I recently stayed at this property and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is great and the staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive. For example, when we found our toaster wasn't working, they replaced it within a couple of hours. When someone parked in our designated spot, they dealt with it quickly. We also received the wrong size linens initially, and again, the staff resolved it without fuss.However, the biggest issue—and unfortunately a dealbreaker for me—was the cleanliness and general condition of the accommodation. When we arrived, it was clear that the space had not been properly cleaned. It seemed like only a very basic job had been done, and we ended up spending over an hour and a half cleaning before we felt comfortable putting our things away.There were also several maintenance issues: some electrical outlets were hanging out of the wall, the kitchen floor was heavily marked, and the bathroom needed a deep clean. The dishwasher was dirty when we arrived, and the kitchen was poorly stocked—only one fork in a suite meant for four people.I did raise these concerns at checkout and was told I should have mentioned them earlier. While I understand that, my view is that accommodation should be clean and ready upon arrival—guests shouldn't have to request a basic standard of hygiene.Overall, while I appreciated the responsive staff, the state of the accommodation was disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again
