Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat—just steps from both the sparkling sands of Pompano Beach (only ½ block east) and the tranquil waters of the Intracoastal Waterway (½ block west). Nestled in a charming 22-unit property, our cozy and well-maintained 1-bedroom, 1-bath units offer everything you need for a relaxing Florida escape.

Located on the second floor of a two-story building, each unit overlooks a beautifully heated pool and features tile flooring throughout. The spacious living room includes a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, a ceiling fan, and a 43″ flat screen TV with over 150 Direct TV channels—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

The inviting master bedroom includes a plush king-size bed, dressers, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and a 26″ flat screen TV. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with wall-unit A/Cs for your comfort.

Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, espresso machine, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Enjoy meals in a separate dining area—or in Unit 207, an additional cozy dining nook.

Back for another year

I have been renting a condo in this complex every December for over a decade. I always enjoy my stay and Frank is an attentive host. The condo has everything you can think of for a great beachside vacation. I intend to rent again next year.

I've been traveling to South Florida every December for over a decade and try to stay at Mid Mari whenever I can. The units have everything you could possible need and are located close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I'm sure I'll be returning next year.

Back for another year

I have rented a condo from Frank almost every December since 2012 and have met others who are repeat guests. The units have everything you could think of to have an enjoyable stay. The other guests I have met there are all really friendly people from all over the world and the location in Pompano Beach is perfect. There is no doubt in my mind I will rent again next year.

Had another great stay at Frank’s unit at Mid Mari, Frank has added 2 new flat screen TV’s a nice addition, He also made himself available throughout our stay, although there was nothing needed he has all the bases covered! The other guests are all very friendly, and we’ve made some lasting friendships, we will be returning in the future!😎😎

Great location

The location was perfect. The kitchen was very small and some items were in very poor condition (frying pans, pots & pans, microwave). No hand towels, face cloths, dish towels available. Had to buy. We did not invite any friends over because furniture in living room was also in poor condition. Needs some updates to meet our standards.

Very reasonable and adequate condo

Frank is a great host. Everything went very well during our stay there! We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if we need lodging again in that area. It was quiet and felt very safe, and people were friendly.

Enjoyed out stay, but was disappointed was the condition of the unit.

The property was nice, however the unit we stayed in needs to be spruced up and updated some. We made good friends there, and upon viewing other property there, there is no comparison. The plastic on the mattress was very uncomfortable and should be replaced with a cloth cover . The bath mat was extremely old and very dirty. The kitchen sharp knives were old and many were broken. We, however did enjoy our stay. I will say that the cleaning lady did do a very good job. In all we liked the place, the location, and the many friendly nice people that we met.

Sorry to hear that news. After 44 reviews the first I am hearing of this. You should of said something to me the numberous Times you seen me and we would of review and address your concerns if needed. I’m glad overall you enjoyed your stay. As you know many items in condo are new which include 51” Flat Screen TV, new King Size Mattress and new microwave. Again thanks for your comments and will address were needed.

Nice vacation

The location of the property is very convenient, everything was as described, the financial transaction and the property key transfer was very smooth. Frank, the owner, made sure everything was addressed, answered all the questions, and went an extra mile in accommodating our family. It was a perfect vacation as a result.

Great stay!

We stayed at Frank's condo with my wife and 2-year-old daughter for about a month. It was perfect for us all. Frank has a lot of staff for children and even gave us a high chair for the whole period of stay. Overall, he was very polite and super helpful during our stay. Location of the condo is perfect, it's just about 3 min. from the ocean on foot. There are lots of restaurants and a big city mall just on the US-1, it takes about 4 min to get there by car or a very pleasant 20 min walk in the evening. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay! I highly recommend this place.

Best vacation rental!

This was the second time we rented an apartment by Frank at Mid Mari. All you need is in the apartment and if something were missing, just contact Frank. The entire property is very well cared for. Lovely pool and 3 gasol grills to use freely. We will definitely rent the Mid Mari apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good accommodation with top service during their stay in Pompano Beach.

