Another Great Vacation

This was our 2nd yr staying here. Love the area, location,and how close the Beach access is. The unit is well maintained, and clean. The owners was easy to communicate with. Check in is so easy.. Alot of things to do close by other than the beach, which is amazing . Will definitely be coming back again.

Property was amazing. Very clean amazing location. We enjoyed the Beach (not crowded). We got to see two rocket launches from the beach. The listing was as described. Everything you needed was there. Great place for families or couples. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect beach getaway spot!

Bill was the perfect host. His description of the property was spot on. The condo was adorable-the location excellent. Loved the quiet neighborhood feel of the area and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to truly enjoy the surf, sand and laid back beach life for their next vacation!

Wonderful month

This one bedroom, one bath had everything we needed for our winter getaway. Location is perfect if you like privacy. Owner was so kind and quick to respond to any questions. Will be returning next year.

Steps from beach!

The unit is darling and perfect location to watch rocket launches! It’s steps from the beach and quiet. I’m not sure you could get any closer to the beach! Unit is well supplied and the owner is very responsive and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in future.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. So close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were clean as well. We watched a rocket launch from the patio. Also we could see the cruise ships coming and going. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beach getaway

We really enjoyed our time spent in this condo. It’s a perfect location steps from the beach. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed opening the sliding doors to hear the ocean waves. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for my husband and my sister and I. We loved being able to walk down to the beach to have a front row seat to the rocket launch. I would highly recommend this place and would certainly book again.

Dream Vacation

The vacation was absolutely perfect from the start. The check-in was easy, your description on how to get into the resort and our room was great. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. The unit was very clean smelled good, we had all the kitchen supplies and towels that we needed. It was also great to have the cooler and chairs to go down to the beach. We really liked the location of the unit, close to the pool and beach, plus easy to get to other places off property! We definitely are interested in coming back after Christmas for another visit.

Cute condo amid the peacocks

Easy to find. Pool very clean. Access to beach easy. In unit laundry was handy. Only issue was when a visitor stayed on the Murphy bed; he had to walk thru the master to get to the bathroom. Awkward.

Great vacation!

Great ground level condo! The foliage blocked any view of the ocean from the room, but we had a fabulous time! We were one of the closest units to access the private beach from the walkway. So great to have toys and beach towels/chairs/umbrella since we flew and did not want to waste luggage space on these items. All items in the condo were is excellent repair and the shower was a-maz-ing!! Thanks so much for sharing your slice of heaven with our family!

Awesome week!

We had an awesome week. The condo met our needs and had everything we needed to cook. Owner was very quick to respond and resolve an issue. The bed is so comfortable. We appreciated the two beach chairs and beach toys. There was an umbrella but we didn’t use it. Overall we had a great stay but could use a deep cleaning.

Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved this condo. Though we weren't there much as our granddaughter lives in Orlando it was great coming back and relaxing after a busy day. Our morning coffee was exciting as we watched the domesticated peacocks walk around the grounds. Highly recommend this condo!! You won't be disappointed!!! The owners were very nice and kept us posted with updates as hurricane Matthew approached!!! Sincerely, Holly Stammen

Christmas vacation

Property was very clean and well kept. All appliances were in good working order with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils. Large walk-in shower with great bath towels. Close walk to pool and beach, but be sure to check with office for current codes. Since this is a corner unit the patio area is large that faces south and east, so you get plenty of sun. Property owner was very responsive before and during our stay.

We come for the Sun!

Beautiful location only a few steps from the beach. You can wake up to the sunrise from your bed. I had to purchase some things to make our long stay more comfortable - cleaning supplies, beach umbrella, etc. They don't have a smart TV or HDMI port ... which is an incentive to get outside and enjoy the sunshine!! We don't come for the TV, we come for the Sun!!

Upscale unit! We will be back!

This condo was perfect! It was tile through out which is nice in the Florida heat! The Murphy Bed was so much nicer then a sofa bed. It was a real mattress! My son didn't even complain about having to sleep there! Rosie checked on us and made sure our check-in was smooth. Bill, the owner, also called us to make sure we were ok. We have stayed at many condos before but this was one of the cleanest and nicest! Make sure you book through Bill because not all the units are as nice as his! And as close to the ocean!

