Amazing Place to Stay

Everything you need and within walking distance to the beach and main area. Very clean! We always stay here and have been for the last couple of years once we found it. It works for us and we've been very happy with it! Just note if you have young kids....there is only a shower, no tub.

The apartment is very well located, not only for Highway 101 access, but in a neighborhood very close to the beach and pier, as well as numerous restaurants. We had an upstairs unit which afforded nice views and good air circulation. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the bathrooms nicely supplied with towels and the beds adequately comfortable. The general living area had plenty of seating.We stayed two nights and spent time in SLO for wine tasting and a nice dinner, but Rosa’s Italian Restaurant was just across the street and excellent. We can highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic Unit in an Ideal Location

Our family had a wonderful stay here for our son's CalPoly graduation... unit was very clean and located in the center of Pismo close enough to the beach for our family of surfers to walk to the waves. I communicated with the property manager on a few tiny issues, and she quickly responded with help. The only small recommendations I would give would be for 1) a binder in the unit that gives instructions (where is the washer? can we access the garage? etc.) and also a few basic cleaning supplies. (Maybe a broom was in the unit but I couldn't find it. Tried to use the small vacuum but it didn't pick up well.) All in all -- awesome stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you

Good location

It was perfect location for us and the kids. Easy walk to all our favorite pismo spots! The bunk room the beds are smaller than we thought in the photos and the couch bed mattress was very thin you could feel the bars, so the kids just slept on the couch, dishwasher didn’t work, but we didn’t really use the space other than sleeping and getting ready so it was. An inconvenience for us. Other than that we’d stay there again !

Family weekend

The property was accurate and as listed. My family had an amazing weekend thanks to the cozy centrally located accommodations. We would recommend this property to another family or enjoy staying in it again.

Great all around house

This house is perfect for a one family or two couple Pismo Beach getaway. It checks all the boxes if you want a central location to Pismo beach activities and all that the amazing Central Coast has to offer.

Cons with some Pros

First the pros: Unit was very clean and the location is perfect if you want quick beach access as it is only a two block walk! Now the cons: When we opened the front door the first time the handle fell off (I am not kidding). I called maintenance and even though they promised a repair person nobody ever showed up during our entire stay! The dishwasher is still broken after three months of being notified as you can see on previous reviews (Still not kidding). We found all the table lamps in all the rooms unplugged and we had to move furniture to plug them in in order to work (Not kidding again). The unit has 1.5 baths, not 2 like is advertised and the full bathroom has no towel racks or anywhere to hang your towels whatsoever. If you are planning on cooking there are really limited supplies as this appears to be a corporate unit, not an owners part time home. The internet is fairly unstable, especially is you are trying to watch the TV which only provides streaming. Finally, I would recommend that they replace the 2nd bedroom mattress as it is very worn with no support.

Great location

Property is well maintain and manager is easy to communicate with and respond quickly. Locaton is great, within quick walk to pier and many restaurants. Overall, we had a good time and we would book again in the future.

Great location

Great property, very clean and easy access. Note the unit was upstairs. Dishwasher there but doesn’t work as others have mentioned. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Clean and close to beach!!

Very clean and well appointed apartment. The location was great, too….Very close to restaurants and beach and also to wineries and wine tasting. Quiet at night, as well. Easy to check in and manager was responsive to all questions.

Beautiful place

Place is beautiful but there were no towels in the bathrooms I had to go searching for them. The dishwasher did not work manager said the place is old and probably popped the breaker which we couldn’t fix. There was dish remotes but no dish receiver. They want you to wash any extra linens you use but no washer or dryer on the property.

Sisters get away

Had a fantastic 3 night stay. The location is perfect. Close to the beautiful beach and also close to the touristy and fun commercial strip. The unit itself is clean and comfortable. We thought it was weird that the bathroom with the shower had zero towel racks and the 1/2 bath in the master had room for 9 towels. No lie. Otherwise the place is great for a few days and nights. Very comfortable.

Fabulous stay!!

We traveled to Pismo Beach for a family wedding and had a wonderful visit. We loved the Pismo Beach area, and this condo was good for us. It was just as described. It was clean, comfortable, and the location perfect to activities, the beach, and the wedding venue at the White Barn in Edna Valley. We had other family in another condo in this building so its great for family gatherings needing more space.
