この1階のユニットは4〜5名で寝ており、キッチンと洗濯機と乾燥機が完備されています。 コンドミニアムは175〜200ヤードです。プライベートビーチと25ヤード。リゾートの5つのプールの1つに移動します。 すべての賃貸人に無料のパー3ゴルフ。 デスティンの中心部、湾岸の美しいエメラルドビーチなどの絶好のロケーション。 2つのテレビ（ベッドルームに1つ）、VCR、ステレオ、すべてのタオルとリネンが用意されています。 （コンドは、BRにダブルベッドとツインベッド、テレビルームに大きなL字型のソファがあります）。

* 6月と7月の間は、土曜日から土曜日までの週単位でレンタルします。。

Overall a great and cozy place! Could use some updating in some areas! The bed has a nasty brown spot in the corner but does have a protective cover and sheet over it. Bed was very bouncy too. Everytime my husband rolled over I felt like my body bounced forever lol could use an updated bed too. Wasn’t the most comfortable but we made due! The bathtub had paint chipping off so when we would bathe our daughter she would get white specks in her hair from the paint. Living room was spacious with a comfortable couch! Cute little kitchen, through the fridge had an odd smell but seemed clean! Would stay here again and the host was very nice and replied to messages with information needed! We LOVED the location! The community was so cute and close enough to the beach for us!

We loved the property and the condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. Especially loved how close it is to the old Rick's bar and grill across the street, now called the Sand Flea.

Stay somewhere else

Sandpiper cove is always a great place to stay with the private beach and parking by the beach. The owner communicates quickly and we needed the condo mopped again since the floor was dirty when we arrived. The owner also let us reschedule due to a hurricane. This particular unit needs some updates, mainly a new bed. We could feel every spring in the mattress, which is stained and looks 20 years old. We ended up leaving a day early because of sleeping bad all week. There was also a dead roach from the condo being treated on the floor, not the owners fault but the cleaning person did not do well. There were crumbs in the couch, dust, and every corner had dirt or crumbs. We will not stay in this condo again. For the price this unit was not worth it.

Great beach access!

This condo was as listed and the beach access was phenomenal! We loved having a private-ish beach with chairs reserved. The water was clear and the sand amazing. The beds and bedding were a bit of a disappointment. New pillows are really needed. The condo itself was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed two of the pools on the property. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. There are not any food or stores very close if you want to walk. The fence around the property is great for security but made the walk to Target a bit more than a mile. Overall, it was a good place for our Destin getaway!

Excellent stay

Great condo for our needs. Only thing better would have been shampoo and body wash for the shower. Easy check-in, comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

Good place for the price, water canal 2 min from the unit ,i sore my canoe by the balcony ,seems like its ok if its not on the grass ,so if you travel with kayak /canoe / paddle board this is your place to be .Looking forward to come back

Awesome Family Vacation

Great family vacation. Washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided each day from beach service located on the beach. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes from condo but we chose to drive to the parking lot across the street each morning since parking was never a problem which proved to be really convenient. Highly recommend this location.

Great condo in the heart of Destin

The condo was nice and clean. We had plenty of supplies. TV had good instructions to turn on. The main tv had cable and the tv in bedroom is a Ruku with lots of choices. This condo is located at the back of the property. But the walk or drive to beach access is short. The owner was very attentive and checked on us often. And even offered a late check out. Loved our stay. We would stay here again. late check out

This was are second year staying here. We enjoy the location - close to pool. Says good for 5 people - - true if some are children - - not 5 adults.

I am a film maker/video producer based out of Atlanta,GA and have 2 rental properties in the Destin area (both located in Sandpiper Cove). I have been vacationing in Destin since I was a child back in 1977 and have seen a lot of changes to Destin over the years. My family and I continue to enjoy our trips to Destin and hope you enjoy it as much as we have thru the years.

We looked all over Destin when deciding to buy a rental property in the area and it all came back to the wonderful feel we had when staying at Sandpiper Cove. The private beach, par 3 golf course placed in between the units and the pools and tennis courts on the grounds made it a warm, family friendly resort in the heart of Destin. Also, the 24 hour security in the complex make Sandpiper Cove a safe haven in the Destin area.

In addition to the wonderful amenities, an onsite restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe) and marina are two additional features of Sandpiper Cove that renters can benefit from. There is also a boat loading area in the complex for those that may want to bring boats down to the Destin area (you may want to check with the rental office if needing to tie the boat up, as there are a few restrictions there). The location in the heart of Destin is also a huge benefit (Sandpiper Cove is in the town of Destin very close to some of the areas best restaurants and shopping areas and located on the Destin Harbor as well as walking distance to the Gulf.)
