Overall place was maintained and quiet Very close to the beach a 5 min walk… great locationProvided beach chairs are non adjustable so it’s lay down position all the time and one was broken.We’ve stayed at multiple places along Sarasota and this one is not our favorite but scored in the top 10.

Just a perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway that has everything you need for quiet relaxation while at the same time being close to major cultural attractions. The unit was very clean with all basic necessities provided including beach gear. Lido beach was 5-7 minutes walk while St. Armand’s circle was about 10-15 minutes walk. We basically walked everywhere the entire 3 days, which was very convenient. The atmosphere was very family-friendly. The host was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate us. We’ll definitely be back for another “us time” in the near future. Elena & Tom

This property is deceiving from the listing. There is a reason they don’t show pictures of the property. It’s set on a multimillion dollar street but lacks curb appeal big time. I had no directions upon arrival. I had to reach out to the host, whose phone was off. Luckily VRBO got ahold of them. The apartment is left unlocked. The space is clean but the air is musty! The only win is that it is a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach.

Fully furnished and well supplied with everything needed for eating and going to the beach. We loved having chairs and an umbrella and some beach toys plus the wagon to take it all to the beach - really upgraded our trip!The beds were comfortable and the condo was overall clean and pleasant. The neighborhood was really excellent and easily walkable, we felt very safe.

Great Lido Key Condo

I can’t say enough how good the location for this condo is. It’s an easy walk to the beach, kayaking the mangroves and the restaurants in Lido Key. It was small but had everything we needed, was so clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Convenient place near beach and restaurants

We enjoyed our weekend at the beach. Loved that there were beach chairs/umbrella and beach towels provided. Also enjoyed being in walking distance to everything we needed.

Perfect location!

We walked to Lido beach and St. Armand’s Circle several times a day. Everything was very neat, convenient and safe. Would definitely book again.

Florida vacation

We love the location short walk to the beach and to the circle everything is close by, friendly neighbors at the apartment. It felt like home away from home.

This property is as described. The location is great. Quick walk to the beach and you can walk to a lot of restaurants and shops as well. Quiet area. There are several beach chairs and an umbrella as well. There is a community pool but for some reason it was never open while we were there.

Perfect getaway

Nice clean home an had everything we needed for perfects days at the beach. Walking distance to lido key beach an surrounded by very nice homes. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! Great value!

The apartment that Gino provided was everthing that we had hoped for: spotlessly clean, with two large bedrooms and a nice size living area, and very near the beach and Armand Circle. Gino was a wonderful host. We will definitely come back!

Nice Stay and Convenient Location

The place was nice and as described. The walk to the beach and pool took 5 minutes which was convenient. We did drive to St. Armand Circle since that was a little further of a walk (10-15 min). Overall a good place to stay and the owners were nice and welcomed us the first day to make sure everything was alright.
