Great little place

This was a perfect spot for a simple vacation with easy access to the beach. Property manager was easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions we had.

Amazing Casita

We absolutely loved this rental. Not only is it pet-friendly and clean, but had everything we needed. It is walking distance from the beach and you do still get an ocean view.

Can't beat the price and location

The house was super roomy and was soooo nice having to master suites. We enjoyed the ability to feel private and at the same time open up the curtains to see and hear the ocean. We'd definitely stay here again. Not to mention the owners were very easy to work with and gave great instructions.

Great location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beach bungalow. With young children, it's a task to lug everything to the beach, but this location is perfect because it is just a short walk to water. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed playing games on the patio. We would recommend this rental!

Cute Beach Getaway

Clean and quaint place. So close to the water and has everything you need. Perfect for 2-4 people. Very clean. Only issue we had was that Google maps didn’t take us to the property when we input the address but the host gave us turn by turn directions that were perfect.

Beach bungalow.

We had a nice stay. Everything was as described. We had our two dogs. Just steps to the beach across the dirt road in front of the house. Worked well for our family. We would recommend.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Felt very safe. Had security going around multiple times a day.

The gardener hooked us up with a cab driver, who took very good care of us the entire stay. Had no issues with anyone near the property. The cab driver even recommended local places that were very expensive instead of going to the tourist traps. Enjoyed my stay will be back.

Amazing!

This place has it all! Full kitchen stocked with blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc... Two master bedrooms, 2 grills on the patio, fenced in back yard, etc... We will be coming back! :) and short walk to the beach less than a minute to have toes in sand

Great location, comfortable

The pluses: Location was great! Easy walk to the beach and can view the sea from the patio. Comfortable and nice to have a fenced-in yard for the dogs. Could use a little TLC here and there - main BBQ was not really functional and the Weber provided in the side yard was filthy (and there were cigarette butts and beer bottle caps strewn all over the side yard), torn bar seats in the kitchen area, lampshades in the bedroom stained and torn, DVD player in one bedroom not working correctly - wouldn't take much to spruce it up, though, and nothing was a deal-breaker!

Family at the Beach

Extended family and all the kids at big house close to me.18 + kids so I picked a close quiet get away. Was perfect, loved my morning walks on the beach and super easy no fuss. Thank you. I didn't interact with the manager only the landscaper that came by.

Wonderful little place to get away and relax.

Home was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed there with our four kids ages ranging from 8 months to 16 years old and we were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and felt just like home. House is in a very safe area and is a perfect place if you want to relax and let the stress melt away. Is not far from food and entertainment. Just a perfect place to stay, will stay here again. People kept telling me not to stay in Las Conchas because the beaches are to Rocky and not sand. This is definitely not the case here, beach is literally right out the front door and was a very sandy beach with no rocks. Cynthia kept in constant contact with me leading up to our trip and was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
