Enjoyable

Great property, great amenities and a very easy to work owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. We found everything there to allow us to have a great family getaway for a few days. The property truly is close to shopping, golf, hiking, biking and enjoying the outdoors.

I rented this house for Memorial Day Weekend for 4 days it's was amazing. 5 stat for sure 100%

I have been in to lots of houses but this house was amazing very clean inside and outside very big inside and outside the owner was the nicest guy very friendly and understanding person,thank you again we will see you soon for our next vacation and I will recommend all my Family and friends to rent this house

Very nice house for a family

Ramiro's house was big and clean and is perfect for a family or two visiting the area. They expect you to follow good cleanliness rules during your stay but as long as you aren't a bad guest they are easy to follow. We only stayed for a couple days so we didn't use/experience most of the amenities but the pool was perfect and the main areas were very comfortable.

Great stay

House was great and for a great bargain.Plenty of space in the house and in the property for people to get some private time. Would certainly come back. Had no issues at all with the house. Ramiro welcomes us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful, private and well equipped.

Our large family - 7 little ones and 10 parents had a wonderful stay. The home's design offers privacy and is very spacious. The outdoor space allowed for swimming and lawn games. Because the yard is quite large and there are no nearby houses, we didn't have to stifle any giggles from the kids! There is ample seating and eating areas too - both inside and out. Ramiro, our host, was extremely responsive to our specific requests and communicating with us almost instantaneously. We highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Ok fir what it was

House was OK but inside had labels almost on every piece of furniture and door. There is like 10 pages of instructions for check-in and checkout. Definitely felt like I was intruding on someone else’s home. The backyard was kind of messy and the pool was hard to figure out how to use

Bernard, thank you for being transparent. Unfortunately, some past guest have not been as wonderful and you and your group. We have had many wonderful and amazing guest and look forward to when we no longer feel need to add this. Hence the labels and signs, and yes, because it is our residence, we have to lock doors as to ease flow and use of the house. We have 3 sheets we leave and I’m sorry if the others extra sheets were left there as well. Totally get that. It’s only our intention to make you feel at home. A home away from home. 💕 We also try to be transparent as in mentioning it is our on the website as well as what was in the sheets left. (Only, because most of the time, the primary is the only one able to view them on the website). We do thank you for your words and again, we only wish our guests to have a home away from home. Beautiful pool, beautiful accommodations.

Our family had a wonderful time connecting and relaxing together in this warm inviting home. We felt graciously accommodated and welcomed. We had everything at our fingertips as the home as well stocked. There is plenty of space for everyone. We loved the bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. Everything in the home has been well care for There was plenty to do with the pool, hot tub, pool table, and games. We loved our stay! We highly recommend this property

Best Possible COVID Vacation!

We came here as a group to unwind a bit from Los Angeles and from the pandemic. It was such a relaxing time, Ramiro and Jeanne were very generous for letting us stay in their amazing home. The place was as clean as can be, and the backyard (my favorite part) was just beautiful! Will definitely consider booking here again in the future!

Spacious and relaxing on a quiet street

This was a nice home for our annual family gathering -- we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the spacious back yard. The house is well-equipped and our host Ramiro was very kind and responsive. The neighborhood is very peaceful too!

No deposit back !

Landlord has kept the deposit based on some bogus claims. I went there for a family reunion. This house has carpets on most of the common and bedrooms. Landlord claims that we stained the carpet, which is a false claim. If you decide to go there you have to take pictures from all existing damages that you notice! Believe me you will be spending your vacation taking pictures of what the landlord could potentially claim. Another claim was for garbage disposal which was not working properly from day one. He claims due to the damage to garbage disposal his cabinet under the sink is damaged. One look at the cabinet and you could tell the water damage was done over a very long period of time.

Beautiful private getaway

The property and home were beautiful., amazing amenities. Perfectly accommodated our group of 10. The only reason this property didn't receive a perfect 5 star is because it was pretty noisy with a train and private airport nearby.

Great house, perfect for our group.

We stayed at the beautiful house while attending the Indian Well tournament. The house was great for our group. Nice location to the event and everything we could have asked for!

Great stay - everything was as advertised

We rented this house for a family get together . Everyone had a great time . The house had plenty a room for everyone . Big kitchen, big dining room, with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing . We had 11 adults plus all our kids. The backyard was nice with a pool and patio . Owner was polite and courteous . A good time was had by all.

Great Summer Location

Ramiro was very helpful and great to work with. The house speaks for itself. Plenty of room to sleep and a great pool/yard. Minor noise from the freeway and the occasional train, but overall a great stay.