Even better than pictured :)

Such a wonderful, relaxing stay. Check-in process was seamless. Parking was free, and we never had to search for a spot. Owner was very communicative. WiFi worked perfectly. The location was EXCELLENT. Property is right on the beach and a one minute walk to the ocean from the door. The property was safe and required access codes for the parking lot and beach/pool area. Tons of restaurants and a Publix within a 10 minute drive. The complex was quiet. The beach was beautiful and reasonably private. Not very crowded. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom was spacious and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a washer and dryer (we didn’t use them though). The condo was very clean. The only thing that would make this condo better would be updated TVs (ideally smart TVs or add a Roku or something). BUT who goes to the beach to watch TV anyway lol. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely stay here. The pictures on VRBO do not do the place justice. Thanks for a great stay!! :)

Very clean and good location

We were happy during our stay. The owner and manager were easy to work with and the unit was updated and clean, although the complex has seen better days. The unit is on the end of the building near the beach. Nice little L shaped patio. Although the first floor didn't allow an ocean view view over the hedges, we were a short walk from the beach. The beach was great. good for walking and swimming. I would recommend this rental. We came for a launch and stayed for three days. We happened upon Crackers Island Grill on North Atlantic Ave (A1A). A small family run operation that makes you feel at home. Great fish, fresh from Port Canaveral, not fancy, great prices. Try the grilled grouper or the fish tacos.

Amazing experience at a great condo

Originally planning to stay further south on the coast, we had difficulty finding an available or affordable place for our time slot, so we looked further north through VRBO and found this unit. Are we glad we did! The condo was excellent, roomy, and steps from the beach. There was a burm between the condo and beach so being on the ground floor we couldn't see the beach from the condo but could hear the waves, and we just had to take a few steps onto a tremendous beach which was undergoing restoration at the time and is an amazing beach that runs a long distance. The condo was well furnished, and while we found the main bed a little soft for our taste, we used the murphy bed in the living room which was firmer, so you have an option. We also had access to their beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, and for those who have children there are ample beach toys. The condo is just a short distance to the Cocoa Beach pier area to the south, and close to the launch area for the Kennedy Space Center to the north. A real bonus was being able to watch the launch of the Space X Mercury Heavy rocket while there, right from the beach near the condo. We saw the launch and recovery! The condo is less than an hour's drive from the Disney theme parks in Orlando area, if the desire to go there exists. But we had such a great time relaxing at the beach that we canceled our planned trip to Epcot. Another bonus was that the beach at the condo is very close to where cruise ships and other large ships come out of the Port Canaveral facilities and are fun to observe as they launch out to sea. The owner and contact were very helpful and hospitable in their assisting us. We can highly recommend this condo and would love to use it again if we have the chance. Larry & Diane Eide, Blaine, WA

Our 8 and 10 year olds have grown up staying at our Cape Canaveral family condo and they love every day that we're there. They're learning to appreciate the simple things in life - laughing, swimming, running, playing - a flash light beach walk at night, chasing ghost crabs and home cooked meals. We leave the gadgets at home and enjoy our beach family time to the fullest.

Royal Mansions is located in a quiet residential area of Cape Canaveral. 700 feet of very private ocean beach is just a few steps away from the Unit. Cape Canaveral beach is excellent for families and for teaching younger children how to surf, boogie board, beach comb and enjoy the water. The Orlando attractions are less than an hour away, there are endless possibilities for fun!

この宿泊施設の特徴

When we stay for a week our favorite activities are:
1. Starting and ending each day with a beach walk to collect shells and chase the sea birds. Kite flying on the beach is great in the evenings!
2. Surfing, boogie boarding, laying out and enjoying the pristine and very private beach.
3. A daily swim (or several swims) in the Royal Mansions pool to clean off the salt and practice 'cannonballs'.
4. Our children love going to Kennedy Space Center to see the Atlantis shuttle, Saturn 5 moon rocket and other attractions. Arrive early at 9:00 AM and stay until the park closes at 7:00 PM. Lots to do here and the food is reasonably priced. No need to spring for anything but the 'general admission'.
5. We love the Melbourne Zoo and the TreeTop adventure. Smaller kids (under 54 inches) will love the junior course and zip-line, only $14.95 each and 45 minutes of safe fun. Older types can attempt the adult course and zip-line over the alligator enclosure!! The zoo is a blast and the majority of the animal enclosures are located under shady trees. Don't forget swimmers for your toddlers, there is a small pool.
6. We always spend one day at "Aquatica" water park in Orlando. Get your discounted tickets at their website for $38 per person and be there when the park opens at 9:00 AM. Closes at 7:00 PM but our kids are usually worn out by 5:00 PM.
7. A hidden gem is the "Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center", open 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a small slide and huge pool. They heat it in Winter and cool it in the Summer! As a bonus Dad can play a round of golf at the Cocoa Beach public Course which is located right next door to the Aquatic Center. See the pool from the 2nd tee on the River course. There are 27 holes on three courses. A useful tip for Summer fun is to play nine holes after 4:30 PM for $16:00 (includes the cart). there's always a cool breeze in the evenings.
8. Dinner at the Port or one of the chain restaurants on SR520 near the Merritt Square Mall.
