Excellent and responsive communication from the host. Perfect place to stay while visiting Cal Poly — close proximity to the school and giving us easy access to Pismo Beach. The walk to the beach is easy and less than 5 minutes, just down the street a few blocks. Lots of eating options close by. Comfortable beds, nice towels, and we appreciated the beach chairs. We would definitely book here again.

Spent 5 days here, midweek. Location was great and accommodations were fantastic. Short walk to the beach too. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in was so easy and we were able to get in early. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including bar-b-que utensils!
Guys grilling fresh fish from fish market at end of pier in Avila
Bacon wrapped shrimp and bacon wrapped scallops!!! Yumm!
Jaxson said he would try all of it!

I loved this house so much. My friends and I stayed for my birthday weekend and we felt so comfortable at home. Perfect location to walk around pismo. The host was very sweet as well. I would definitely come back and stay here again, and I definitely recommend you to also!

We kept referring to this property as "perfect" for our family. The location was less than a block from scorpion coffee which was delicious. Also, less than a block from Rosas Italian food. Which came in clutch when wanting takeout after a long day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
