This place is a great little find. Enjoyed everything about it. The condo was neat, clean and had everything we needed including a few chairs we could bring to the beach and a cooler. Location was great. Beautiful sunsets right from the unit or outside on the shared deck, steps away from the beach, and very calm and quiet at night but still very close to multiple establishments to get a bite to eat or a drink. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in the off season so there was plenty of parking but our parking was included (if you park on Gulf Way) The view was amazing from the front deck, with lots of seating. Our room had its own outside table to eat and have coffee if its raining. The building was still under repair from Helene but still very safe a comfy. Only thing missing is a pool but the Gulf is only 50 yards away! Good restaurants for both breakfast and dinner are very close within walking distance. There's a dog beach 2 blocks away too. A great experience with an awesome view of the water and fabulous sunsets. The unit is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Very convenient to food, drink and entertainment. Currently there is construction on the ground floor below the unit, but by no means does it hinder nor take anything away from the unit and the great open balcony overlooking the street and water. You will be plenty comfortable as the ac does an excellent job. The host does a great job with communication and very responsive. Look forward to making this our go to place to stay where the beaches and neighborhood is not crowded.

Okay, so we are usually a high rise condo, very busy, lots of amenities type of couple. We decided to take a chance on this little beachfront apartment with not much going on to see what it's about. We were pleasantly surprised on how much we really enjoyed everything about this place. The furniture to the photos and just everything about this place just made us smile.The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. I wasn't sure about having the road in-between us and the beach, but we didn't hate it. It made for some very nice people watching. The walk to get to the beach is very short, and most people should have no problem getting there.There was some VERY good food in the area. In fact, we didn't leave the area all weekend in search for good food. If you like Maryland crab cakes you are in for a treat. Just about every restaurant in the area had crab cakes on the menu. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all in walking distance.There is also a bar within walking distance that is open until 3am, if that is your thing.All in all, everything made this long weekend an amazing experience. The people we met, the places we visited, the food we ate, the drinks we drank. So much fun. This will be a week-long (at least) vacation for us annually for the foreseeable future. P.S. Make sure to catch the sunset from the balcony, every night.

Perfect location and great little condo for the short getaway we were looking for. Furniture and condo itself could use some updates. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. Would stay again!!

Beautiful Moments

Awesome Location with a Beautiful view from our room & Balcony which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Barb is always attentive & gets back with you quickly if any problems arise. On site laundry is a huge plus !! Great accommodations.

Wonderful

The room was very clean and well stocked. Queen size bed was very comfortable and so was the pillows. Extra bedding, pillows, if needed while staying. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cook wear, etc. The closet had beach chair, pool noodles, beach umbrella, some beach toys, and rain jacket if needed. The a/c unit did have a water leak, but once the owner was told she had the repair company out the next day. Overall, super happy with the stay and will be booking again next year.

Excellent beach condo

Perfect location,great ocean view,perfect sunsets.condo is a little dated and could use a new mattress but it has everything you would want for a beach vacation. Full kitchen. Will definitely be back.

Paradise at Pass A Grille

We have stayed in Barb’s condo before and have already booked for next year. The condo is spotless, has everything you need for your stay, and has the most amazing views of the ocean. Bonus to our trip, we watched two turtle nest getting marked!

Good week as usual

Just returned from PAG yesterday. Weather was not quite the usual warmth, but we had a nice vacation! Have stayed here many times! A few new items in the bathroom were very pleasing. A new couch is a MUST, as well as entry rug and kitchen mat. Great stay in a wonderful place! Love PAG!Comfycomfy

Gorgeous Views

We have stayed in other units here, but this one has the best views. The huge deck is amazing, but you can also see the gorgeous sun set right from the unit, just open the blinds. The communication was great, the host even checked to make sure we arrived safely. We will book again!

Paradise

This beach front condo is one of the koolest beach front spots in Pass a Grill Beach. Condo owner "Barb" made arrangements & check in so smooth and the condo is fully stocked with all the comforts of home! I highly recommend this perfect vacation spot!

Happy in PAG

The best part about this property is that it’s right across the road from the beach. The condo has everything we needed. It certainly has a retro look, but we’re not interested in the latest decor. We want to be able to just walk a few steps to our favorite beach! Our host was readily available to answer our questions either by text or phone call. Occasionally the keyless entry did not work so we made sure we kept the physical key with us whenever we left. We were happy to meet Eric from maintenance who was very cordial and helpful.

Great location and Comfy accommodations

It couldn’t have been much better. Located in the heart of Pass-a-grille. Comfortable Queen bed, galley style kitchen, spacious living room with flat screen TV. Large public balcony right outside door with great view of beach and ocean. Great place to watch the sunset. Only thing not perfect was no iron and ironing board (but who irons on vacation anyway), no dishwasher (but we only had breakfast and lunch in so no problem) and refrigerator had an unpleasant seafood smell that was remedied with a box of baking soda provided. Other than that the unit was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pass-a-Grille condos! We were there for a short get-a-way for the summer and LOVED the condo. The unit we stayed in was well kept and had everything we needed to enjoy our mini vacation.

Pass-a-grille paradise

Perfect stay for anyone who wants to beach it from sunrise to sunset. The bed was very soft which isn’t the best for sleeping, I would recommend to the owner that they upgrade to a firmer mattress. Other then that, our stay was excellent

Amazing 😍

The place was absolutely amazing. The location was completely awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to be the amazing sunset, to the beach, as well as the restaurants and options for things to do. As far as fishing and seashells hunting dolphin tours, it was all right there. Couldn't have been a better trip. Thank you so much. Barbara! This trip made us want to move to Florida. Island Paradise for sure!
