Fully furnished and well supplied with everything needed for eating and going to the beach. We loved having chairs and an umbrella and some beach toys plus the wagon to take it all to the beach - really upgraded our trip!The beds were comfortable and the condo was overall clean and pleasant. The neighborhood was really excellent and easily walkable, we felt very safe.

This property is as described. The location is great. Quick walk to the beach and you can walk to a lot of restaurants and shops as well. Quiet area. There are several beach chairs and an umbrella as well. There is a community pool but for some reason it was never open while we were there.

You will have everything you need!

Perfect location, like 4 minutes to the beach. The apt is very clean and cute. It has all the beach essentials and beach toys.

Great Lido Key Condo

I can’t say enough how good the location for this condo is. It’s an easy walk to the beach, kayaking the mangroves and the restaurants in Lido Key. It was small but had everything we needed, was so clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Surprised the reviews are great

This place is a great location, very close to the beach. When I read the listing I was expecting pool access like a communal pool in the condos area. Its not, its down the street public pool near the beach. Same with washer and dryer, was not expecting that those were not in the unit. The unit was clean but certainly could use some updates. Generally I would say it was mediocre and we left a day early. Also, there was a wagon, beach towels, beach chairs in the room. There were no beach toys as mentioned everywhere unless the pile of broken and discarded beach toys outside of the unit in the common area counts.

Perfect location!

We walked to Lido beach and St. Armand’s Circle several times a day. Everything was very neat, convenient and safe. Would definitely book again.

Gino is the best

Everything was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed and supplied with beach equipment and kitchen . Clean, comfortable bedrooms and bathroom. One block from Lido Beach. We will be back next year.

Nice Stay and Convenient Location

The place was nice and as described. The walk to the beach and pool took 5 minutes which was convenient. We did drive to St. Armand Circle since that was a little further of a walk (10-15 min). Overall a good place to stay and the owners were nice and welcomed us the first day to make sure everything was alright.

Convenient place near beach and restaurants

We enjoyed our weekend at the beach. Loved that there were beach chairs/umbrella and beach towels provided. Also enjoyed being in walking distance to everything we needed.

Absolute best stay we’ve ever experienced!!!!

This little gem is perfect for a family or someone wanting to spend a lot of time at the beach!! walking distance to one of the prettiest beaches ive seen. The Apt was supplied with everything you can think of for beach. They even had sand toys and a wagon( VERY useful with a 1 and 6 year old and hot sand. We had beach towls, umbrellas, chairs etc. Gino and his on site manager ( Janice i think) was an absolute pleasure and so very kind!! If you dont care for all the business of all the people and want a perfect quaint place to stay, Lido Sand Apartments are perfect in all aspects!!
