Bedroom 1 - The spacious Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, crib, 65` smart TV, large walk-in closet, full ensuite bathroom, and full body mirror.

Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed w/ large closet and a smart TV.

Bedroom 3 – Two twin bunk beds. Together these sleep 4 people.

Bedroom 4 - Bachelorette theme Queen sized bed w/ large closet, makeup vanity and a smart TV.

Pull out couch - Sleeps an additional 1-2 guests on main floor - 65` smart TV.

Checkout is at 10am - Late checkout of 11am is available for a fee of $50. Please let me know in advance if this is something you would like.

Please let us know if you`d like the pool heated for your arrival.
Pool heating is charged at $100 per night.
Spa heating is complimentary.

No pet fee for the first pet - beyond one pet there is a $50 fee for each additional pet. Please inform me of all pets staying at the property ahead of time.

1. Check out: Please place garbage in the bins, ensure dishes are washed or in the dishwasher, lights are off, and windows and doors are locked. To lock the front door, simply pull closed and press the `Yale` button on the keypad until you hear it lock.
No need for a major cleanup; we want your departure to be stress-free! Accidents happen, and we appreciate open communication. If anything comes up, please reach out. We value your honesty and will work with you to resolve any issues during your stay.
2. No Smoking: We want to keep the air fresh for everyone.
3. Pets Allowed: Pets allowed for additional fee of $150 per pet, per stay.
4. Parking Rules: Please stick to the driveway to keep things orderly and avoid issues with neighbors + city. Maximum three vehicles.
5. No Parties or Events: We aim for a tranquil atmosphere! No Unregistered Guests: Notify us about visitors for everyone`s safety.
6. Quiet Hours: Respectful quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Friday and Saturday and 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM Sunday-Thursday. Please take gathering inside after quiet hours so not to disturb the neighbors.
7. Respect for the Property: Please treat our place with care :)
8. Garbage Disposal: Please bag all garbage and leave in the interior garbage bins. If they are full the trash can be taken out to the main bin for the home on the east side of property.
9. Security and Safety: Best to keep doors and windows locked when you`re away.
10. Pool, Hot-tub: Responsible usage and safety first. Please follow posted safety rules.
11. Fire Feature: Follow safety + lighting instructions for fire features. No Fires in the Fireplace: The fireplace is retired and not in use.
12. Minimum age for a person renting: 21.