Location and inside was great. The apartment had everything we needed and wanted. Frank was great!

The outside wasn’t as impressive as the surrounding properties but it was fine, clean and safe. Quite affordable by comparison so I thought it was absolutely worth it. The inside was all remodeled and in good condition so it worked out great!

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

This was the most perfectly appointed vacation condo we have ever rented. All of your kitchen essentials are there. The kitchen, dining area and bedroom all have ceiling fans. Floors are ceramic tile and the bathroom is clean with plenty of room for your essentials. Everything you need for the beach is available in the spacious closet. Frank is there every Saturday or available through email to address any concerns or needs. This unit overlooks the beautiful, heated pool. It's a very nice view of the street and has the best parking spot. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach or the intracoastal waterway. I can't say enough good things about it. The perfect vacation spot!

Great vacation at Mid Mari

Nice, quiet and cozy place at Pompano Beach with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We stayed there with 4-year old child and had a great time. The unit is clean and comfortable. You'll find almost everything you need including beach chairs and pool toys. Frank was very responsive and attentive to all our needs. The place is very peaceful and has a convenient location. Majority of shops and parks are in a short drive distance. Beach is close to the unit (about 5 minute walk). Thank you to owners fot the wonderfull New Year holidays!

Another great stay at Mid Mari

This was our second stay at Mid Mari. Last year we stayed for 2 weeks, this year we stretched it out to a month and it was a great stay. Unit 206 is clean and comfortable and Frank pops in regularly to make sure everything is ok. The unit itself is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are restaurants and stores all within walking distance. The Mid Mari Condos Unit is well taken care of and is on a quiet residential street that is safe to walk on at night and enjoy the surrounding area. There's a little park at the end of the street over by the Intracoastal that you can enjoy in the evenings and if you have a car, there's plenty of things within a short driving distance - golf courses, Costco, Walmart. The condo pool is nice and the we used the BBQs 3 or 4 times a week. Frank supplied plenty of towels and beach chairs and the unit was all set for us on the first day we arrived. The other residents in the condo unit were friendly and quiet. We had a great stay with no issues at all and we made some new friends as well. Thanks for a great vacation Frank, we'll see you again next November! We're counting down the days.

Perfect location in Pompano Beach!
This is a wonderful spot. This is the second time we have stayed in Frank's unit. Frank is a terrific and responsive host. He lives close by and is often around the condominium grounds as he assists with the management of the Association. The place is outfitted with just about anything you could need to enjoy your stay. There are beach chairs, towels, cookware and utensils, (both for the kitchen and the grill) together with all the appliances you need (blender, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc). We were in the pool almost every day. It is clean and the water is warm. Last year a group of us watched two rocket launches in one evening while in the pool! I love the location at the quiet end of Pompano. The beach is about 1/2 block away and it is almost never busy. We often walked down the beach to the pier and to the nearby restaurants to enjoy the happy hours! You can also walk or drive down to the Sands Resort for a great happy hour overlooking the Intercoastal. Everything is close by. About a block away there is a water taxi stop. You can go north or south-lots of attractions to see and restaurants to visit in both directions. There is also a library about a 1/2 mile away. The 14th St causeway from A1A up to US 1 is also 1 block north of this great location. There are at least 5 major supermarkets and multiple Walmart Stores within a few miles. There is a large park with pickle ball, tennis courts, picnic areas etc. There is also a golf course nearby as well. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and Fort Lauderdale are both short drives south. If you haven't been to Pompano Beach before, I recommend doing a little homework online to be sure not to miss music events or other happenings that may be occurring at the beginning of your stay. Mid Mari is a welcoming place. Most of the visitors come back year after year, and many of us have become good friends. You will enjoy your stay in Pompano if you stay with Frank at Mid Mari!
