for getting up and down the hill. We would definitely stay here again.
