This was a girls trip with 5 of us…Check in went smoothly, condo was beautiful just like the pictures, it was clean, patio has a great view for morning and evening enjoyment. The beds were very comfortable and everything had been updated and worked well. Everyone stated they would definitely like to return.

Relaxing and luxurious accommodations

What a slice of heaven this well appointed high end getaway has been. From the moment I arrived to this peaceful, comfortable home I was able to relax and unwind and enjoy the updated home with the fabulous mountain and lake views. Melissa was available to answer questions and make my visit comfortable. Keyless entry made check in very convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked and modern and ready for the chef in you to cook up a storm. I highly recommend staying here to anybody looking for an amazing vacation. I was sad to leave, but I will be back soon!

Not as good as it looked

This place looked nice. However, the garage floor was so dirty and oil spotted that we had to sweep and move a mat over the oil so we didn't drag the dirt in on our feet. There are three sliders. The one off the living area that leads to the patio and the view didn't open at all. The slider in the kitchen worked with force, but the screen had about a 4 inch hole and a 2 inch hole. The slider in the bedroom worked with a shoulder shoving it. The rails were filthy, as were the windows. There was a sock from a previous occupant in the dust behind the night stand in the master bedroom. The shower doors were cleaned as high as the cleaner could reach but above that, they were very spotty. The grill on the bottom of the fridge is filthy. We contacted the manager who indicated that the problem with the sliders was probably from the earthquake. She promised to have them looked at and repaired but they were not repaired in the month that we were there. I have photo of every concern listed above. The kitchen was very well stocked! The furniture was comfortable,. though the mattress on the master bed was about 4 inches narrower than the frame, thus collecting dust and lint. There has been some updating of this unit! However, the dirty garage and inoperable sliders were definitely a problem! The outside windows in the master bedroom and kitchen were so dirty, we had to clean them to see through them.. We were disapointed in the care and cleanliness of this rental.

Phenomenal Holiday Getaway

My family had an incredible holiday getaway spending 6 weeks in this immaculate, newly renovated villa. Great location within PGA surrounded by swimming pools and scenic walking paths. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

so relaxing

We get to the desert every year and have found that sometimes we rent "too big" and others just a bit cramped - this floor plan was perfect. Our adult daughter and her husband and 2 little ones stayed for a week with us and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. The kids loved feeding the ducks at the pond while we enjoyed those breathtaking mountain views. Normally we are one of the holes of the golf course but this was just so peaceful (and no golf balls to dodge!) that we plan to rent from these owners again. Very nicely appointed. Lovely owners who provided terrific local info on dining, golf, and on. Very quick drive to grocery and so very easy to enjoy terrific dining close by from Palmers, Old Town LaQuinta and on. Can't wait to rent here again.

We loved our stay

This was a wonderful retreat. One of the only single story units, beautiful mountain views, and you actually can enter the unit from the garage. We have stayed at other PGA West rentals where you have to park in the garage and walk outside to get into the unit. Just a lovely lovely setting with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We will rent this again next year if available.
