Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful be beat nights with the family here at this great house. We had everything we needed to cook meals for nine people. The house location can’t be beat for the price. It was nice having access to the garage and the outdoor shower with hot water was much appreciated with all the kids. It was very comfortable and we loved the upstairs arrangement. The extra fridge, beach cart, beach toys and a few chairs were a welcome bonus.

Great house, great location!

We stayed here with our 2 teenage daughters and friends. The house was clean and nicely equipped with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen could use updating but was perfectly functional for our needs. Best of all was the location - steps away from the bike path and beach. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful home on a beautiful island

We couldn't have chosen a better place to ring in 2020. Kiawah Island is a beautiful island that mixes the best of planning and nature. This home only added to our enjoyment as it is one of the most accurately VRBO-portrayed homes we have been in yet. There are a couple of minor "housekeeping" items that need to be addressed, but nothing that limited our enjoyment and relaxation.

Beautiful Kiawah

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was fantastic! Lots of room and wonderful for families with kids! Very comfortable and easily accessible! It was exciting to find out it was on route in marathon! Our family had the best view of the Runner’s and best of all we were able to greet our kiddos at the most difficult mileage in the race!

Relaxing week in Kiawah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the island and house. We had two families share the house with a total of 9 people. The house set up well for the kids, they had their own TV room and area to hang out while the parents enjoyed the screened in porch and downstairs area. The kitchen was well stocked for grilling and cooking. Hillary Harling was a delight to work with and if we return to the island next year we will definitely be returning to this house. Thanks.

A beautiful, peaceful home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family couldn't have been happier with the location and amenities of this beautiful home! We loved the screened-in dining, the well equipped kitchen and outside gas grill for family meals for a group ranging from 6 mo to 94 yrs old! ESPM staff provided super connections to the local activities and services. We chose to rent bikes for the long weekend to enjoy the beach and ride to golf resorts for lunch out! The golf course view certainly entertained us with golf action, then evening strolls at dusk. ESPM staff was flexible with our requests for early arrival and delayed departure. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood!

Discovering Kiawah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were first time visitors to Kiawah Island and were there for a wedding. Not knowing what to expect, we arrived to find our accommodations to be large, beautiful, well maintained, and in a location that suited our needs perfectly. The home bordered the 16th hole of a golf course (this alone proved to be very entertaining), and was next to a bike path leading directly to the beach. The plant life was absolutely spectacular, and the beach was one of the best we have ever enjoyed. The expanse was immense, and the sand well packed enough to both bike and run on. In arranging for our accommodations, we dealt directly with Hillary Harling and she was an absolute treat to work with. Not only is she very professional in the way she handled our reservations, questions, and added requests, but she is fun and has a great sense of humor. All of this made the process very enjoyable. I can say without any reservations that we will return to Kiawah Island again and again, and when we do, will make our arrangements through Hillary and ESPM Rentals. Thanks again for a memorable visit.

Nice Property but sub-par wifi

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice property and excellent location. Very short walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the was intermittent and did not work much of the time. And when it did work, it was very very slow. When I measured it, it was less than 4mb download which does not support much of anything. I left a message with ESPM but did not receive a call back. I did not follow up as we were enjoying our vacation and we just used our cellular hotspots to bridge the gap. I would recommend you use something other than what you have in the house. Our consensus was this would prevent us from renting this house in the future and look for another property. It's not a deal breaker, per se, but if you pay a lot of money for a house, you expect, in this day and age, to have sufficient wifi. That is my only complaint with the house. It is a great property and we would recommend it to others with the caveat about the wifi.

Love This House!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this house!! Perfect for our families--4 adults & 6 children ages 2-13. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the den upstairs for the kids to hang out and watch movies. Kitchen was well stocked--we did not want for anything. Comfy furniture with the exception of the "queen" bed in the downstairs guest room (seemed like this was a double bed on a queen frame). Screened porch was our favorite place to hang out, had coffee every morning overlooking the golf course. Downstairs fridge was key for storing extra drinks & made loading the cooler for the beach very easy. The property manager was very conscientious and responded quickly to our call & was extremely friendly & efficient. Can't wait to stay here again next year!!!

Thank you so much for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed the home and found it met your family's needs! Also, returning to a rental property is the highest compliment, we are excited to have your family return! I have mentioned the bedding situation in the downstairs room, the owner was unaware of this so we are looking into it and will replace it if necessary, thank you so much for letting us know!

Great location and spacious house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, enough space for 2 families with teens. The upstairs bonus room was so great for the kids to have their own space to hang out. The deck looks over the 16th hole of the golf course and is lovely. There is a great bike/walking path steps away from the front of the house that goes down to the beach. We rented bikes and went all over. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Great place to stay on a beautiful island!

Perfect Weekend Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weekend in Kiawah at 101 Surfscooter. We were extremely nervous to travel and stay away in the midst of a pandemic, but the house allowed us to relax and not worry about a thing. The house was very clean, everything that we expected and very close to the beach (just a few minutes away walking). The rooms/layout were great for our family of five - and since we couldn't eat out, the screened porch was a perfect setting for delicious take out!
