We loved our 5 days! Great location, great cabin with everything you could need, wonderful deck with the most amazing view of Nubble Lighthouse. It was cozy for us five 70-something crazy ladies. Jamie is a great hostess. We bugged her a few times and heard back almost immediately. She is very accommodating. We would definitely go back.

Great little cottage

My wife and I were looking to get away for a few days. This was the perfect location as she loves the beach and I love lighthouses. You are minutes from long sands and short sands beaches and you have the perfect view of nibble lighthouse. We sat out at night with drinks or morning with coffee and watch the ocean. It is a great cozy space with a great homey set up with a lot of space in a small space. What made it great though was the deck with the view. Had a great experience and would definitely rent it again.

Fantastic stay!!

Hi Jayme, We left this morning and didn’t want to leave your cozy cottage. It never disappoints, my friend and I are in awe every time we see the ocean and Nubble! Weather was beautiful and the relaxing time on your deck catching up is always a pleasure, and so peaceful. We never leave because of the view, and we ate seafood next door again, which is always delicious, the special cocktails were also tasty, and being so close makes it so easy to get to. My friend and I laugh because of the long commute to get there. Over the bushes we go! See you next year!!Thanks for sharing your cute cottage with us.Diane

This stay was just perfect. Recuperating from surgery, the iconic Maine coast was my Rx. A few days is definitely not enough. Thank you Jamie for this opportunity. Your home was cozy, comfortable with all the amenities. Huge plus, Fox's restaurant a few steps away. Delicious.

3rd time just as wonderful

3rd time staying at this location. Go there just once and you’ll see why for yourself. Can’t beat the location, price (in season or not) or the view. Relaxing on the full sized front porch and taking in the fantastic view of the lighthouse and ocean will surely lower your blood pressure and create lasting memories.

Another wonderful stay!!

This is the third time I’ve been to your relaxing cottage, and it won’t be my last. I can honestly say this is one of my all time favorite places I have visited, and I can’t wait to return. You have the best view of Nubble light, and it is so peaceful to sit on your deck and take in the beautiful surroundings, I would highly recommend this piece of paradise, if you’re looking for a place to relax, and to recharge this is it. Nugget at the Nubble!

Very nice cottage! Location is phenomenal! We enjoyed being at the ocean's edge and experiencing the open Atlantic. And Nubble lighthouse! Breathtaking! Having Fox's restaurant right next door was quite remarkable. Food, drinks and ice cream just steps away is awesome! Recommend this cottage highly!

Perfect Place

What a wonderful little place with a location that can not be any better. Steps away from the Nubble and the best restaurant in the area. Owners of property were great in their communication and were prompt to answer my questions. I have come to York a few times and I would say this was the most enjoyable place. It was quaint, peaceful, and the perfect cottage for a couple or small family. I will be back.

Total Relaxation

We had a very enjoyable stay at the cottage. It was very bright and refreshing with an inviting beach theme. Every room was crisp and clean. We found everything we needed. We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend a couple days to unwind. The ocean views were simply incredible. Thanks to Jamie for sharing this perfect ocean front cottage for all of our enjoyment . Would return tomorrow!

Amazing views

Cottage was super clean. Beds were comfortable. The views were amazing! Fox's restaurant right next door has great food and was very convenient. Everything is as listed in description. Jamie was easy to deal with and very responsive.

My family and I used to stay in this cabin when I was little and it was my first time back in years and it completely exceeded our expectations! It was my boyfriends first time there and he loved it as well! My boyfriend asked me to marry him during our stay there and the overall trip could not have been better! Thanks in large part to Jamie!

Peaceful. Serene. Soul-filling.

We’ve visited Nubble Lighthouse many times—as in— pulling into a crowded parking lot and walking around for a bit. By renting Jamie’s Place we were able to dwell for several days within the aura of the Lighthouse and also the beautiful bounty of the ocean. What a spectacular setting! We are so grateful to have shared this place and will hold dear the memory of our days there.

Unbelievable get away.

The minute I walked onto the property and saw the view I was sold. But then you open the door to the most adorable cottage. Clean and everything is updated. Warm and cozy. I’m going to book myself this place every year that I can. Also manager is very easy to contact with any help you might need.

What a location!

Just got home from two nights at this beautiful cottage. The cottage is very clean, bright and welcoming. We found it to be well maintained, beds were comfortable, the kitchen contains anything you need. The bathroom very nice and immaculately clean, nice pressure from the shower head, but the bathroom is very small and someone with mobility issues may have trouble with it. The photos in the listing are accurate but don't fully translate to just how beautiful this cottage and location are. It was quiet and peaceful and a perfect getaway. Fox's Lobster House next door did all the cooking for us. Very short walk to Nubble Light and the view from the deck was just spectacular. Jamie was very quick with a reply to quick questions we had at checkout. Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of property with the rest of us - I am already looking at booking a return trip!

Couldn’t of asked for a better place!

This cottage is absolutely perfect in every way. Clean, cozy, and the location is everything you could ask for. The view from the deck is astonishing and relaxing. The property owner Jamie made sure everything we needed was taken care of and communicating with her was flawless. My family and I had a great time there and hope to visit York again. If we do, there’s no other place we would rather stay.

Magnificent Location!

It is hard to describe the beauty of this location: It sits on the deep water of the open Atlantic with Nubble Light in view (close by). Such fun to meander about the ocean rocks and find a place to rest with a book, a coffee or a cocktail. Adjacent to this property is a wonderful restaurant (Fox's) with indoor, outdoor and take out services. During our stay we visited several times....never had to get in the car to drive to a restaurant. The place is pleasant but not large. I suggest 2 or 3 individuals. (The bathroom is tiny; for anyone with a disability, it would be difficult to maneuver in and out of the shower.) The views from inside are equally outstanding. There is a 2 sided deck with very nice chairs, providing again lovely views of the ocean and Nubble. Nubble was amazingly busy during our visit and close but interestingly none of the hubbub makes its way to the cottage. I enjoyed walking the Nubble loop daily. Jamie is most accessible and willing to please. I value highly her management style.

Paradise

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cottage. It was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, & it had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. We loved the magnificent views of the ocean & Nubble Lighthouse. Thank you Jamie for letting us stay here. We hope to come back again soon.
