Experience vintage Florida in Pass-A-Grille’s Historic District. Charming beachfront condo with a common terrace running the width of the building from which to enjoy a community tradition of toasting spectacular sunsets. This studio unit is available to sleep up to two adults and two children.

The queen Murphy bed transforms to a dining table to create relaxing spaciousness for daytime activities and meals. A built-in bunk bed alcove provides sleeping space for family or extra room for stuff.

This adorable unit has all the conveniences you need for a beach getaway including a retro fridge, Keureg, combination convection oven/microwave, portable hot plate burner and all the utensils, a walk-in shower, internet, cable, and smart flat screen TV. The building includes laundry facilities.

You are steps away from restaurants, shops, boat excursions, and an ice cream parlor right next door. No need for a rental car. Uber from the airport, then walk or take FreeBee to get around.

Miles of white sands and glistening blue waters await - make this your next escape!

The location is just what we wanted.Some plates were not clean and needed to be washed.Given no dishwasher and the aforementioned plates, the direction to wash the dishes before leaving seems inappropriate, possibly unsanitary, and failing.Too few bath towels was disappointing.

Great location. Amazing food steps away.

Although small, it was big enough to enjoy a quiet weekend with the wife. Unit had beach chairs, cooler, everything you need for a beach getaway.

Comfortable Studio on St. Pete Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very comfortable stay at 709 Gulf Way #19. A small studio with a Murphy Bed/Dining Table combo. (We actually used the table.) It was VERY quiet - which was important since we had to be up early for a race at Ft. DeSoto park. Beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The kitchen amenities limited with only a hot plate and microwave. There was a Keurig in a drawer, but no pods. There was a coffee packet, but it does not make a decent coffee. We did find a broom (should be replaced) but could not find a dust pan to go with it. Finally - the listing mentioned parking was available, but it was NOT clear that is was street parking with a Permit acquired as part of the rental. In the end, this was not an issue, but it did cause some concern up front knowing parking in this area is at a premium.All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and mostly likely would stay again.

For the price the room was ok but really couldn't see having three/four adults stay with luggage and all. Might want to have non see thru curtains in bathroom. You can be seen from tenants next door. Had k-cups for coffee but a regular electric coffee pot. No instructions on how to use TV remotes (many older folks don’t stream). Front gate was broken and left unlocked. Fixed with a bungee cord. Was told car would be registered for parking but didnt get confirmation that it was registered to park in the R4 spots after sending license and plate #.

The property has a really nice upper patio with more than enough seating for anyone who wants to watch the gulf and beautiful sunsets. It is very quiet. The street has a noise ordnance from 10 pm to 8 am.

The condo itself was amazing! Great location, views, very clean! The only complaint I have is the communication with property manager. I sent a message about parking as the check in process said I would receive confirmation that my vehicle was registered for parking I never received it and also reached out asking about it and never got confirmation or a reply back. Thankfully we didn’t receive any tickets

Not impressed

Blow dryer listed as an amenity but did not find one in the unit. Electric grills outside did not work and no instruction manual for using the convection oven inside the unit. This made it difficult to cook dinners.
