The property was clean & had everything we needed. We were thrilled to find a 2nd high chair in a closet - really made us happy! Rooms were well appointed & everything was clean. Had no issues!! We would stay here again!!

Paradise Vacation

Absolutely amazing vacation! Location of home is right in the heart of Marathon and close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Private beach area is amazing and the sunset view is spectacular. Owner was on site and very accommodating and attentive during our stay which made everything so easy. gave great recommendations of places to eat and visit. Would stay at this house again!!

Just ask the manager, she knows everything.

The house was larger then we expected. Very beachy feel and calming. The pool could have been a little warmer, once our bodies adjusted, it was comfortable.

Friends Get a way!

The place was wonderful. A little misleading in the private beach description. I thought there would be swimmable water area, but it was rocky and fishing docks. The pool area we had was also very shady, the foliage and other rentals around blocked the sun. We did enjoy ourself and it was a beautiful house, perfect for 6 of us!

Great location and property

Very nice units with heated pools. Excellent onsite manager who was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Great deck , outside area, and beach chairs, beach toys umbrella, kayak paddles, life jackets etc. Beach is small but right there. Loved kayaking in the area. Needed some maintenance but was taken care of right away

Great vacation rental

The rental house at keys cove qas great! The 4 bedrooms provided ample room for our stay and the location was great! We rented a boat tor three days and the dock was very convenient. We had a blast!

#2 Reel World Water view Home

Beautiful home with an awesome community beach down the road. Was definitely disappointed in a few things with the home. First, the pictures online are very deceiving from what you actually get and see. We stayed at a ‘water view’ home however all the pictures online are of one of the waterfront homes. Our balcony faced the bank across the street and the only spot on the property that had any sun was the driveway. The home was definitely not cleaned before we came. One of the shower heads was clogged so the water was dripping out, multiple light bulbs in the bathrooms were out. We sent pictures and were told the cleaning crew would be right over however no one ever came. After a second call the crew finally brought the light bulbs at 9:30pm. The online pictures also show an outside television however it was not there. It really wasn’t that big of a deal but we were looking forward to watching football outside so it was a little disappointing. Friends of ours had recommended the house. They have stayed there for the past six years but apparently it is under new ownership and things are not the same. Not sure if we would stay here again. If we did, I would stay in a waterfront house to get the view it shows in the pictures. However, after being charged multiple times in the agreement for the cleaning of the house which was not done prior to arrival and the fact that there is a charge for management on site which there was not. It took about 3-4 hours and multiple messages for things to get taken care of I am not certain I’d stay here again.

Beautiful Vacation

This property had all we needed to enjoy our long vacation. The house was very clean and well supplied. Check in was very easy, we fished off the dock and swam in the pool everyday. The property felt like we were on a small resort. We had the #8 house Deja blue, it was fantastic.

Stayed for 7 days.

Great place for our family and friends (8) of us to stay at. Highly recommend staying here! Being right in the middle of attractions, everything was a 45 minute to an hour drive for our planned activities. Jack and the staff, was very attentive to any needs we had which were limited. Came through fast for fishing rods so our families could fish off the dock which turned out to be a great time catching many fish. Thank you so much for a memorable vacation! We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Keys Cove#2. Jack was quick to respond to the questions we had. Pool was was great. We spent plenty of hours in it. The only thing I would recommend is that there was a sheet at the condo that had passwords, instructions, etc.

Great Location Great Price Great Setup

We had 10 people, 4 adults and 6 kids. This house worked perfectly for us. We stayed for a week. The house had everything we needed for the few times we cooked. It is in a very convenient location on Marathon, close to many restaurants, and, and Publix. We rented a boat for the week and was super convenient to park at the house. We went to 5 different on the water restaurants for dinner via the boats. The beach area was great for evening drinks and horderves. We also had some great fishing spots about 5 miles out into the gulf from this house. One day we went over to Sombrero Beach and it was nice to have chairs, umbrella, and cooler at the house to use. The kids loved the heated pool and is a good size pool. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's in great condition and very clean, quiet area. The property manager is awesome and great communication!

Beautiful stay

We stayed in house #4. What a beautiful property. The house was clean and very beautiful. The beds are sooo comfortable. Jessica was so responsive. Walking/biking distance to many bars/restaurants. Turtle hospital is awesome. We loved our stay at Keys Cove!!!

Wonderful Time!

Our family of 7 had an amazing stay at the property! Jessica was amazing, accommodating and kind - she truly cared that we had a good time. We used every bit of the property and loved the extra features of beach chairs, kayaks, scuba gear and the pool. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area. Family Vacation 2021

The sign on the road is easy to miss, especially if arriving at night. But once you know where to turn the property, house, pool, beach were a great escape and plenty of room for the family. Any of our questions/requests were addressed immediately. Very much enjoyed our stay Thank you Keys Cove :)
