Welcome to our Studio with a breathtaking Ocean View located on the 11th floor of the Castle Beach Club Condo. We offer a range of resort-like amenities and a convenient location in a quiet and family-friendly area of Miami Beach. Here are the key details you need to know:

This was an excellent choice for a budget traveler in Miami Beach! The view was beautiful, the location was awesome (right on the beach, but not in the heart of the chaos), and there were a handful of cute restaurants nearby. We liked Bernie’s across the street the best. The pool deck was large with shade options and the Tiki Bar was fun and convenient.

Dated yet delightful.

Wonderful location and view. Great amenities, as well as being right on bike/hike path. The condo itself was well equipped and clean. My favorite part is the Russian Turkish baths, located by pool. Additional charge, but well worth it. I went daily and feel renewed. It is the reason whyI chose to stay at the Castle condos. The public areas were less pleasing than the condo and appeared dingy in places. That said, I would stay here again. Host was great to work with as well.

The valet receptionist on the morning shift on Jan 14 was very unprofessional. She purposely delayed the car handover to me even though all I needed was to take my personal stuff out. I missed my very important work meeting call because of that. I had to request many times and after showing frustration few times she finally let me go get my stuff from the car in the parking. Same experience happened during the laundry time, no one knew what to do and how to get those laundry machine figured out. View and cleanliness of the place was great but professionalism lacked everywhere.

Beautiful Beach View

The room has the most amazing views of the beach, ocean, and sunrise. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has all the needed utensils. A “pod” coffee maker would be an excellent addition. The bathroom is really showing its age and wear. The check in process was very unorganized, 1 person checking in so many people. Not very helpful at all. Loved the valet parking, very convenient.

No early check-in possible but the check-in process was endless 1h30mn from parking queue to finally in the room. The resort looks old compares to the neighborhood and our room was dirty and smelly.The personal/ manager were rude and unhelpful : They have washer and dryer but no card to use these. The swimming pool is trashed and noisy. Food is ok but very expensive for the quality.Worst place ever in Miami Beach. Period

While the building itself is older compared to some newer constructions nearby, many guests appreciate its direct beach access, on-site amenities, and convenience. That said, your comments are taken seriously, and we will use them to continue improving our service.

Yeah, there’s the much talked about issues with the elevators and if you have a car, the valet parking is free, just plan on extra time coming into and out of that service. Our room was very nice, just as described. Beds were more on the full side than the queen side. Location to the beach and other amenities made it a great place to stay.

Good: Room was clean. View of the ocean was nice. The on-site restaurant was good and their staff was super friendly!Bad: The beds...said they Queen...they were not. We're not big people and we couldn't fit two of us in one bed. The sheets on the beds were Queen...but had to be tucked far under the mattress because every time you moved they'd pop out. The pic of the pool was doctored...took a pic from the same angle and looked like two different pools. The shower had zero pressure. The reason my rating is as high as it is, because I won't hold the buildings policies and practices against the owner. The elevator was always packed with people...there were four elevators...only (2) working at a time...waited twenty minutes twice. It was loud...super busy...absolutely nothing relaxing about it. The staff was very rude.

The beds are standard queen size, but I understand that comfort can be very personal, and I appreciate your feedback regarding the sheets as well. I’ll review this with housekeeping to ensure everything is properly fitted and secured. Regarding the pool photo, it is not altered, but I understand how angles can sometimes make spaces appear different in pictures versus in person. For the shower pressure, elevators, and overall building environment, these are managed by the building and not within my direct control. That said, I completely understand how those factors can impact your overall experience, and I appreciate your understanding in separating those from the unit itself. Sabemos que ese primer contacto puede marcar una gran diferencia, y entendemos lo frustrante que puede ser cuando no es ágil o cómodo. Si bien el valet parking es administrado por el edificio y no por nosotros directamente, hemos elevado su comentario a la administración para que tomen en cuenta la necesidad de mejorar ese proceso, en especial para quienes llegan con equipaje.
