Do you want to stay by the sea? Here is your answer -

Just 10 minutes from the busy city center on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, House Tereza sits on a quiet and relaxing Seafront overlooking the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay.

Swimming is literally on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area. We offer private waterfront with sunbeds & umbrellas. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included. Waterfront with sunbeds and ground floor terrace are shared among guests staying in House Tereza.

Seagull apartment consist of living room with kitchen, bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm and new renovated bathroom. There is electric stove, fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle in the kitchen. There is no oven and washing machine in the unit. There are 2 air conditioning. We provide bed linens and bathroom towels, but don't provide beach towels. Apartment is on the 2nd floor which means 2 floors above ground floor and stairs in the house to climb up. There is no elevator in the house. The apartment has no balcony, but windows with direct sea view. There is a shared terrace with dining tables on the ground floor by the sea. Private parking is next to the apartment.

There are several restaurant and two well equipped mini-markets near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. But you may not want to dine out once you have enjoyed your covered terrace to dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have paddle boards for hire, and boat trips to the Islands.

The PERFRCT place to relax

We flew in and were greeted by Luko st the airport. Our stay was pleasant from start to finish. We loved to recommended places to eat and getting into the city was easy. A truly tranquil and perfect place to relax.

Perfect relaxing holiday

Luko and his family were the perfect hosts and everything we needed for our holiday was taken care of. The apartment Seagull suited us perfectly and was clean and well appointed. I have nothing I would change, if you could have changed the 2 rainy days, then it would have been 100% 😁

Peaceful Retreat

The property is perfectly located - right on the sea and close enough to Dubrovnik to visit but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The owners picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a very reasonable fee. It is a family run business and they were extremely pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed both restaurants in town and even rented a boat from DBR a short walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was well equipped- my only recommendation would be a more comfortable mattress. This was our first time to Croatia and we just loved it!

Beautiful setting, pristine apartment, excellent hosts and exactly what we were looking for

We made arrangements to stay in Zaton only a few days prior to our arrival. We were sure we did not want to stay in Dubrovnik city (old or new) and this quiet retreat was perfect after a hectic but beautiful vacation in Greece. We enjoyed the magnificent views from our third story apartment (#7). The complex was incredibly quiet, and the accommodations were as described . Our host and his family were most gracious and thought of everything we might need during our stay. We appreciated the transportation to and from the airport as we arrived late and departed early. Both restaurants in Zaton have a nice menu. We enjoyed them both at different times of the day. Thank you to our host family who not only live in Zaton, just across the street, but have a rich family history spanning over three centuries or more in this charming village.

Stunning and tranquil location

Just wow! This place is stunningly beautiful. The water is so clear you can see the many species of fish swimming right beside you as you sunbathe. The apartment is clean and well equipped and the hosts are really helpful and friendly. It is a quiet area with a few restaurants and supermarkets and just a 10 min bus journey into the spectacular old town of Dubrovnik. I would 100% recommend House Tereza for a holiday in Dubrovnik.
