perfect family residence by the sea

by the sea, large swimming pool, well equiped kitchen ( for families), ping-pong table, numerous relaxing areas..inside and outside..we had our first family vacation here with 4 generations and loved it. And the people of Guzman were friendly and helpfull as always. change of bathroom- towels maybe?

We had a really good stay!

The place was lovely, big, quiet and well situated. It was clean although the floor was a bit dusty. The service was good, we had 3 incidents and they were all sorted out quickly! - It was a shame the baby bed and chairs, which we paid extra for, were forgotten when we arrived, but you sorted it out quickly - It would be nice to have a manual for the house: where to put the bins for example, also we couldn't switch the light off outside... I guess you might have removed it for COVID reasons, but you could create a PDF for example. - All the bedside lights are a bit wonky and unstable - Your 24/7 phone number wasn't working when we arrived

Building site

We loved the Villa , location etc but we had a building site next to us with high tower crane swinging over our rented villa building noise form 8 in the morning to 7 in evening and later . We have photos etc , and a video . With infant naps and early bedtimes being an issue . When we tried to contact the agent we have had no response . Whereas before replies were quick . We feel we are owed some compensation as who would book a holiday villa next to a building site . At present we haven’t left any reviews . It put a shadow over our holiday experience .

Villa con una estupenda ubicación a 50 m. de la playa en zona tranquila y preciosa como es la zona del Portet. La Villa cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y tanquila. Por decir algo, una limpieza del fondo de la piscina que tenía un poquito de arena, pero sin importancia.

Very comfortable villa with excellent outdoor living space. Pool is excellent All the bedrooms are air conditioned. The villa is just a two minute from El Portet beach the main bathroom needs updating.

Lovely location

Large villa in lovely location Fab outside space and outdoor pool Villa Guzman were extremely attentive had a problem with tv for jubilee they sent somebody immediately Downside furnishings very basic!!!

Lovely villa in a fantastic location

The villa was everything we could have hoped for and made a wonderful family holiday. The outdoor seating and dining areas were great and we loved the BBQ area. The kitchen was well provisioned for cookware and utensils along with plenty of plates, glasses etc. The location is fantastic. El Portet is a stunning outlook and the villa is just a few strides to the beach. The only slight negative was the building works of a new villa next door. I'm sure this will not be an issue if booking for next year, To be fair the builders were considerate avoiding loud noise early morning .

Great place

Lovely Villa, smelt a little musty on first entry but I guess it has been closed up for a while due to covid. Couple of small issues but were dealt with promptly by the agents. Very well equipped only negative was the weather and as the pool wasn’t heated we couldn’t really use it. Be warned though there is a building site next door at present so if sunbathing you have a load of builders looking at you and there was some early noise which woke our 2 year old Granddaughter up. Some dust but not too much from the work. Overall though a really nice villa and we would stay again

La casa está genial, la ubicación es privilegiada y hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia

Ubicación y tamaño Conocimiento del equipamiento de la casa. Preguntamos si la piscina estaba vallada y nos contestasteis que no, que se encontraba según las fotos. Llevamos vallas y nuestra sorpresa al llegar es que la piscina se encontraba vallada.

En general todo a sido de nuestro agrado, a destacar la piscina, la cuberteria y utensilios de cocina, camas cómodas... La casa en general está muy bien. La plancha de Gas de la terraza estaba muy sucia, enmohecida y quemada la tapa. La pila de la terraza embozada y no salía agua del grifo. Un poco viejas las hamacas de la piscina.

We stayed at San Vicente for a week and ...

We stayed at San Vicente for a week and we loved it :) it has a great location very close to the beach and the house is newly renovated and in good taste so it was a pleasure spending time there and the garden has a great barbecue area where we spent the night with our family and kids and cooked together :) the beach is one of the best in the area and has a terrace with cafes with a great view of the sunset :) loved every minute there and will definitely be coming back again.
