Your own tropical paradise in Islamorada overlooking the fabulous
Florida Bay - this family favorite is just 67 miles south of Miami!
Futura Yacht Club is the best in Islamorada vacation rentals. This
is a gated community & this townhouse features 2 bedroom, 2
1/2 baths and an incredible view of the Florida Bay. It has a
private balcony, full kitchen with dining area, living room and
private laundry.
It is located on the marina and only a step out your door away from
the pool. There is an uninterrupted view of the Florida Bay and
sensational sunsets from this unit. This townhome is in 'bring your
toothbrush' condition -
everything you need for your vacation comfort has been thought
of.
Protected dockage in the 53 unit marina is available for boats up to
36 feet w/easy ocean access through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek.
Dockage is available for an additional fee of $200/week or $250/week during holiday weeks. Please request when booking and we will adjust your quote
There is now a charge for trailer parking and use of boat ramp.

ホストからの要望として、宿泊者はチェックアウトの前に以下を完了する必要があります :
食器洗い機をセットし、スタートさせる

Boat slips are $200/week. $250 holiday. Insurance is required. Futura then charges $150 for trailer storage and $50 to bring boat on property
4-5 days prior to your arrival, we will email instructions on where to pick up your gate cards. You will need those to enter the Futura gate.
Check out is 10am Leave gate cards on the dining room table when you depart.

This house was perfect! It was spacious, comfortable, had amazing views. It was well stocked with essential cooking supplies, plenty of towels, beach towels, and even comfy throw blankets. The couch is the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on. The heated pool was pristine! Booking was easy, and communication was easy with the host.

Perfect location!

We have been vacationing in the Keys for many years and this is our all time favorite place. The view is outstanding and we loved the entire property…especially having a dock. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely rent again!

Great location and property!

The only thing I would suggest is having more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags available. For a family of 5, we ran out very quickly and had to go get our own.

Fabulous Sunset Views!!

There is no need to go anywhere else. The property was awesome from the views from living room and master bedroom balconies overlooking Florida Bay to keeping an eye on our boat right outside the door. We were comfortable cooking in the updated kitchen along with grilling down in the open garage overlooking the water. Very nice facility- you can’t go wrong. Thank you to Matt for the smooth check-in process. We will be back soon!

Amazing week in the Keys

This property is by far the nicest property we have ever stayed at in Islamorada. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. My three boys loved exploring the Futura Yacht Club including manatee watching right from the townhouse. The view from the master bedroom is absolutely incredible. The townhouse is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need on your vacation. We prepared breakfast every day and found every utensil we needed. The beds are extremely comfortable and the townhouse truly felt like our home away from home. We would love the opportunity to come back to this property and make many more beautiful Islamorada memories in the future.

Perfect location and great amenities for our getaway

We brought our boat so being in a townhome unit on the marina with the boat outside the window was wonderful. Even better was being bay front to enjoy the water and sunsets from the balconies and carport. We grilled out often. Pool area was beautiful and we used it often. We really enjoy staying at Futura Yacht Club in the townhomes. Only downside to this unit 705 itself was that the kitchen and adjacent areas had a sugar ant infestation but the management company brought over ant traps right away when notified which helped somewhat. Old food items that needed to be cleaned out of cupboards and pantry from prior tenants. The 3 TV’s need to be updated, 2 were not working. Management company again was very responsive and offered to bring a TV over but we declined since it was late into our stay when I informed them. Bath towels could definitely be refreshed.

So close to the water!

By far one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed at! The double balconies overlooking the bay are amazing! The pool is gorgeous!

Central location to activities

Peaceful and beautiful view

We absolutely loved our view. One morning we spotted a manatee swimming right behind our townhouse. Each morning we would try to spot manatees and nurse sharks.

Futura Yacht Club Review

The property was very nice. Incredible views of the bay. Clean, very nice amenities. This is not a very kid friendly complex which was unfortunate. The majority of tenants/residents were retirees who did not seem to enjoy the presence of younger crowds. That is the only drawback to staying here and unfortunate due to the outstanding location and views of this place. Our trip as a whole was great.

There are very few weekly rental options available in Islamorada. This townhouse is affordable, bayfront and has a boat slip right in front of the townhome. Futura is a smaller complex with wonderful amenities. Book a stay - you will see why so many of our guests come back year after year.
