The UHC NOVELTY APARTMENTS complex is one of the most central buildings in Salou, located right on Jaume I Promenade, just opposite Llevant Beach, the main beach of Salou. Its location is excellent for enjoying the sea and also for being very close to all services, shops, restaurants and leisure areas.



The residential complex has a large community swimming pool, as well as a children's pool ideal for the little ones. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families traveling together. Some small basic characteristics or furniture/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation, but they all have the same main characteristics. Special requests such as a specific apartment, the view or floor are not guaranteed and are strictly upon request. You can request it when making your reservation.



Distribution



The apartments have air conditioning and can accommodate up to 4 people. They are distributed as follows:



- Living room with sofa bed for 2 people and well-equipped open kitchen.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

- Bathroom with shower.

- Spacious terrace (accessible from living room and bedroom).



GOOD TO KNOW



- No group bookings are accepted. These accommodations are rented exclusively to families or a couple.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool (15/06-15/09).

- Free WIFI during your stay.

- These apartments are ideal for staying with children.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours in advance of arrival. This includes the occupant details required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
