If you want to enjoy the summer atmosphere of Salou, this is your apartment!



The UHC NOVELTY APARTMENTS complex is one of the most central buildings in Salou, located right on Paseo Marítimo Jaume I, directly opposite Llevant Beach, Salou's main beach. Its location is excellent for enjoying the sea and also for being very close to all services, shops, restaurants and leisure areas.



The residential complex has a large communal swimming pool, as well as a children's pool ideal for the youngest. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together. Some small basic features or furniture/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation, but all have the same main characteristics. Special requests such as a specific apartment, view or floor are not guaranteed and are strictly upon request. You can request it when making your booking.

- Living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a well-equipped open kitchen.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

- Bathroom with shower.

- Large terrace (accessible from the living room and bedroom).



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted. These accommodations are rented exclusively to families or couples.

- Seasonal outdoor pool (15/06-15/09).

- Free WIFI during your stay.

- These apartments are ideal for staying with children.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

El apartamento es pequeño pero cómodo, con un amplio balcón, muy bien situado, limpio y la comunicación con la inmobiliaria muy fluida. Hemos quedado muy contentos. Intentaremos volver a alquilarlo.

Fantastisch appartement

Geweldig appartement met een perfecte ligging aan de boulevard. Supermarkt beneden is perfect en ook het zwembad is super fijn. Goede service gehad bij het afhalen van de sleutels. Ik hoop volgend jaar weer terug te komen bij jullie.

Bonjour Giovanni, Nous regrettons que votre séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous sommes surpris de recevoir une évaluation aussi éloignée de la moyenne à laquelle nous sommes habitués. Après avoir examiné votre dossier, nous avons constaté que nous n'avons reçu aucun commentaire de votre part ni lors de votre arrivée ni pendant les 19 jours passés dans l'hébergement. Nous mettons à la disposition de tous nos clients divers moyens de communication, tels que le courrier électronique, WhatsApp, le téléphone de bureau et une ligne d'urgence 24 heures sur 24. Si vous aviez rencontré des problèmes, nous aurions été heureux de les résoudre rapidement avec l’intervention de nos équipes professionnelles de nettoyage et de maintenance. En l'absence de telles notifications ou de détails spécifiques, nous avons supposé que tout était en ordre. Preis Leistung passen nicht

Unser Aufenthalt war gut. Salou ist eine sehr lebendige Stadt in der viel los ist. Die Nähe zum Strand war super und auch dort konnte man eine Menge machen. Die Wohnung hat uns leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Schlüssel abholen hat sich schon als schwierig erwiesen da vor der Agentur mitten im Zentrum keine Parkplätze frei waren. In der Agentur selber konnte niemand deutsch so dass wir alles über den Translater machen mussten. Was sehr schade war weil wir uns für die Wohnung entschieden hatten weil deutschsprachig angegeben war. Den deutschsprachigen Kontakt hat man allerdings nur über WhatsApp. Die Wohnung selber war okay nur leider nicht gründlich gereinigt worden und wesentlich veralteter als auf den Fotos gezeigt. Der Herd funktionierte nicht einwandfrei und die Balkontür war defekt so das sie nicht geschlossen werden konnte. Somit hätten die Nachbarn jederzeit in die Wohnung kommen können. Die Klimaanlage ist leider so ausgerichtet, dass die ganze Hitze auf dem Balkon geblasen wird und sich dann dort staut und sobald man die Tür wieder öffnet die ganze heiße Luft direkt wieder in die Wohnung zieht. Die Agentur wurde auf die Mängel und die Unsauberkeit hingewiesen hat allerdings erst nach über einer Woche und eine weiteren Beschwerde reagiert Der Pool war sauber und sehr schön nur leider für Kinder mit super vielen Regeln verbunden. Nicht mal in den Kinderbereich durften Spielsachen mitgenommen werden. Die Wohnung und die Lage sind echt okay allerdings nicht für den Preis
