素敵な、2 BR、2バスコテージが新たに改装されました！ 新しいキッチン、新しいバス、新しい家具！ このユニットは7快適に眠ります。 キングインマスター、フルサイズベッド、ツイン（ゲストベッドルーム）、スリーパーソファー。 このコテージは、テニスコートを見下ろす、ガラス張りのスクリーンポーチを持つ非常に少数のうちの1つです！
これはテニス愛好家だけでなく、ただ太陽と砂を楽しみたい若い���族のための素晴らしい休暇スポットになります！ Cottage 140はCottage Poolから歩いて約10分の距離で、ビーチ��では徒歩約10分です。 次回の休暇にコテージ140に滞在するすべての人に素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができます！

Had a great time in Destin at this cottage!!

The cottage was clean and as described albeit the pics are wide angle and make it look bigger in the pics than in real life. Wasn't a deal killer as it was plenty of space for our needs. Nice touch having a small welcome packet with coffee and some of the basic essentials to,get you thru your first morning. Some of these places are barren upon arrival outside of one roll of TP. Only negatives for property was this cottage is at the front of the complex so the furthest from the beach access so bring or plan on buying a beach cart to haul your stuff. Not a far walk, about 10 minutes, but there are about 20-25 stairs to go down/up in order to get to beach to plan to have to hve help carrying your stuff up and down. If you have a lot of stuff then you probably have help;). Beach was gorgeous and having the chairs provided was a great addition considering their about $35 a day to rent. Vegetation outside the back porch was a little overgrown but we never went out that way so it wasn't an issue and provided more privacy, just a little unkempt looking but it is florida and things grow wild here. Beautiful property with lots of trees and vegetation. Only downside to location for us was it's 3.5 miles from the destin bridge area where all the action is. Not a big deal but with the construction plan on spending 20-25 minutes during peak drive time to get there. Since we went almost every day for some excursion it became a bit of a beating. BTW, the excursion discounts offered thru the management company was a great deal, use them for sure. We did at least 1 activity per day and it saved our family of 4 several hundred dollars!!. Overall a great time was had by all, cant wait to come back again!!

Wonderful Property, Close to Everything!

Our vacation was wonderful! We enjoyed the cottage and appreciated the short walk to the beach! We also visited the playground and basketball court during our stay. For those that are interested, this property also has tennis courts and lessons, multiple pools, and a lake. We were given an information packet with lots of helpful information about the beach, property rules and a map of the property. The property map was so very helpful. I also loved the fact that the tv was on and soft music welcomed us to our temporary home. We arrived after dark and it was nice to be able to see the space before we stepped in. The cottage looked exactly like it looks in the pictures, there were no surprises. It was cozy but everyone had space to themselves if needed. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We received a text on Day 2 to make sure everything was going well. Awesome service, so if I had any issues (which I didn't), I would have had the opportunity to have them resolved. I called the day of our departure to inform the staff of a housekeeping issue and the staff member who answered the call was very warm and helpful. THANK YOU to the team for making our vacation memorable and enjoyable. We strongly recommend this property. We had everything we needed and more!

GREAT TIME

This resort was awesome! The kids had a blast- Beds were extra comfy!! Everyone enjoyed their stay! We definitely will be back again to experience another family fun vacay! Thank you for making it feel so homey!!
